The nice thing is is that since it is at a pizza place and it starts at seven anyone can sing, including children. Then the nightmare began. I waited an hour watching customer after customer come in, pay and pick up their order, while I stood right in front of the hostess without acknowledgement. After about another 15 minutes I asked if they could check on my order, she went to the back, came back to the front and never even informed me of her findings. After another 10-15 minute and watching another 1/2 dozen people come in and leave with their food, I asked her again with the same result. I had now been waiting in front of her an hour and a half. I asked to speak to a manager, which she came promptly and without an apology, just told me the kitchen got slammed and I could either wait or get a refund. I told her I had been waiting 2 1/2 hours from the time I ordered. Finally 15 minutes later my food came to the front, was handed to me. No apology for the long wait. Once again one of our favorite places, I informed her we would not be back and she just said...OK! But the girls that work at the counter are amazing and helpful and the restaurant itself is nice and clean. You can definitely eat there, but we only get it to go.
