The cheese was not warm or melted, which means they didn't put it on the grill to warm it. My friend ordered a Rueban and the cheese was barely melted and the bread hardly grilled. We also ordered their monkey bread which again tasted microwaved and like cheap canned cinnamon rolls, turned into monkey bread. It was hard and dry on the outside and not really done in the middle. Sadly, I think they just use cheap ingredients and maybe the kitchen is inexperienced. Our waitress was kind and helpful. She asked how they could've done better and I told her. For the prices, I expect higher quality. I love the ambience and the coffee was good, but I probably won't be going back because the most important part just isn't there, great food.
