UGH, you can NEVER go wrong with DOMINOS...I mean at least I have never been done dirty lol, they always treat me so good. The pizza is always the hottest, crispiest, cheesiest, just flavorful pizza a girl can ask for...this is what dreams are made of. I was just sitting around the campfire at the glamis sand dunes really craving a hot pizza, not any pizza but DOMINOS...It had been months..maybe even years? IDK the point is, I was craving it BAD. Is there one around this part of town? Just my luck, there was. I placed an order ASAP over the phone - I got the cute progress text, they said my pizza was in the oven and will be ready in 10 mins. 10 MINUTES, yes, you read that right! They were so quick on a SATURDAY NIGHT. I mean yes its in middle of nowhere but talk about speed. We had the smoothest experience, picked it up, and boom, off to our hotel to devour it. I ordered on the app and it said 10 minute wait and it took 45 minutes for my pizza to come out!!

There's an older woman that drives a newer Honda Accord that works at this location. Instead of correcting me politely to park the correct way in the parking lot she shook her head and she laughed. She even went as far as telling her son (another Dominos employee) about me parking incorrectly in front of me so he can just look at us and shake his head. I'm coming from Texas so I wasn't sure how everyone parked on the side of the building especially with no lines but she could have at least told us. After placing a order for delivery, I was called back by the same employee that took my order asking for my credit card info again because she messed up the order and mischarged us. Despite having the same voice and speech patten, she stated that "the other girl" goofed up the order and that she needed to charge us again for the item she left out. I asked to speak with the manager and sure enough she claimed to be the manager. While still demanding payment for their mistake and stating that she would otherwise just cancel our order, I refused and canceled my order in its entirety. That was shady and pathetic customer service. I will no longer be a customer at this location. #1 because the customer service was revolting #2 because I'd rather not have an incompetent lier spitting in my food. This location not only took a long time but had a driver w no sign on its car indicating it works for dominoes. The driver continued to get out of the car questioning what I was talking about..I said well you don't have a sign saying it's dominoes so how would I know? Before you think twice you're going to want to skip this place, save your money and time. This is the poorest quality dominos I have ever ordered from. In multiple occasions they always leave me with a sour attitude. This is my 3rd order and last order on giving them more chances. Every manager that works here in the night is rude, doesn't care and offers terrible customer service. The manager tried so many ways to make me cancel my order to not have to fulfill it it was insane. I've been a manager at another pizza place and just crazy how many tactics she used. Called me saying we don't have this item we have to cancel your order. I said well can't we substitute it for a different item but the same price. She said no we'll have to cancel and rerun your whole card and order. I said sure. She's like oh okay sure. Before I can start my order she said oh it's going to be an hour we're busy and we have a lot of orders ahead and I said okay no problem. When the driver arrives she didn't bring my sides and said the manager didn't pack it and was sorry. I was like okay that sucks but still tipped either way. And when I opened my pizza it was the poorest sad excuse of a pizza. It was supposed to be a medium size but she rolled it out so crappy that it was a small by the time it came out of the oven. I always try to support local business and am not a frequent customer, but a regular one. Tonight the pizza ordered was a deluxe with black olives and other fresh veggies added. It arrived timely yet not correct. Toppings only included the additions and no green pepper, onion, mushrooms and NO meat: pepperoni or Italian sausage. They have the special if you buy so many pizzas, you get points and once you have enough they'll reward you with a free pizza. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS it'll be soggy and cold like it's a leftover pizza. Regardless if I pay full price or not, have some pride. I called to complain and she said "Oh... you're the one with the free pizza..." and basically went on saying it'll take 25 mins to bake and another 25 to deliver. They have cancelled our order multiple times before when we place an order 30-45 mins before closing time. Each time they call to cancel they have a new excuse about why they can't fulfill our order. This most recent time they stated that all their ovens "just happened to stop working", right after we placed our order. Last time they somehow couldn't get ahold of their driver, but somehow when it was too late to complete our order they all of a sudden got ahold of the driver. Why stay open until midnight, if you're not going to actually serve your customers until midnight. They need new management or to change their hours if they don't plan to actually serve customers read more

Twice I have ordered online sandwiches and they call me back saying they don't have them. Then when I'm talking to someone on the phone they usually have a attitude or don't even offer anything for the convinence all they say is uh you can just get two pizzas instead.
