My wife ordered her filet medium-well and I opted for a medium ribeye. Renée explained that they butterfly the filets to encourage more even cooking. Our steaks came out after about 15 minutes, followed by our asparagus. I thought the timing was perfect. Our steaks had a deep char, but managed to be cooked to our liking. We saved room for dessert and we're really happy with the lemon cake. We also had some caramelized peaches with ice cream and whipped cream.
