Due to some kind of bizarre glitch, and my bad luck my order was in advertently canceled. I pulled up sometime between when I clicked the button that said I have arrived for my curbside pick up and when I parked, it came back that my order had been canceled. I went into the store and the workers were extremely understanding. They stated it had not happened before, but they absolutely made it right. They put my pizza together quickly. And with only a few minute delay, I still had my pizza exactly as ordered with a smile and an apology. In a world filled with technology where we can't control the glitches... It's nice to know that staff still control customer experience. The pizza itself was perfect! This Domino's is very close to where I am currently currently working and it will be my go to for pizza for the remainder of my assignment. read more

The food isn't good at all. I truly believe Lil Caesar's $5 pizza has better pizza than them. They barely put any toppings on anything. I got a medium thin crust with extra cheese at that and it tasted like I was eating crackers. No cheese hardly or toppings. The oven bake Philly sandwich had a few sprinkles of steak with veggies. My family loves the food. I love the price. As a Vegan, I can tell you that the Veggie sandwich (without cheese) is your only option really, but at least it's an option! I own a business down the street from them so we order from them quite a bit! After a horrible experience with pizza hut today ive came to the conclusion that dominos is the ONLY pizza delivery system to use here in cp. They can make mistakes of course - were human. Every mistake they have ever made has came with an apology and some sort of action to right the situation. As any business should! I appreciate the professionalism of the workers there. They are always polite and do everything they can to satisfy there customers. Its the quality of people that make this pizza chain stand out among the rest. I wanted to order a pizza and a sandwich or maybe paste. I hadn't made my mind up so I went to Domino's website to view their menu and no matter what you do you can not view a menu........Really!! So I called the CP Domino's to bring it to their attention and talked with the manger who was the rudest little pri** I've ever dealt with. He keep insisting that you can view the menu after you're prompt through the system even tho I explained to him I was not ordering online just wanted to view the menu and that I was "ONLINE" as we spoke and he's wrong. I told him he should let "corporate" know that their website is lacking a "MENU" and should really make that available but he went off that as a franchise owner they don't have any input in the website(Sounds like BS to me) He told me he could give me a ph # and call their corporate headquarters....like it's my job to be calling on something that's their responsibility as franchise owners. Then he hung up on me without resolving the problems.........great way to run a business and as a consumer I'll take my business elsewhere and never use Domino's ever again which isn't really a hard thing not to do since they really aren't that good to began with.....the only thing they had going for them is being quick but lets be serious, anyone who claims they have a good pie has never had a good pizza. You can actually get a better pizza in the frozen section of your local grocery store! Good food and always consistent. Would give 5 stars but we had an issue today. We ordered 4 pizzas since our boys are having friends over. My wife picked them up and when she pulled out of parking lot one of the pizzas came out of box and fell on floor. The bottom of box was not put together right. My suggestion is if someone orders more then 2 pizzas is to put the boxes in a bag to prevent this. read more
