WOW a real place for a timely "car delivery" just down the road! Micha, ? was welcoming upon bringing my order for the new tots... yummy... Only critic is that the Cheddar Bacon Tots could've used more cheese!! read more

Apparently dominos Custer location has moved to blaine. Now my delivery zone is no longer serviced. Now since I have to pickup my order I might as well drive into Ferndale to pick up Westside Pizza. Its much better anyway. read more

My family and myself have only gotten delivery from this store so I cannot speak on any experiences in person. The food has always gotten to my home at a reasonable time and perfectly fine with no missing items or errors, I have also had no negative experiences with any delivery driver. Each of them have been courteous and had no bad manners. At the end of the day, this Domino's is solid read more

The Italian sausage marinara was burnt around the entire dish? It only had 3 pcs of sausage. I ordered garlic twisty bread but got cheesy bread, which was also burnt around the edges. My son picked upso I didn't get to check it before it got home. I'll stick to pizza if I ever go back read more

I like dominos pizza I used to work at the Richmond no2 rd store. And I like this dominos pizza I think the people working here is very professional. Being a little burnt is dominos style it's what makes it taste good a century ago dominos used to give free pizza if it's over 30 mins or free 2 liters soda guess they don't do that anymore read more

Friendly, efficient service. Pizzas were good, definitely would return, ordered the sausage and pepperoni, and also a vegetarian pizzas. read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza! - Pizza Near Me - Custer, Washington

We were served by katelyn and thought she was incredibly professional, especially for her being so young and despite all her tattoos. Very courteous and helpful and we will definitely be going back to this dominos from here on out. She seems like a promising young woman. I hope she attends all her classes. read more

Amazing service and great tasting pizza! I've eaten at Dominos all over the country and I'd have to say that of the hundreds of locations this one is without a doubt top 20. Specifically I'd say it's the 11th best nationwide which is due to the great manager they have, she's great! Keep up the amazing work! read more

July 31st, around 10pm, I politely asked the a guy on register , I saw a foil bowl behind the bar, and i ask if i can buy a foil bowl, he said No! , there is no way he can charge me a foil because there is no inventory for foild in the Pos system, of course i know its a pizza place of course you don't sell foil , but are you stupid? By asking you if i can buy , i means i needed a foil , you could have just give me one, i can tip you as appreciation, or what so ever , but this guy has zero common sense, the attitude, the manner, the common sense! After waiting on my order 30 mins past when the tracker said it was delivered , when it showed up it was only half of my order. 2 orders of wings were missing. I called the location where I placed my order and asked to speak to a manager at which point the girl who I was speaking to told me I did not need to speak to a manager and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager and he was also very rude. They did send out the missing food but by this point my food was cold. I will not order from Dominos again. If it was just a problem with the food that would have been different , things happen. There is no reason for workers to be rude to paying customers ever. read more

This is my favorite pizza place for a lot of reasons. Dominos has the BEST hand-tossed crust, this location is very fast, the customer service is awesome. Definitely sign up for their "piece of the pie" rewards program. read more

I would give 0 stars, but you can't. I have never had such a worse experience than I have tonight. Not only did they mess my order up in the beginning, but they were over an hour late, never got a call, and when I called them, they said it hadn't been processed, whatever that means because then they said they tried to call me but it got routed back to their school, (hello, if you put in the stores number and not mine than yah it's going to get routed back) then they set my pizza on the ground when it finally does get here. I'm arguing with the pipsqueek manager who sounded like he was 15 and he tells me that they won't compensate for their mistakes and they can cancel my order or I can pay for it! I mean seriously!! You get my order wrong, you are over an hour late and then you put it on the ground, and tell me I have to pay for that! forget it! Worst manager and customer service, and I work in customer service. This was absurd and just ridiculous! I will NEVER be ordering from this place again. Apparently they don't believe in good customer service. read more

We have this Dominos deliver to my workplace every now and then. Every order has been correct except once- when we called to let them know, they had a replacement pizza at our door in a larger size at no cost in less than 10 minutes. Delivery is always fast and the delivery people are very friendly. The pizza is always delicious! This Dominos branch is very consistent in quality. read more

