Hand tossed buffalo chicken pizza
Jessica B.

This location does not disappoint! It has improved so much over the last year! The pizza is always fresh and for some reason tastes delicious honestly not a bad dominos if you're craving something cheap and quick and good quality. Just be warned wait times during busy seasons can be super super long and the approximate wait times the app gives are way off but that's because it is a resort town and they get hundreds of orders at once so just be patient they're doing a great job!

Up here for the Thanksgiving holiday and decided to get pizza outside of the craziness. Ordered our usual via online and picked it up 15 mins later. The pizzas were perfectly done and piping hot....zero complaints! Pizzas were delicious and done just right.

The pizza was really good. It looked great and flavor was so delicious. The staff were very kind and helpful. Great deals online and quick service. Wings were good too! Place was clean and nice.

We stopped by pretty early for dinner, around 5ish, so this was just before we started seeing a bunch of people come in for dinner. We were glad we came when we did because we were able to get seated in less than five minutes. Since we were a party of six, we definitely ordered quite a bit. We got two medium pizzas, some pasta, and wings. The pizzas were super delicious! We got the Bambino's Chicken Pesto and Fito's Favorite pizzas. They came out hot and were loaded with toppings. The crust was nice and crispy, and the topping-to-crust ratio was perfect. I'd definitely say the pizzas were my favorite out of everything we ordered. The pasta was okay, not my favorite, but still enjoyable. The noodles were definitely cooked more on the well-done/soft side, whereas I personally prefer my pasta al dente. The pasta was also super saucy, and there was quite a bit of it, so you definitely get a good portion. The wings were pretty much what you'd expect from a standard wing. They were juicy and had a nice flavor on their own. Paired with the dipping sauces, though, they took on some different flavors, which I really enjoyed. I also really liked the vibe here. The walls were lined with album covers, which gave the place a really fun and homey feel. It had a cozy atmosphere that made it a nice spot to wind down and just enjoy the vibes.

Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Some of the best wings I've had. The pizza (we ordered the meat lovers) was pure cheesy goodness and packed with the usual (pepperoni, sausage, ham, and meatball). We will be back, and apparently when the power goes out they're open.

We shared the steak dinner, and let me tell you... that meal has been living rent-free in my head ever since. The savory, juicy steak? The perfectly seasoned mashed potatoes? Lord have mercy. Throw in a great selection of drinks and KARAOKE?! Oh, Murray's, you saucy little minx. You had me at steak, but you sealed the deal with karaoke. We tried going back on a Friday night, but apparently the rest of Big Bear got the memo because it was STANDING ROOM ONLY. Rude. So alas, until we meet again, I shall continue dreaming of that steak like a long-lost lover. 10/10. Would absolutely risk a food coma again. Stopped by on 8/9 with four adults and two kids after a trip to the Zoo. We were seated quickly and service was friendly. Good variety of beers. To start, we had a surprisingly tasty birria quesadilla and creamy avocado egg rolls (fried well, not at all greasy). The poké nachos were light and flavorful, but could use a bit more ahi for the price. For the burgers, we did a couple of the Declaration Day and the Bat Country (favorite). One person chose Born on the Bayou chicken sandwich, and regretted it. The flattened chicken was overcooked and lacked seasoning. Fries are great along with the exceptional housemade ranch. It's actually quiet embarrassing the amount of anger this woman has had towards me about lukewarm food. So here I am, thinking I've meticulously planned out my late night excursion. There were a few items that needed to be picked up, of course the finale to be Wingstop fries. Now, in my experience in L.A., when you order fries from Wingstop, it's about a 15 minute wait, whether this is from lines or just the delicate process of seasoning fries, I'm not sure. All I know is it's rather consistent. That was not the case here. As my luck would have it, I was about 15 minutes away from Wingstop, and another 15 minutes from my spoiled lil lady. Don't you love when you enter a place and you practically have it all to your self? It was my first time being at this Wingstop, it was clean, smelled good, and the ambiance was set just right. I was met by the intuitive and astute Victoria, who took one look at my order and actually asked me whether I would like a new batch of fries, noting that they've been ready for a while. You have to imagine my shock; she did this entirely unprompted. She obviated any argument that might've ensued had I returned to her with cold fries and a sheepish smile. And for that, I profusely thank Victoria for her insightful and intuitive customer service! You'll be going far with your level of foresight!

