Went in to get a sandwich, hadn't been in in a while. Went to order and guess things have changed. Melody is very capable of being condescending and giving you her " smile" at the same time, apparently I had not ordered correctly and she was quite quick to let me know. Go through all the hassle of placing the order, crossing the t's and dotting the i's Order was confirmed and said that they would see us shortly. But of course somebody had to call us back and say that they weren't sure if we were within their delivery zone, after they initially took our address. This is my favorite Jimmy Johns. They are super fast and we never have to wait more than 3-5 minutes tops. The staff is always friendly, the subs are always right and we can get 2 awesome sandwiches with extra cheese and bacon for less that 16 bucks. We have never tried the delivery service, seems lazy and silly when they are just a few minutes away. I have been in there when the line is to the door and it still only takes just a few minutes. I try to eat there once a week. I LOVE to get home and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. I do wish they toasted the subs but the don't and it is not part of their business model so, thats that. They are good cold or hot and are just as good the next day if you don't finish it the day you get it. read more

Now I understand why this location is rated 2 1/2 stars. They messed up my delivery order and when I called to ask for the correct order to be delivered, the guy who answered the phone was extremely RUDE... I know what I ordered... It's the same every time.... A little "sorry we will get the corrected order to you right away!" would have made all the difference. Another delivery driver dropped off the correct order, he was apologetic. It's possible that 1 employee of this location is the reason for the 2 1/2 star rating. Bummer! read more

Great place to go for a sub. Also one of the few places that deliver to my apartment complex. Have had a few times where they have forgotten sides like the chips or cookies but they always send out a guy to bring it right away. Food is always good have never had a problem in that department. I have ordered delivery several times giving them the benefit of the doubt and have waited 6 times for 40 mins living only 10 mins down the road. And to add my sandwich looking like a mess too. I ordered a sub for delivery online. Freaky fast must mean slow and rude. I waited over fifty minutes for my delivery. I called them and cancelled my order. The person that answered the phone was great and polite. However, the delivery person was extremely rude. He buzzed me after three minutes of my cancellation. I told him that it was too late and I cancelled my order. He looked at me and said, "Are you kidding me?" That's NOT customer service. Really, is he kidding me? It's not like a pizza that takes time to bake! Fifty minutes is unreasonable especially when they advertise how fast they are. The fact that the guy got an attitude with me is ridiculous. He told me that they were busy. Not my problem. Never ordering from this location ever again. Go with Lincoln Way or Quiznos. read more

This Jimmy Johns is famous for getting orders wrong. I work nearby and me and my coworkers get me to go to Jimmy John's every so often to get sandwiches. They always screw up the orders. Either no cheese, wrong ingredients, even wrong sandwiches. I can see why there are never hardly any cars in the parking lot or anybody inside. These employees need to pay more attention to what the customer is saying. I refuse to go there anymore for food. I'd rather go to Subway, where they get the order correct. read more
