They guided me through the menu, offered recommendations, and even let me sample a few things to make sure I liked them. Everyone was so kind and welcoming it was truly some of the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I've had a really tough week, and they have no idea how much their simple gestures meant to me. They completely turned my day around. I love being around good, genuine people, and today reminded me that there are still plenty of them in the world.

My suggestion, dont put small parties in that small room when a large party is coming in also. It is too small a room with all hard surfaces for that noise level. They do a french frie service instead of bread service. Those fries are fried in duck fat. So delicious! We had asparagus, lobster mashed taters and mushrooms with our steak. All prepared excellently and delicious. You've hear of Halls Chophouse? This place is better! Have you heard of NY Prime in Myrtle Beach? This place is their equal. With the addition of putting real butter and organic maple syrup on it, the combination tasted very good. The staff were also very nice and they even offered an extra side with our meal . I've taken the time to notice that the general manager works tirelessly to check on patrons, introducing himself and ensure orders are enjoyed. He has also hired some of the most out going and kindest staff, I truly enjoy their smiles and feel welcome when I visit for my next order.
