Typically a terrible experience. There isn't much competition when it comes to national chain pizza in town. Of the choices this is the worst. The quality is hit or miss as well as the timeliness of service. I'll recap some of my experiences. For my kids birthday, I ordered several pizzas and scheduled the pickup ahead in the app. When I went by the store, another employee and I had to be let in by the delivery service. The manager had not gotten to work even though it was well past the opening time. I was told that this happened often in the past. Needless to say the pizza wasn't ready so I asked the delivery guy that was waiting when I was, to tell the manager to cancel the order whenever they got in. I went to Marco's to get the order and they delivered quickly. After the bday party I went back by Dominos to make sure my refund was given. I instead found out they made my pizza eventually and just held on to it. It was around an hour and half later and they never thought to reach out. Another instance was when I ordered delivery for some kids playing at the house. 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time I drove up to the store and found out it had been made way before but they were waiting on drivers. Again a phone call would have been nice. There was yet another order that took so long that I didn't need to reach out to the store. An email showed up in my inbox explaining that I'd get a free pizza because they knew they fell short of expectations. Well duh. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas and the 3 cheese dip with garlic bread twist @ 6:59. In tracker food was in quality control @7:48. Called twice was told 2 different stores. Food arrived at 9:15. Right time it was handed to me I told the delivery guy it was cold. He said sorry ma'am. Called the restaurant to have food remade and delivered was told by the manager it would be the same delivery time so I said just fix my order and deliver it. At 11:00 I called and was told that there wasn't an order in the system for me! Told the guy to just refund my money and they won't have to worry about me ordering from them again. Don't eat gluten free crust if you have gluten sensitivities or are Celiac. Honestly, I'm not even sure why they have it. Delivery drivers were great, fast delivery. Some mistakes made on the actual pizzas. 1. Ordered a Meatzza Pizza w/mushrooms and there were no mushrooms. 2. Ordered a gluten free mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms. After walking in & waiting for at least 5 minutes, while employees acting as if they don't see me. & a delivery driver walks by & goes to the back & still don't notify anyone I'm there. The day staff here sucks and lacks customer service! I live in Chapin, but the website does not recognize my address so I have to call my order in. There is a special right now, 50% off online. This location has delivered to my address several times, including last night 7/19. The manager gave me the special price since the system would not allow me to do it online. When I tried to do the same thing today, the female manager told me they would not honor the same thing, and that the night manager should not have done it either. I called them at 11:45 am, not a busy time for pizza delivery. The manager didn't even have the balls to talk to me. Left it up to the employee. I was on hold for over 10 minutes! I most recently ordered a Chicken Parmesan sandwich, which was delivered to me with NO SAUCE. Just bread and chicken and cheese. I've never ordered from this dominos and gotten what I ordered. Its always missing sauce, not the right thing, or they forgot something. Just terrible service. They also always seem irritated whenever I go back to the store to get my order corrected. This is the absolute WORST place from which to order! I've ordered from here several times and have NEVER received good service or product. My first experience in 2008 the driver did not come with change, promised he would come back with it and never did. I had to pay because my son was hungry and we waited FOREVER! Over $20 and the management then said that I had no proof as it was a cash transaction and the driver said there was no change! It's gotten nothing but worse since! If it were possible to rate NO stars, I would. This was easily one of the worst experiences I have had in years. Probably my fault. Wanted to be a little lazy on a Friday night, though we would order a couple of pizzas. Little did I know that the local Dominos is actually a pizza day care, filled with teens running around with NO leadership in sight. While I'll spare you the blow by blow, we ordered (online) 2 pizzas at 6:25 pm from the Dominos that is exactly 7.3 miles from our home. At the 1 hour mark, the online status said something about "being in quality review status", which I now know is code for "sitting under a heat lamp in a box - rapidly cooling down and getting soggy". So I called and got every excuse imaginable about busy, drivers, locusts, you name it. In fact, the ONLY excuse that I didn't get (for once) was COVID. I was assured that a driver would be arriving to pick up our pizza and deliver it shortly. Well, 25 minutes later, the pizza still shows "quality review status", so I call back. Same person, same EXACT excuses. So, I tell her I will come there, since I wanted my family to have these for supper, not breakfast. Meanwhile, the amazingly generous manager won't refund the order, but offers coupons towards a future order. Right. When I get there, the place is a madhouse - all suspicions confirmed. Lots of activity, NO management. The manager wouldn't even make an appearance to apologize to the LONG line of unhappy customers whose pizzas had mysteriously vanished into "quality review land". Will NEVER order from here again. For all of Domino's online cheerleading about "doing better" and "making it right", this Dominos location didn't get or read the memo. Again, my fault for expecting more. Now it is 8:31pm and we are just now eating. After reheating the pizza, which at 2 hours was definitely cold. Todays