The food has always gotten to my home at a reasonable time and perfectly fine with no missing items or errors, I have also had no negative experiences with any delivery driver. After waiting on my order 30 mins past when the tracker said it was delivered , when it showed up it was only half of my order. 2 orders of wings were missing. I called the location where I placed my order and asked to speak to a manager at which point the girl who I was speaking to told me I did not need to speak to a manager and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager and he was also very rude.They did send out the missing food but by this point my food was cold. I will not order from Dominos again. If it was just a problem with the food that would have been different , things happen. There is no reason for workers to be rude to paying customers ever. read more

July 31st, around 10pm, I politely asked the a guy on register , I saw a foil bowl behind the bar, and i ask if i can buy a foil bowl, he said No! , there is no way he can charge me a foil because there is no inventory for foild in the Pos system, of course i know its a pizza place of course you don't sell foil , but are you stupid? I would give 0 stars, but you can't. I have never had such a worse experience than I have tonight. Not only did they mess my order up in the beginning, but they were over an hour late, never got a call, and when I called them, they said it hadn't been processed, whatever that means because then they said they tried to call me but it got routed back to their school, (hello, if you put in the stores number and not mine than yah it's going to get routed back) then they set my pizza on the ground when it finally does get here. I'm arguing with the pipsqueek manager who sounded like he was 15 and he tells me that they won't compensate for their mistakes and they can cancel my order or I can pay for it! I mean seriously!! You get my order wrong, you are over an hour late and then you put it on the ground, and tell me I have to pay for that! forget it! Worst manager and customer service, and I work in customer service. We have this Dominos deliver to my workplace every now and then. Every order has been correct except once- when we called to let them know, they had a replacement pizza at our door in a larger size at no cost in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciated this dominos. I called and asked about their gluten free menu and they were honest about their limitations. The man who took my order explained that they have a gluten-free crust , but they couldn't be sure about the fillers in their toppings. New franchise but a hard working kid took our (carry out) order and made them quickly and well. We had 6 pizzas altogether so we experimented with different crusts and toppings. I was okay with being placed on hold the first time until they hung up on me. The second time I asked not to be placed on hold. When I finally confirmed they could deliver to my address and placed my order, I was given a total and the timeframe of "sometime soon". Some time soon translates to 50 minutes later, a pizza that wasn't cut into slices, and an incorrect order. I know it's chain pizza but this is beyond bad service. These guys have screwed up my order more times than they've got it right four of the past 5 orders in a row including: giving my DELIVERY order away to another customer as a TAKE OUT order... TWICE... & AFTER I paid for it. They were polite enough to refund my money on ONE of those occasions; let me make this clear, they refunded my money only one time and CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER... refused to refund the order or acknowledge their mistake... WHILE DENYING THAT THEY DID IT... DESPITE MY CREDIT CARD BILL. SO I paid about $53.00 so they could give my order away to someone else . And was talked down to incredibly rudely by the awful girl behind the counter. If for some reason your delivery order mysteriously disappeared at this location you probably paid for someone else's food. They gave your food away to a stranger. Two years ago i was informed that Dominos in Custer dont deliver to my address in Custer anymore, and I wrote a review, and i was told they do deliver to us which I know they do, because they always have since we have lived here since 2003, we are 2 miles away. A few months ago or more our order got messed up and they forgot a couple things, so they said the next time we order, we can get 2 free pasta bowls, well tonight i was told again they don't deliver to us, and the manager got on the phone to say she's been there for 4 years and they have never been able to deliver to our road. So I'm in Custer and Custer dominos wont deliver to me and half my road is Ferndale and Dominos in Ferndale only deliver to that half. I use Domino"s in Custer quite a bit. They delivery to our home in Birch Bay. The pizza is great. It is always hot and the people who delivery are very nice. I occasionally drop by for a take out and continue to have great service. The other items available are very good as well. We haven't gone wrong yet. read more
