The one in Brawley, food is really good, problem is takes for ever to get the order. I hope they get more help, employees look confused

So, we ordered a breakfast burrito with no meat or dairy and I have to say, it was still the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. The tortilla quality is fantastic and salsa... wow, each variety of salsa had so much flavor and depth. I've never had such amazing salsa. For a drive thru this place is actually pretty good but the flavors were missing in the breakfast burritos. They seemed slightly bland but it was a convenient stop and maybe just needed some extra salsa. Will try again on my way back to CA. read more

The meat comes out tender and never salty. There's different salsas (not just green and red), and it tends to come out nice and quick but well cooked. Drive through is pretty quick and the atmosphere inside looks clean. You need to ask for keys to use the restroom. read more

I was in the area and wanted to try the spot, especially after reading the reviews. I used drive thru, on a Tuesday during lunch. I found it to be quick and efficient; contrary to other reviews. Since I LOVE breakfast burritos, that was my choice (and they make them all day). It was exactly what I wanted and made spot on perfect! I'd recommend this to anyone looking for burritos in the area. I love this place. My mom lives in Calexico and we are always in el Centro for doctors appts. I live in LA. These burritos are satisfying and filling. I had the chicken, carne asada, and giant burrito that can be cut in three to feed me and my two kids for around $16. Amazing! Every time I passed by the place, I always saw a huge line in the drive through and said to myself, "These people must know something I don't, LOL!" So I stopped to find out what all the fuss was about. Glad I did. These burritos are really good. You can't find this price point and quality anymore. This place has a tons of customers because they've mastered both elements. I highly recommend this place if you are passing by El Centro or live there. So worth it! I even thought of asking the owner for info about a franchise to open a location in LA or Orange County. Not sure what the low ratings are about!! I loved the surf n turf burrito which has a generous amount of large shrimp along with carne asada and other fillings. I tried a California burrito and it wasn't as good, and after I had another surf n turf I realized it was good because of the contrast brought by the shrimp (the carne asada alone was a bit dry/bland)! Love that they have a lot of salsa options as well. Decent pricing because you can split over two meals. Also this is the first burrito drive thru I've ever been to.. this needs to be everywhere LOL read more

Man let me tell you... I been going through it lately on my sad boy stuff because women can be cruel. I bit into the chicken factory burrito and all my sorrows were temporarily gone. The person who cooked this burrito made it with love. Like he cooks for the love of the game and not the money. El Centro doesn't have much to offer but places like this make it a bit more tolerable. Until tonight, The Burrito Factory in El Centro was an easy 5 stars as far as the rolled beef tacos go... Tonight? Not even... To keep this short, someone fell asleep at the fryer. Three orders of five rolled beef tacos and 2/3 of them were freakin' hard as you can get without breaking your teeth. Some of the beef looked suspiciously like expired jerky from the the corner mini mart. I'm calling tonight a "blip on the radar" and not the norm as far as my favorite tacos are concerned, but PLEASE, could someone keep the fryer person awake? We spotted this place on our way to the airport and had to try it. I ordered the fish burrito and I must say, besides the enormous size, it was very good. The fish was extremely crunchy and the seasoning was excellent. I wish I had taken a picture but I was too focused on eating. My coworker ordered the chimichanga and that could feed 3 people and she said it was delicious. The service is great, fast and friendly. Had to try the new spot in town. This was the old Burger King building next to Starbucks. It was crowded and busy for lunch. Service was fast despite being super busy. I would look up the menu online before going I didn't and ordered through their drive thru trying to scan through their huge and confusing menu. As you guessed it they mostly sell burritos and that's what I wanted a simple carne asada burrito but all the burritos they sell had extra fillings and what not I'm sure I'll go back and try one of those one day but this time I wanted a carne asada one but it came with beans cheese sour cream and some kind of whole Chile I was not a fan however the carne asada was good and tender. I also ordered their factory fries which everyone has recommended but they were just ok fries were supper soggy the toppings were great if the fries where well done I would give it 10/10. read more

I've been here twice and I got to say not disappointed! The first time I went, I got a breakfast burrito (hash brown) and it was just too salty for me - and that's saying a lot coming from me! Next visit I got a California burrito and it was super delicious. I love the additional condiments they provide (guac salsa, pico, different fresh salsas, lemons, onions and cilantro, pickled carrots). My sister got the veggie burrito and it was also good, not like most places that pile in the veggies and compromise on flavor.
