I hate to say but sometimes when I go somewhere and I have something and it's just so good it's like that's what I want to keep eating. I go there specifically for a certain food. I always get the Italian and now I get it in a wrap and I ask them to put a little marinara onion and lettuce on it. I get a drink and then typically to take home. I'll get their little cookies. They're chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are amazing! They taste so good. The place is cute inside, but I truly miss when they used to have a singer with a guitar or whatever in a little corner on I believe it was Saturday night nights maybe Friday and Saturday but I remember Saturday and they would just have somebody there playing music it was really cool. But I really love the place. Their shakes are amazing! So good. And the macaroni and cheese is out of this world. I mean, there's a lot of good mac & cheese out there and there's a lot that's terrible. They are mac & cheese is cheesy and nice and creamy and the noodles don't fall apart they cooked al dente and I really like that.

My son ordered the big roast beef sandwich with provolone and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap. It probably was my favorite chain restaurant cheesesteak. The fries, cookies, and lemonade are out of this world too. Everything tastes like high-quality county fair food. A huge feature that makes them stand out is their boardwalk-style fries made from fresh potatoes that are cut in-house and cooked to order alongside your sub. The staff were nice and restrooms were super clean. Overall great!

There was a line but they put us through quickly and we easily found a seat in this quick moving environment. The entire team worked so well together, communication upcoming orders as they were being put in by the cashier and on down the line to the fry cook. After getting our drinks and sitting down, someone brought us our food which was hot and cooked to order. We have been to many Penn Station locations in the past and were so impressed with the speed and accuracy of our order during a very busy time of day as well as the great attitude of everyone there. Their team lead was giving good direction, saying motivating things to the team and as soon as a rush was over, everyone immediately reset for the next rush, cleaning the grill, sweeping the floor and restocking. If all food joints were run this smoothly, everyone would have such happy customers! And did I mention, the food was delicious? You could taste the freshness of their ingredients! We have never been offered cheese sauce before, so that was a nice, interesting addition. I've also never had multigrain bread before at a Penn Station and it was tasty and also freshly made. If you've never been to a Penn Station before, check this location out! Like most, it is in a strip mall with other food places. They have several tables to eat and go and the turnover is quick so you shouldn't feel rushed or like you have nowhere to sit. Thanks for a great experience!!
