I approached the counter for a cup of water, and the manager gave me a cup as I asked. I turned around to go to the machine to get my water, and the guy said, "Where are you going? It was like he was talking to one of his friends. He said the machine drainage wasn't working, so I couldn't use the machine. I believe he was talking poorly to me, and his language was inferior to an educated customer who didn't like someone talking poorly to me. He could have said sir, let me help you, and I'll get the water for you." It was like I bothered him while he was doing something else. read more

Awful. Went to the drive thru - waited and waited . No response. Pulled up to the window. Two ladies were talking. One turned to look at me and just turned back around. Absolutely awful customer service if you ask me. So I double checked the time they opened. They opened at 7am it was now 720am . So I parked my car tried to go in - doors still locked. As I pulled off to leave - two other cars were in the drive thru now with no response from the ladies. It's really sad and again poor customer service. If they needed to extend their open time they should just do that and not have their customers waiting! read more

So I get they are short staffed but a drive through line that literally takes 25 minutes to get through and there is only one car in front of me and one car behind me needs some serious help. Mmitchell@3cityfoods.com you need to pay someone enough to be here or this franchise should be eliminated. It is very busy corner and this sucks. I finally got my order after 25 minutes, they had to be reminded to give me the two sodas I ordered. There is no ice in any of them. The whopper Junior with cheese and bacon that I ordered came without bacon. The lettuce was wilted. The buns tasted stale. This place should be closed by Burger King corporate before it gives a bad reputation to Burger King's everywhere. Now I am home and they left out two large onion rings and my whopper Jr. with cheese and bacon read more

They forgot my cheese sticks, they took a long time about like 15 - 20 minutes even though I was the only customer there. The food was good and the employees are nice but I wasn't really satisfied of their service. read more

Food was horrible and service was bad. The guy at the counter was mean. The food was cold . I also found hair in my food. I will not be coming back. read more

0 stars actually. If you have 30-35 minutes to spare, I recommend this sad place. You should just let your order be messed up. There's no need for only 3 WORKERS to take their time to sit around and have a poor attitude towards customers while they get paid $9 an hour. This business should shut down if this is how it's going to go. Oh, and I almost forgot, their food sucks. I ordered large onion rings and instead I got undercooked MEDIUM onion rings. I also ordered a whopper and it already looks like they don't care. If you choose this location to eat, bad choice buddy. read more

Ordered Burger King through door dash for lunch. quality of these fries are simply disgusting and old. So I called the manger on duty 10/3 @1:30pm And was told multiple times that they were hot in the bag... which i knew from the moment she got defensive it was a lie.. These do not taste like fresh fries they taste like they been sitting for a while.. I asked to get new fries so I gave her my name and she STILL proceeded to say " I bagged that myself it was hot and fresh". Like women I AM LOOKING at these fries it's not hot or fresh.. At this point it's not even about the food... it's about her customer service and her excuses. She was rude and making it seem like I'm the crazy one and my food was right which it was not.. ..Also, I ordered a sprite and got a Dr Pepper... no dipping sauce for my 16 piece chicken nuggets. Like come on you were not paying attention to this order . Do better. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

See all

The angels at the Burger King were on full effect tonight. Went above and beyond in adverse conditions to meet the needs of the clientele. True gems work here and this is a small effort to appreciate them. read more

They closed midday. Not to mention, the lady speaking was absurdly rude and then she ended it with "Um" and smacked her lips and shut the speaker off. Customers keep you in business, and this isn't how you keep customers. read more

Only come here if you have 30 minutes to spare in the drive thru. Oh and for a bonus they don't open the lobby.

No stars. It wouldn't let me give you no stars, so you get one. But you don't deserve it. This place (one on Calumet by the Y) has always been pokey. And I totally get that not having the employees you need makes it more difficult. But I just spent 26 minutes in the drive thru waiting on a Whopper and a Diet Coke (and behind 3 other cars). And when I finally got to the window, it was 5 minutes before you even acknowledged me. That level of dysfunction means you close the damn doors. At a minimum, you should have warned me it would take a half hour. I didn't have that time to waste this afternoon and would have appreciated the courtesy of a heads up that you were not functioning as an actual fast food restaurant today. Shove your apology for "the delay." This level of (non) service kills the whole brand for me. Thanks for nothing. read more

TERRIBLE, some employees not wearing mask while others wore no mask and NO Gloves.. Tables were indicating clean, but you could see they're weren't. Nobody went out in restaurant and cleaned tables. THIS SUCKS BK!!! read more

This is a good clean location. The workers are friendly. I ordered one of those Impossible Whoppers. It was black/burned, but I"m not sure if that's how it's supposed to be since it's flame broiled and since it was my first time getting it so I'm not marking them down on that I guess. They have a nice variety on their menu too including many beverages from which to choose in their fancy machine. read more

Food was good but the drive through guy basically told me my total then refused to speak to me after that. I said thank you like 3 times but nothing was said back to me-found that to be rude and stand-offish...it doesn't take much effort to show just even a smidge of personality! read more

What else is there to say? It is a typical Burger King. New interior and convenient location read more

Burger King - the inside of a fast food restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Valparaiso, Indiana

We've been here many times. Sometimes, it's not the cleanest, but the workers are friendly, and the orders get out fast. The food is great! The freestyle is wonderful as well! read more

wish they'd close this place the workers move slow asl and the food sucks

WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!! Where to start? From the long wait (nearly 20min just to order, then another 15 to get food) to the surly drive through guy and girl. They could not honor my code from the app and somehow tried to make it my fault. Huh?? Then the food comes - ICE COLD. WTF? This has to be a joke. Never again. read more

Well we waited in line for about 20 minutes and then when we gonna lay got our food it was wrong

Very rude crew i could not even look at the one young girl after the dirtiest look i could of ever got from such a person i was having such a nice day till i came into a fast food joint. read more

I am a heath care worker, and went to this Burger King for a while while off work. They have an employee there who the first time I had her as a waitress, cashier, she spilled my coffee twice. her attitude has to be "perfect" but unfriendly, (no customer service,), no friendliness, which is why I to to a restaurant, and appreciate after working myself. She looks like she weighs about 80 pounds. The second time I went there She took my order completely wrong, and had to get help. Then when they told her to clean the dining room she acted "mental" very hyper. They tell me she lived at a place called "Housing Opportunities" (manager of the restaurant), as i complained. I had told this employee I was sorry for her situation, and she literally screamed me. I just really think Burger King is a good restaurant but they ought to hire people who are ready to be hired and employable. Its not he towns problem to he to deal with people like this. This all happened around April, may 2015, and it would be a good restaurant otherwise. read more
