This Jimmy John's is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. I came here to purchase bread loaves for movie night. I called ahead of time for pricing. As I drove up to my old favorite next door, gyro king, I realized my kids were too hungry to wait through the line wrapped around the building. So I glanced over to this Jimmy John's. Walked in today. The new fire cracker wrap was awesome!!!!! The food was accurate and tasty. Never disappoints!

The quality of the food overall is amazing and they are super quick about delivery. It's a favorite of mine for ordering lunch when I'm at work. The only complaint I have is about the mayonnaise they put on the sandwiches. It will turn watery very quickly so I recommend getting no mayonnaise on the sandwich and asking for the packets instead. It really helps to improve the flavor of the food. My personal favorite is the Turkey Tom as it's simple but the turkey tastes extremely good. read more

I just want to give a Jimmy John's location a shoutout! Now I haven't eaten fast food in over 3 years but Jimmy John's isn't technically fast food. I live in Chicago so there are quite a lot of Jimmy John's but I never go to them because all of them are hard to find parking. I was getting tattooed at Ink or Swim Tattoo and hadn't eaten all day and had a 2 hour drive back to Chicago in rush hour traffic. I saw Jimmy John's was next door so decided to get a sandwich to eat on the way home. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the friendly staff..and manager? I always go for the Veggie (Yummmm)!!! So I got a Veggie with easy Mayo and extra cucumbers. Now it sucks that no one has Sprouts. I looooooooove Sprouts on my Veggie. I asked if they offered sprouts...and the nice manager replied, "Yes, we do!!" I literally was the happiest little tattooed, dreadhead. They probably thought I was nuts. I kinda wanted to be fat and order 2...but I was good and got one. And it was Deeeelicious! Again, this is basically a shoutout to the cool staff! You guys are awesome! read more

Today I decided to order lunch from Jimmy John's online. When my order arrived, I noticed they had things that I had specifically requested online to be removed. I called the store just a few minutes ago and the gentleman working was beyond helpful and very personable. He said there must've been some kind of problem with the online app and then he would be happy to remake my sandwich. I will be tipping the delivery driver again by my choice because this is not his fault and sometimes things just happen. However, their service was freaky fast and they were very pleasurable to deal with. I'm not sure who the manager is but you have one heck of a team and you should be proud. read more

I was wondering why it tasted like I was eating the desert... It's because all I'm eating is cheese and bread. It's enough tuna for a little less than half the sandwich that they stretched to make it work. My last five bites won't even have tuna on it just like my first three bites... Best JJ's I've been to. They always have my sandwich ready before I even finish paying and are always very friendly. Hardly ever a line, and if there is, it moves quickly. Very clean. The parking is very bad here though, not all their fault, but their drivers take the majority of the good parking so it's a hassle fighting with them in the parking lot for spaces. I also frequently get the unwich (lettuce wrap) it turns out you frequently will get a larger sandwich and the lettuce holds up very well, and can even be eaten easily while driving! read more

I trapsed across the street from campus to grab a plain slim #6 and bag of jalapeno chips from Jimmy John's for two glorious years, and 3 years after I graduated from Valpo, there are still times where I would do anything for a JJ sub again. My husband and son love love love Jimmy Johns! I am however gluten-free, so I tried a lettuce wrap which was pretty good, but I am hoping that they'll come up with a gluten-free bread/wrap, to replace the lettuce?