Don't ever order extra and or double on a pizza. They rip you off every time. I gave them one more chance tonight and as usual was given the same pizza on the menu without double meat. Really thought after 5 times of ordering extra on pizza they would get it right!!! They know nothing about following simple orders! Or maybe it could be the corporate swines that tell them not to, we'll never know. Just don't order extra of anything! New review!!! I ordered wings and cheesy bread with double marinara and was never given the double maninara as charged. I waved the delivery person before he left and he showed me the order receipt and showed no sides. When I went back to m read more

Constantly forgetting sauces and sides. Last time they squished two pizzas shoving as much as they could into their warm bags. We've decided not to order anymore. We always have an almost $100 order. We will miss the luxury of having it delivered but will be going elsewhere read more

I have tried to order pizza here many times but have always gotten spotty service. They seem to randomly refuse delivery services based on location and I cannot find rhyme or reason to it. Other than that the pizza is just what you'd expect being that it is a Domino's..... read more

I really appreciated this dominos. I called and asked about their gluten free menu and they were honest about their limitations. The man who took my order explained that they have a gluten-free crust , but they couldn't be sure about the fillers in their toppings. The delivery service was fast and the pizza piping hot and yummy. Can't ask for more than that:) Thank you for being knowledgeable and honest about your menu. read more

New franchise but a hard working kid took our (carry out) order and made them quickly and well. We had 6 pizzas altogether so we experimented with different crusts and toppings. Ham on a large thin crust was excellent... Also tried some pizza-chicken. Tasty treat for the adults. Would definitely go there again! read more

I was okay with being placed on hold the first time until they hung up on me. The second time I asked not to be placed on hold. When I finally confirmed they could deliver to my address and placed my order, I was given a total and the timeframe of "sometime soon". Some time soon translates to 50 minutes later, a pizza that wasn't cut into slices, and an incorrect order. I know it's chain pizza but this is beyond bad service. I'm so glad minimum wage was increased so that service could decrease. read more

This is the worst place, I've been too nice too many times, can't get order straight or act like a professional place of business, I am so done from getting my once a week meal from this dump read more

These guys have screwed up my order more times than they've got it right four of the past 5 orders in a row including: giving my DELIVERY order away to another customer as a TAKE OUT order... TWICE... & AFTER I paid for it. They were polite enough to refund my money on ONE of those occasions; let me make this clear, they refunded my money only one time and CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER... refused to refund the order or acknowledge their mistake... WHILE DENYING THAT THEY DID IT... DESPITE MY CREDIT CARD BILL. SO I paid about $53.00 so they could give my order away to someone else . And was talked down to incredibly rudely by the awful girl behind the counter. If for some reason your delivery order mysteriously disappeared at this location you probably paid for someone else's food. They gave your food away to a stranger. And they know what they did when you come calling... so if they don't offer free food or your money back, they just stole your money. read more

Two years ago i was informed that Dominos in Custer dont deliver to my address in Custer anymore, and I wrote a review, and i was told they do deliver to us which I know they do, because they always have since we have lived here since 2003, we are 2 miles away. A few months ago or more our order got messed up and they forgot a couple things, so they said the next time we order, we can get 2 free pasta bowls, well tonight i was told again they don't deliver to us, and the manager got on the phone to say she's been there for 4 years and they have never been able to deliver to our road. So I'm in Custer and Custer dominos wont deliver to me and half my road is Ferndale and Dominos in Ferndale only deliver to that half. Guess like my last review said in 2016, it was very convenient and they are so close, the town of Custer is very very small, but they don't want our business. read more

the pizza, prices there WERE GREAT!!! until you no longer can sustitute bell peppers for feta cheese on a special. never was a problem. now not only did the price go up by 2 $ in a short tim, but they short you an ingredient... lest you wanna pay 2$ extra for it. adding a simple topping when omitting another is not going to cost THEM. went from happy customer to UNhappy customer!! shame!!! *IZ* read more

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had!! We Ordered while staying in Birch Bay and when the pizza arrived it was inedible. It looked like it had been overcooked and when sat somewhere to get cold and shrivelled plus I had to pay a delivery charge. I am off Domino's for life. read more

I use Domino"s in Custer quite a bit. They delivery to our home in Birch Bay. The pizza is great. It is always hot and the people who delivery are very nice. I occasionally drop by for a take out and continue to have great service. The other items available are very good as well. We haven't gone wrong yet. read more

Inconsistent in their quality and delivery. Delivery folks are always friendly though.
