The food is great and at a great price! We go here often and are quick even during busy times.

We noticed this location has been rebuilt so we gave it another try. Twice now we've successfully ordered and both times the food was correct and delicious. There is also a drive through window where you can quickly pick up your food. I'm still dropping one star because the person who took our order clearly spoke English as a second language. This made placing our order timely and uncertain. When we arrived to pickup, we went over our order and surprisingly, our order was correct and the food was delicious. I just wish we could have had a quicker ordering experience and better communication but I'll happily order from here again. read more

This was the worst experience I have had. I ordered the special 2 pizza for 6.99 and only received 1. The deliver driver had no clue. I called the location and spoke with the manager Cody. He told me he only say one other online and that nothing he could do. I said I paid 26.12,for 1 med sized pizza , that's crazy. I asked about customer support and I would like my other pizza. I ordered 1 medium 2 topping pizza at 6:11pm today and it's now 8:25pm... I called one hour after my order and Blake told me they were busy and my pizza would probably be out in 15 minutes. 1 hour after my first call..still no pizza. I called a second time and I was told the same thing except this time the guy suggested I call back and cancel my order if it's not here in 15 minutes.... i am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service here at dominoes. I remember the times where "if pizza was not at my door in 30 minutes it was free"... I guess now dominos is "if it's been two hours, wait 15 more minutes and call back to cancel" no pizza tonight :( what a shame. Two thumbs down. Now I have to call back for a refund. Absolutely make sure that you know what the specials are before you call in an order to this location! If you don't know and don't specifically ask for the specials they will charge you way more than you actually need to pay. And it's every employee, every time so it's clearly something that they are all instructed and expected to do by management/ownership. We order from here at least a few times a month so we know their game. The staff are always very friendly and more than happy to apply the coupons as soon as you ask for it. You can tell most of them don't enjoy trying to overcharge people but clearly they don't have a choice unless you ask. In general this is a pretty good location, they almost always get our order right. I just personally think this is a terrible business practice. For as much extra as you make on those unsuspecting callers who don't ask about specials, you lose customers when you try to charge them $31 for 2 carry out pizzas that actually only cost $17 if you say the magic words read more

Well nobody came after I waited and waited so i went in at 9:30 and it was sitting there the whole time. The worker just said "oh sorry". I don't know what changed over there, but keep it up! Just had 2 pizzas delivered for a quick and inexpensive Monday dinner and, man, these are the best Dominos pizzas I've ever had. The thin and crispy feta spinach was thin, crispy, hot and rich. The alfredo sauce was cheesy, garlicy and thick. So good! The Brooklyn supreme was so delicious, too. The sauce wasn't too sweet, the sausage didn't taste generic and veggies were fresh and crispy. It came within 15-20 minutes and the delivery driver was so considerate that my dogs didn't even bark! I placed an order online at 6:45, understanding it is a busy night. Almost an hour later we get a call to my house that they don't have salads. This is 10 minutes after they texted my cell to say they were on the way. Then I get another call to say my food is outside my door, although I have cameras and no one has pulled up in front of the house??!! I open my door and there is no food. I call Domino's and tell them they need to locate the driver, but I'm told they will wait until he gets back. No phone calls, so I call back 15 minutes later and the driver answers the phone insisting he left it at my house. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! This place is a joke. While I was in there waiting for my pizza I saw 3 people come in trying to pick up there orders then leave empty handed. When my order was called they tried to change me 40.00 for 2 medium pizzas. I spoke with a manager (this is what she call herself) I explained to her that I was quoted over the phone that they would cost 5.99 each but she was uninterested. She explained that her driver had taken my call and thet he was not authorized to make such a statement. I walked away. They would rather throw them away then to make good on their price quote. Pizza delivered was undercooked, and I asked it to be extra done. So this made the pizza so greasy you could only eat one or two pieces after you let it soak on a paper towel. Then I asked for square cut and didn't get that either. So gross. As far as the food quality, you really can't complain. Tastes like any other Dominoes Pizza in the country. But this location for some reason can't get it together. I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and the order was wrong. The manager was nice when I called and offered me a credit for the food that was wrong, and even offered to throw in a free dessert. When I called to redeem the credit, the employee that answered had no clue what he was doing. Rather than put me on hold and find someone who could, or even put the phone down beforehand, he screamed back for the manager to come help him. To which I can hear the manager giving him the code to give us a free food, and the employee then spends the next 5 minutes trying to figure out how to work the computer with me on the phone. Finally says it'll be there in 20 minutes and nearly hangs up on me without anything else. Didn't ask to clarify what it was, didn't get my address and didn't ask if I wanted to get anything else. I asked about the free dessert and he was flustered. Said "Sure, let me get the manager." Yelled for Hank again in my ear then after a couple seconds of that muttered that he couldn't do the dessert and quickly changed the subject before I could even ask. I had to almost yell at him to say I wanted to order something else as well before he tried to hang up the phone. When I did finally add to the order he asked me for my information verified my address and then said "oops I need it again." Rather then give this guy who was clearly having a hard time my card information twice, I said just forget it, we will come in and get the credit some other time. He says okay I'll cancel the order. Would've been over, but not 25 minutes later someone knocks on my door, hands me a box with not even the correct item I was to receive credit for, and all but runs from my front porch as I tried to explain I didn't want this anymore and make sure I wasn't charged for it. Dominos is a favorite for me and my wife. But we had an unpleasant experience with this location. We ordered delivery and when the pizza arrived, I wrote a standard tip on the receipt as we paid with a card online. I look at my bank statement and the driver decided to ALTER THE TIP HIMSELF. I ordered 2 pizzas. Both were uncooked. The dough was completely raw. There was no cheese left on the pizza because it was all stuck to the top of the box. I called and asked for a refund on the pizzas and the girl answering the phone had no clue what she was doing. She said it would be refunded and I asked how much that amount would be. That is when she proceeded to ask for my phone number to look it up (I'm assuming she didn't even try looking up the order the first time)...But then she still couldn't tell me. I asked for a receipt of the refund and she refused. I asked for a manager and was transferred to Tim. He wouldn't even allow me to finish my sentence. I asked him how much would be refunded and he couldn't tell me that either. I asked for a receipt and he laughed and said "I guess I could do it in a few hours. Not one to complain, but tonight I'm going to. Was not feeling well all week, decided to have a pizza delivered to the house. Gave domino's in castle rock a try. First time ever ordering from them. I ordered a large extra cheese pepperoni pie. The on-line ordering was easy. The delivery was not bad the driver did drive by my house twice before pulling in. Paid for my pie $35.00. Open the box only to find one of the worst looking pizza, and for the extra cheese, kiss that hope good bye. They advertise it holds up to fold, well that went out the window also. It was so soggy it fell apart in the box. Scrapping it off the bottom of the box it tasted so bad i threw the rest in the garbage. What a huge waste of money and time. Please please save your money and time go else where, any where probably will be better. I wish could give a lesser rating, but this is low as it goes.
