Former owners would never have tolerated the shenanigans that go on at this location. The conduct and management practices of Emily. Several employees and customers have observed and experienced behavior that has created an uncomfortable and unfair environment. In particular, there appears to be clear favoritism shown towards certain employees, especially those related to her. The favoritism affects scheduling, workload distribution, and how employees are treated during shifts. Additionally, some employees are regularly sent home early while others are allowed to stay, which causes confusion and the impression of unequal treatment. There have also been instances where employees are yelled at for mistakes they did not make. Being reprimanded this way, especially when not responsible for the issue, is both discouraging and disrespectful. Situations like these create unnecessary tension among staff, and make it difficult for employees to feel comfortable. Employees deserve to work in an environment where everyone is treated fairly, respectfully and held to the same standards. When favoritism and public reprimands occur, it underminds teamwork. Use to love this place. Went here for 20 years on the regular. Owners were top notch and it was always a great experience. Apparently it's changed ownership and it's declined significantly. Employees don't seem to know what they're doing, how to be polite or clean. Empty tables were filthy - a huge amount of them. We had to wait - quite a bit - for someone to come by and swipe with a cloth. Still dirty. Manager was clueless. Sad to see this place go down hill. read more

I let the girl know when she brought my food out that the Dr Pepper was flat and she literally just looked at me and said ok and walked anyway. This will seem very petty. And I'll start with an apology. I know this is a fast food join t that has no adult supervision or management. However, tonight was a complete joke. Every garbage can is overflowing with trash. Trash is dumping on the floor, it's huge rush currently and they are out of ice. The water tray under the soft drink dispenser is over flowing. First time I've ever eaten at this place. Needless to say, I left unimpressed. I ordered a two piece fried fish platter, along with my party of four assorted orders. We got our drinks and were given a number when we seated ourselves. Twenty five minutes later we were still waiting. I went to the counter, which was busy on this Saturday afternoon, and waited another five minutes or so. Before being able to ask about the delay I saw our order being carried out and met the server. She apologized for the delay and I asked to see the manager. The manager never showed up as we ate our meal. Points off for this oversight. The food was okay, with the French fries being the best thing on my platter.The fish though flaky and hot underwhelmed. The cole slaw was watery and tasted of vinegar. I have tried: Chicken tenders 9/10 OR 5/10 Clever deluxe 10/10 Grilled chicken 9/10 Fries 10/10 Cheese Curds 8/10 Frozen Custard 9/10 Sweet Tea 6/10 UnSweet Tea 1/10 The chicken tenders is a hit or miss on if you get high quality food. Sometimes I get really tough, stringy chicken to try and eat around. Other times is super juicy and perfectly done. The sweet tea is extremely unsweet and more what I would expect the unsweet tea to taste like. The unsweet tea tastes terrible. It's more like water with an off taste to it. I recommend at least mixing it if you want unsweet so it tastes better. read more

This is always a good choice for fast food. I just feel like their butter burgers are of higher quality than other fast food joints. Their cheese curds are always good, don't forget the marinara! Their soups are good also! However, the best thing about Culver's is their custard! It's so smooth and creamy, one of a kind! Their concrete mixers are good too!