Pizza came out almost perfect. I purchased a medium Pizza with all extra meats. I should not be able to see the base, but I did. 5 Extra meats for $30 you must apply the proper amount of meat. Please cook it to perfection, this is not a Fast Food type in and out Pizza, if you take my money you MUST give the product paid for. I have called several times, no changes, and have personally one on one talked to assistant manager in past, asked to make notes. WE keep coming back, because 1 out of 10 PIZZA's are done correctly, and when we dont have time to cook, we call you for convenience. I have not got to the point where I'll use pizza Hut, but it is coming soon. MARIA your DRIVER, is not only 1 of your best, but a True Representation of what a delivery should be like. She was on time, introduced herself, called my by name, smiled, asked me if there were any concerns positive or negative because she has been to the house a few times, and treated us as a valuable customer, because of the repeat business. This is a driver who pays attention, has PR Skills, & must be educated I hope you take care of employees like this, because she represent you, besides your pizza, which has saved you from loosing me as a customer. AND it only took her 30 seconds to do WOW. Makes tip better also, turns a $3 to $10 I have spoken to many when they see me order your pizza, and many talk about such negative experiences, they do not complete this, they just don't use you anymore. You need to review these, and make this more accessible to all somehow. Maybe add 1800 #, web address or email for comments or however you want to word it so it stands out on boxes. This is easy, and would give your CS or PR Division some well needed work. Appreciate what you do for all....Just try not to get complacent. read more

Today was the final nail in the coffin-we will not be returning. I've ordered from this Domino's many times, and each time the food wasn't good at all, which in itself is annoying, but it's food. Today, we placed an order that has been sitting in "being prepared by _______" land for an hour and a half. We called once, an hour after placing the order, and were told they don't make the pizza until a driver is there now because they don't want the pizza sitting there waiting for "one or two hours," which we figured was hyperbole (it wasn't.) Both my partner and myself tried calling again fourty minutes later and got hung up on without even being spoken to, just picked up and hung up on. We're driving up there now to attempt to pick it up ourselves (even after the $5 delivery fee and $5 tip.) This is usually our go to pizza spot. Its convenient for us with two small children because they deliver. I have never had a complaint, until now. I ordered a nearly $60 order around 7pm. Upon delivery around 8:15pm (after estimated time of delivery) we were shorted two 2-liters, 1 of 3 pizzas were burnt, and ALL food was cold. I called the store at 8:29pm and only mentioned the shorted 2 liters (it's the night before thanksgiving and I know pizza joints are slammed... we can get over quality..just want what was paid for) only to be told I COULD NOT just get them refunded and they would be delivered and a credit for one 2-liter would be added to my account for next time. We were not thrilled, but I get it.... things happen. After waiting over AN HOUR for the 2-liters to be delivered (seeing as how Dominos had been paid AND tipped 20% at completion of online order) I finally called back at 9:46pm only to find out they had NOT EVEN LEFT THE STORE! I was told they would be delivered right then. At this point everyone was already in bed asleep and I was only up waiting on the driver. I asked for a refund of the 2 liters again and again was told it wasn't possible, but I would be given a $20 credit. I work and manage a retail Fresh Food Dept. I am the first to know that the customer is NOT always right, but in this case the ball was dropped. When asked why after OVER AN HOUR they hadn't even been sent out yet (after THEIR mistake) I couldn't get an answer. After speaking with a manager and having to explain how good customer service works I was finally told I would be given a full refund. As of this review my bank has not been refunded. I always thought the reviews and rating of this location were harsh, buT now I guess I can feel everyone's frustrations. read more

Three orders and the incorrect orders. The first order was only parmesan bread bites with marinara. Delivery came and didnt have marinara. Not a big deal, called the delivery insurance and got a free pizza. Sweet! Used the free pizza a couple days later. Ordered BBQ pizza with chicken, onions, and green peppers. The order took about 1.5 hours to get to my home. They forgot the marinara and the chicken and the pizza was cold. Called the store manager and was offered a free pizza. I mistakenly took that deal. I never got the free pizza because I think she assumed it was already on there because of the free pizza with my points. Annoying but I already decided I wasn't going to get anywhere. Tonight I used my free pizza to give them one more chance. I finally got the marinara with the bread bites. But my order of a BBQ pizza with chicken and onions came back as a pizza with marinara, bacon, and chunks of mozzarella cheese.... Didn't even get a single thing right on my order. I called the manager, got Donovan on the line. Explained my frustration with this order and the previous two. He refunded my $5.00 since it was a free pizza. I told him I would not be coming back which is why I didn't want a free pizza. His response? "Ok" (in a happy tone). Terrible customer service. We waited an hour and forty five minutes for three sandwiches to be delivered. We called to cancel the order because the delivery person left at 11:06 to deliver our food at 12:12 it was still not at our house. We were told it would take 72 hours to refund our credit card. When we asked what the managers name was so we could speak to him tomorrow we were told that he would just tell us there is nothing he could do about it.
