The workers were very slow (it took 3 people over 10 minutes to make 3 sandwiches) The staff did not pay attention to their job and they were just talking to each other the entire time. They burnt both sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted. They had very limited menu items. We ordered straight bacon for our very picky 7 year old and they left it uncooked and cold. They messed up what ingredients were supposed to be on the sandwiches even though they only had 3 items on them (bacon, cheese, and pickles). I've been to Jimmy John's before. I like the sandwiches and they're quick! I love the fun attitude the company has. My favorite is the bathroom signs. I feel like the pictures really speak to my emotions. My only complaint would be the location of the napkins. If you go to this location, they are located by where you pick up your sandwich on the counter. It's not obvious. I will be back! read more

Large Gargantuan with pickles, onions, jimmys mustard, and the regular toppings. Feeds 2-4 people. And it's amazing. The amount of meat on that thing is unreal. Every time we drive down from BC, we stop here and have enough for dinner too. Definitely recommend. read more

That's the biggest upside to this place, I can be in and out with my sandwich in about 90 seconds if there's no line. And, NO, they're not pre-made. THE SANDWICHES: Most of their sandwiches taste roughly the same, the difference is the condiments you choose. If you like spicy food, YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIR HOT PEPPERS. They're fantastic! Aside from the peppers, try bacon, everything is better with bacon. If you're going low carb, try an unwich, instead of a bun, they use huge leaves of lettuce to wrap up your sandwich fillings, it's really quite satisfying if you're on a diet but craving a sandwich. THIS LOCATION: The music was not as loud as most JJ's so that made ordering a bit easier, I usually have to shout my selections out. I came in at after 8pm to order 2 sandwiches. My husband decided this is where he wanted his father's day lunch. I had never been but he always raves how good they are. The restraunt is super clean and the staff was friendly. They forgot the lettuce on my son's sandwhich however it was not a problem getting it corrected. The 7-grain bread is definitely what I recommend getting your sandwhich on. All of the meats, cheeses and produce are good quality and nice and fresh. I don't understand my husbands obsession, it was good not extraordinary. read more

Yet again I am giving a review of this location. Same person who made my order last time. Made it again this time and did it wrong! How hard is it to read a online order that says no tomatoes? Last time I went in this location I ordered a wrap with no onions. The attitude I got from this female worker after she made my order with onions! Was not only surprising but seriously irritating. After yet again a call to the store. I got a male who was very nice and listened to my gripe about this female worker. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the person I talk to when calling is always helpful. And he said if I wanted to come back they would make it right. Well the last time I did that I got the dirty look from the female worker. Even after I was being nice about the mistake. So no thanks I said to the gentleman. I said maybe somebody can teach her some manners and how to read orders! I'll go back because the day shift is incredible and always nice and gets orders right. But refuse to go back in the evenings as long as she still working there! I know I cannot be the only one who has complained about this persons attitude and orders that are wrong. read more

Inconsistent quality and service. Recently ordered the Vito to-go on a Sunday evening. Got a dusting of lettuce, no tomato, not oil and vinegar. maybe half a slice of capicola, 3 slices of salami and paid nearly 9 bucks for it. OMG. Nothing bad about the food, but the delivery driver was rude and ignorant. Does not understand the 5 mile an hour speed limit on my apt complex and came flying in almost hitting a 7 year old girl. Even AFTER I told her 5 miles an hour she continued to fly around the lot. Had to step towards her car to remind her AGAIN. She swerved around me and flipped me off, so I reciprocated. There are children, elderly tenants and puppies here...where people live! They are loosing the business of 100 apts and everyone else I talk to. Hire more respectful drivers. This post is way overdue. I love this place. The sandwhiches are great and they couldnt be made any faster. I can call in a minute early asking for pick up on a sub and nearly a minute later when I walk in the employees are smiling and welcoming with a delicious sandwhich in hand. The staff know their menu. I see customers coming in for their first sandwhich and the staff will narrow down your meat and veggie interests and find the perfect sandwhich for you. Couldnt be more impressed. If you work nearby and need something on your 15 min break you wont end up late, you'll be full, and my favorite part about this spot hands down... they sell coke products... one of very few shops that sells what people want.. coke-a-cola. Out of at least 15 visits I've literally not once been even slightly dissapointed. read more
