Been trying to order a sub online for about 20 mins and was having a hard time. Tried calling the store and no one would answer, kept getting your ATT customer doesn't have a voice mail set up. Finally after 30 mins got through to the store and was told 2 different things by a gentleman and lady. They both said you cant use coupons online the site wont take them, then the lady said order what you want and you can pay for it in the store, well that didn't happen either. The online wont allow you to place an order without paying first. So tried to call back again got the same ATT message, then finally someone picked up, the guy this time. He stated the only way to order was to come in the store. We explained we just wanted to place an order for our business and just pick up. He again stated you got to come in and no coupons can be used. I am sitting here looking at 5 coupons I just received today in the mail with an expiration date of June 30 2019 so how are the coupon not useable???? some one Is totally clueless at this store. This was our first time experience with this store and Jersey Mike ever. Definitely not a good impression at all. read more

It's a true "mom and pop" kinda place, which I love! Although we ordered a kids burger and a couple Reuben sandwiches, I felt the need to come back and try everything on their menu. It was a simple sandwich, burger, hot dog, salad kind of diner, but each category had many choices to choose from. The food was served warm and with a smile, which is always a nice touch. My son ate all of his kid's burger and fries and my other son ate all of his Reuben and chips. Both of them were very satisfied! My Reuben was also very good. The flavors were true to their mark and very good. The service we received was also great! Parking can be tricky in the front of the shop, so I might try parking behind the shop next time. So, if you're looking for a good well run deli to get some freshly cooked to order sandwiches or burgers or hot dogs for a good price, this is your place!

Nate was not there. A waitress attempted to assist me and then passed me off to another woman who came out of the office. I was there for almost a half of an hour when the lady (who was talking to Nate at home), said that Nate couldn't fix it from home. She took pictures of my documents and told me that Nate would come in at 3 pm. She told me that I didn't need to return. That Nate would have everything that he needed to fix it. I gave her my telephone number and asked if I could have the courtesy of a phone call when the transaction was resolved. It has been ten days and no resolution, no call to explain.
