I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. Order was a pepperoni pineapple pizza with dairy free cheese, a side of breadsticks, and a brownie. The order arrived quickly. HOWEVER, there was no cheese at all on the pizza. That's one way to do dairy-free, I guess... I tried calling to let them know for quality assurance purposes, but they never picked up (I called the number listed on Google and here on Yelp: 360-756-5055). I won't be ordering delivery from the Bellingham Westside again. The Ferndale location has been much better, in my experience, although they only do take-out. read more

Just got my first Pizza from Westside. Very pleased. So glad to see they have Pesto sauce as an option instead of always having traditional red. Nice young man answered the phone promptly, took my order, repeated it back to me and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I ordered Italian Sausage, Onion and Mushroom. The food has always been wonderful here but I showed up with my elderly little grandma hoping for some pizza at about 3pm, the lights and open sign were all on and there were employees wandering around on their phones and just generally hanging out. Both the front and back entrance doors were locked- we tried the back first and the employee just glared at us before stepping into what I assume is the break room. Tried the front entrance and was told through a shout at the window by a different worker that we need to go around to the back door and enter there. I said it was locked and he just shrugged his shoulders and turned around so he couldn't see us. Was really looking forward to a pizza but if this is how they're gonna run things.. With not much open late here in Bellingham, Westside Pizza was one of the few options ready to serve folks who are up late looking for some grub. The folks working inside were friendly enough and had the pizza ready in about 10 minutes. I took out a pan pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and garlic. The dough was nothing special and did not seem hand tossed as it was too perfect in shape. The cheese and pepperoni were standard issue, while the mushrooms were fresh and not canned which I always appreciate. (Nothing against canned mushrooms, they just are not my favorite!) The garlic was generously distributed but unfortunately I wish I could have said the same for the other toppings. This pie definitely could have used some more love on top when it came to covering all of that pizza real estate. Also felt this "average at best" pie was a little overpriced at around $17, but with limited options they sort of have this in he bag! read more

Unfortunately we don't live in their delivery area but if we call in, pizza is always ready to go and piping hot. Staff over the years always friendly and helpful. We are staying at the Hotel Bellingham. We got in close to 8 pm and were pretty tired. The front desk person gave us a list of 6 places that would deliver pizza to the room. He said his favorite was Westside because everything was house made. We ordered a Westside, large, hand tossed with red sauce, no peppers. I would have preferred a crisper crusty but it was golden brown on the bottom with a lovely olive oil taste, yeasty and alive. The red sauce was gorgeous. It didn't slap you in the face with acid or harsh notes. Instead, it was full of umami, with lots of mild, good flavor. The cheese was just right and didn't slide off the pie. I gave this four stars because you would have had to have had a truffle hunting pig to find the mushrooms and a picky three-year-old to find the onions. Good pepperoni and excellent sausage action! We were told we'd get our pie in 45 min to an hour. Thirty minutes later, the pie arrived. Always best to under promise and over deliver. Great food and ggood service. read more

The person making the pizzas was not wearing gloves when he picked up the toppings to dress the pizzas. My parents have restaurants and gloves are required when handling food. Went here the other day for dinner. We walked in and it was very loud as there was a young boy's birthday party going on so we did not stay to eat. We ordered a large pizza with 2 toppings and some of their stuff bread. It look maybe 10min from when we ordered for our food to be ready. We were very happy with the staff and the time it took to get our food. When we got home we devoured the pizza! It was delicious! The ingredients tasted very fresh and the crust was baked to perfection! We will be back! read more

Went here on a Saturday afternoon recently (2/21/15) with my brother to grab a quick bite. We both love pizza, and we had their pizza in Lynden before. Pizza was pretty decent, you really can't go wrong with pizza! However, my experience with the pizza was overshadowed with the customer service. We walked in and we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was around 11am-1pm sometime. The music was VERY loud when we walked in and finally my brother asked if we could have the music turned down. I was on the phone and could not hear the other person on the line - even my brother sitting next to me. After a few minutes, the music went back up again - even louder than before. We asked again and the same thing happened - down for a minute then even louder after a few minutes. The music was not only loud, but it was dubstep/rock. Very disturbing and uncomfortable eating experience. Seemed like there was an attitude towards us, as if we were buzzkill. Long story short, the customer service was unreasonable - we were the only ones in the building and our wish should've been granted without experiencing the trouble/hassle we did. I will not be returning again and all of my friends (who frequent) will be informed of this terrible experience. There's just no excuse for treating a customer as if they are a bother. read more

The employees are always helpful and honest which is rare. The quoted times are spot on and the pizza is always consistently an eight out of ten. Not a lot of space inside so you most likely should take it to go but it's great comfort style pizza. Hits the spot nothing too fancy or out of whack. read more

Me and my boyfriend have gone here multiple times, you just can't beat the carry out special! Usually they make our pizza the way we ask for it but tonight they screwed up our order really poorly resulting in me vomiting due to adding something to the pizza I'm allergic to... We pick up what was suppose to be a half pepperoni and sausage, and half just cheese, but it wasn't that at all. On one half they put just pepperoni on top of the cheese and on the other half they baked underneath the cheese pepperoni and mushrooms... I'm allergic to mushrooms. I don't know how they screwed this order up so bad but I have been vomiting ever since I got home because I didn't realize until after I ate a few pieces that they baked mushrooms into it... I love this place, it has the most consistently great pizza in all of Bellingham... The pizza is less greasy and more "homestyle" than most pizza places, and is always good.
