Wood fired pizza made for your taste buds. I love that I can customize my own pizza with no judgements. The staff was very courteous and friendly, and pizza was fantastic. Perfectly drizzled with fig sauce for the right amount of sweetness Perfect selection for #nationalpizzaday

Down in Bellingham for a very quick late nite trip! This area were MOD Pizza is located is a fairly new strip mall for Bellingham - it's definitely not like the old part of town. What does MOD stand for? Could be a few things - Modern, Manager On Duty, Movies On Demand, Method of Destruction, we could go all day on this but I'll mercifully stop! Before I forget I need to thank Nancy H (sorry my Chicago Nancy - not you but I still love you) - for the awesome recommendation! Without it I'd really have no business coming off I-5 Highway to pop in here - had no idea about it frankly. Made on Demand - Pizza is just that - make yourself the King/Queen when you walk in here! "I want this & that on my pizza ..." etcetera - let your pizza maker know exactly what it is you want on your order. You are the captain of this ship! For $12 bucks US, which is like $40 plus Canadian dollars (our dollar keeps taking a hit! I want to cry like a little school girl in uniform every time I check the currency exchange!!!). LOL. You truly get good bang & value for your buck right here at MOD Pizza. I added so much stuff but didn't really overdue it. I could still taste all my add-ons & it was paradise in my mouth! My Caspian (Smokey BBQ Chicken) knocked me off my feet! I made such loud ooohing & aahing sounds my mate looked at me & said - Dude do you need some privacy!? Yikes! LOL. Like the say in Italy - my pizza was very 'Molto Bello' - as I blow a kiss into the air!

Holy cannoli! This place is amazing! Fresh toppings! Nonstop goodness. Come here. NOW! We had the seasonal MOD. Pumpkin arugula, mozzarella, Canadian bacon, sweet peppers, and balsamic fig glaze. Add mushrooms and fresh tomatoes. 11" for less than $12!!! WHAAAAAT.???!! Oh, and $2 beer on Tuesday!! Kulshan and Mac and Jack's on tap. Extra party points for having Coke products! Walk from here over to the theater (Regal Barkley). Or better yet, get it to go and walk it across the street to Overflow Taps. Great date night!!!

I love Mod pizza! This location has plenty of space and great employees. Everything was clean and well stocked. When placing the order I was asked if I had been before which is very helpful if you have not, I was not the first time I visited (at another location) and it was my first time it made it harder to order not knowing. I love I can get whatever I want and know it is all quality ingredients. The no name pies and marionberry lemonade were perfect add ons to my meal.

I'm somewhat of a pizza snob and I've always avoided MOD Pizza because I didn't think it would be worthwhile, was I ever wrong about that! My friend insisted we try it so we went at a slow time of day at 3pm. Our pizza was at our table about 5 minutes after we sat down, I didn't know it was even possible to prepare and cook pizza that fast. The help was very friendly, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. We had a Pesto and Feta cheese pizza and it was delicious, and half and half orders are no extra charge which is nice. I can assure you that I will be returning for another visit very soon. Yes, I've had better pizza, but for $11 this is really good pizza, I can certainly see why MOD Pizza is so popular.

Take the "Subway" sandwich creation concept and apply it to pizzas, but turn up the cool factor and you have MOD Pizza. The ingredients are fresh and the choices are elevated. The menu board offers some pre-designed concoctions that are worth trying, but you can also customize their offerings or build your own from scratch. This is Italian grade quality, not your run-of-the-mill, American joint. In addition to their high-end pizzas, they offer amazing salads. Again, you can go with their creations or tell the rep behind the counter exactly what you want thrown together. While you wait for your pizza to be baked, grab a seat at a table and enjoy a beer. The pizzas don't take long to bake. I recommend eating your selection onsite while it's still piping hot, but they will pack it to go if that's your preference.

Really enjoyed my first experience at MOD pizza, very friendly staff, simple and fun to make your pizza. I love that they charge by size of pizza not by toppings so you can load up on your favorite toppings and create a personal masterpiece! Prize was reasonable and the pizza I made tasted pretty delicious :)

    Sad.

I don't think I can comfortably finish a MOD size pizza by myself at one sitting, but, since it's only $3 more ($5.

My companion and I arrived during Happy Hour and these two selections are on that menu, so we had them again--and I guess the utility of this review is to say that these selections continue to be consistently delicious and that this is a wonderful place. We also shared an Afogato--vanilla gelato with decaf espresso poured over! Perfect, quite light after our meal and beautiful enough to paint as a watercolor. This is one of our easy go-to's when looking to dine out. We were happily helped by friendly bartenders, Nicole and Sie, who made great recommendations and great drinks for us. I especially loved the Mario Cicotti cocktail (an interesting variant of an Old Fashioned--including tobacco bitters and charred orange peel!--very interesting). And we enjoyed the beautiful, warm Montepulciano Nicole recommended. And they concocted a surprise drink for my dessert--I can't recall what it was--but it was lovely and came with a bunch of hearts! Consistently wonderful place in all ways, with lots of heart itself. In my opinion, what's not to love?

We saw some people exiting Goat Mountain and were able to snag their empty seats at the bar. Lucky us! And not only for the seats. We've never been here before, and we had a great time. We ordered the Goat Mountain Salad--huge! A bargain! Varied! Delicious! And I, who has never met a beet that I didn't dislike, was delighted that ingredients were grouped individually so I could avoid those. Wonderful salad! And--for a mere buck--you can order a dressing on the side for anything you want. The buttermilk was delicious. I ordered a slice of the Apple & Bacon pie; my guy, Potato & Bacon. Upon their arrival, our notions of pizza were shattered. These were big slices of cake! (Website says Roman-style--we've been to Rome, but these exquisite things were very different.) Totally yummy. As was the warm chocolate chip cookie--divine. (Funny story: I didn't have my readers on. I thought the price was $25. "That's quite a cookie!" I thought, imagining one as large as a pizza--which, incidentally, would have been more expensive than their full pizzas! I looked over the Happy Hour menu, planning a future return. The cookie on the HH menu was only $2. A savings, I excitedly told our bartenders, Miyuki and Montana, of $23!!! No, they told me: 50 cents. I hadn't been able to see the dot.) And speaking of our barkeeps, I am so glad we sat up at the bar. They were wholly delightful and friendly. We very much enjoyed chatting with them. We felt like we had just moved and this was our new "neighborhood bar." And their recommendations for food and drink were spot on. The Smoke in Mirrors was fantastical! Great place!

    | Fiamma Pizza in Bellingham, WA…read more I've officially been here twice now and I can confidently say... I'm in love. This might be some of the best pizza I've had in Washington, and I say that as someone from the East Coast who takes pizza very seriously. While there are a few great slices in Seattle, Fiamma is easily in my top three pizzas in Washington. We've stopped here twice now after biking up in Bellingham (shoutout to Transition Bikes Outpost), and it's the perfect post-ride stop. Grab a brew, order a pizza, and relax. First off, the service has been great both times. Everyone is kind, friendly, and efficient. It's been busy each time we visited, but pizzas still came out in about 15-20 minutes, which feels completely reasonable for a quality pizza spot. The second time we ordered takeout and it was ready in about 10 minutes, which was awesome. One thing I really appreciate is that you can order a medium pizza with two different halves. That's perfect when you're trying a new place and want to sample more than one style. We tried a few different things: * The Rossa pizza (small to-go) - This was my personal favorite. As an East Coast girl, I'm always searching for a good tomato pie and this scratched that itch. I ordered a small, took some home, and honestly... it was amazing cold the next day. If you know, you know. Next time I might ask for a little less garlic and extra sauce, but overall it was fantastic. * POTATO GORGONZOLA & FENNEL SAUSAGE - I'm a sucker for potatoes on pizza. This one leaned a little sweeter than I expected, but still really interesting and worth trying. The rosemary on it was top notch. * Cheesy SQ Pie - My husband ordered this. It wasn't his absolute favorite style, but it was still a really solid rendition of deep dish and definitely worth trying if you like that style. * "Big Kid" cheese pizza - You really can't go wrong here. Simple, classic, and done well. Husband said the sauce is a smidge more tangy than he would like but it's a dang good slice. But the true star discovery? You can buy a pint of their homemade ranch dressing. Yes. A pint. It's $9 and lasts about a week in the fridge and honestly... it might ruin all other ranch for you. There is nothing worse than bad ranch with good pizza, and this stuff is legit homemade and dangerously good. Some people might think buying a pint of ranch with pizza is a little unhinged. I personally think it's a brilliant life decision. All in all, Fiamma has become a must-stop whenever we're in Bellingham. Great pizza, great service, quick turnaround, and the kind of place you start craving the second you leave. 10/10 will be coming here again!

I really wanted to like this place. Definitely a Bellingham "take-it-or-leave-it" attitude from…read morethe staff. I ordered a half & half pizza. Half of the pizza was excellent (the Sofia - The FIAMMA favorite. Tomato sauce, mozzarella blend, prosciutto, red onions, fresh rosemary and freshly cracked black pepper) . The other half -- the Charred Tomato White Pie (Herbed white sauce, mozzarella blend, chèvre, charred grape tomatoes and roasted garlic) was just super soggy - not good. Maybe I should have not ordered a 50/50???? At least they tried to make it right by crediting me some $ for the pizza I didn't like too much after I complained it was inedible. I'm also not a huge fan of dogs in restaurants -- that's just me. I might come back again to give them another shot someday, who knows.