That was our first mistake as the wait time was very long (an hour), so I would recommend getting here early in the day. Once we were inside, the restaurant had a cozy feel. I thought that the food was really yummy and they work with any requests you might have. The crushed ice in the drink was sublime. However, the service was a little lackluster, but I can chalk it up to being because it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Again, to reiterate my earlier recommendation, I would get here early as they were already sold out of a lot of the pastries. Do note down that there is an auto-grat on their checks for what I'm assuming groups of 6 or more (wasn't explained on the receipt). A major downside to this restaurant is that it is cash only. That afternoon, I did remember the last time we were here that I wanted some pies. Well, I didn't pick up any last time so this visit it was a must to have. There were a few options in the display case which all sounded amazing. The winner was the mixed berries with rhubarb and apples. Wow, it was delicious. The right amount of sweetness and tartness from the berries and rhubarb. Definitely would get it again. They had them by the slice but I'm not sure if they sell it whole. While I was in, there was a phone order for a couple of slices of pies to go...lol... Must be known for them. We know what to expect with their food so that's a good thing. The place is right in the heart of the village. There's a small lot just outside but street parking is also available. Depending on the time you visit, if it's packed they do have parking lots nearby. Inside seating has the bar counter as well as some tables while patio has a good amount of tables as well. Heads up, this place is cash only. They do have an atm near the restroom if needed.

Your brewery was pretty amazing and I liked the open space and that you can see the brewing tanks. The beers in had were pretty delicious and food and service were really appreciated. The service was great and we appreciate both Noah & Ainsley they were doing all they could to manage everything and it was greatly appreciated. The biggest thing is that everyone had a good time and ate some good food and that was accomplished. I do have some notes that really should have been conveyed when we had set the reservation. We were initially told that they would be able charger per table... and we went in setting the tone based on set expectations. We were informed that management had requested everything to be on one bill... not split per table. Now based on numbers it would have made ZERO difference if everything was split up with cost and tax... so it was really disappointing. I had not been able to eat yet but I ended up Having to get the check, go to each table , tally what each table ordered and then calculate what that tables total cost was. Then I took the tax percentage and added that to each amount and then each person went up to pay that amount. In the end we made sure everything was covered and we do appreciate the hosting of the party but I think as a business you would want to stick to set expectations and not need to see a big bill if it makes no difference in cost. I wanted to give you 5 stars but I could not based on having to do what I did for the check and not being able to eat my food because of it. Your team did all they could and that earned you a star, the food from what everyone told me was pretty good so ya get a star there , the beer and wine were delicious and another star. The. Finally gave it a shot, twice to be precise. Sunday around noon the place was pretty packed. It's located right in the heart of the village. They have a parking lot out back but street parking and the parking lot nearby would be your best bet as it does get pretty packed. There was line when we walked in so you know it gets lively during the weekend. It was order at the bar area and seat yourself. I'm not sure if only the weekend they have live music. There was a band happening while we were waiting for our meal. The line does move pretty fast to order. Menu wise, it was an extensive selections of items. Salads, sandwiches, burgers, soup, entrees and so on. Also there's a pretty big list for dinks as well. And it's a full bar both outside and inside. Inside does have a dining area as well but majority of the place is outdoor. It's a big open space with loads of tables. Some are for sharing as it seemed like it. Fire pits are pretty big so it's nice to mingle with other people. Around the top area where the band plays, there's more seating as well as cushion lounges. Started off with some wine while we waited for the meal. There was a decent amount to choose from which was nice. Food, an order of the clam chowder. You could upgrade to the bread bowl which I didn't but it did come with slices of baguette. Honestly, the chowder was quite nice. Then the fish and chips. The piece of fish with a hefty portion of seasoned fries and a side of cole slaw and tater sauce. It was nicely batter which is perfect and the fries were amazing. Lastly the birria bowl. Barria on top rice with guacamole, jalapeños, tomatoes, wonton chips, and a side of the sauce. It was quite tasty and the meat was very flavorful but the bowl could have been bigger. Still good though. The meal was nice and service was great. A number is handed to you after you order to be placed on your table. The first visit was great that we stopped by the next day for a drink and some fries. Monday, it wasn't too busy so order was taken inside. It did start to pick up when we left. Not sure with the live band but it seemed maybe it's only a weekend thing. Overall, the place was lively, good food and drinks. Fun crowd and it's pet friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't even get the chance to try the food because of how we were treated at the front desk. When I approached the two ladies at the front, they were having a conversation. They clearly saw me standing there, but neither acknowledged me for what felt like a full minute. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they were just busy. It wasn't until another party came in behind me that one of them finally attended to me. What bothered me was her demeanor. She barely made eye contact, seemed annoyed, and when I mentioned we had a large group, she simply told me they couldn't accommodate us and suggested another restaurant down the street. There didn't seem to be any effort to check or explore other options. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, especially on weekends, and that accommodating a large group isn't always possible. That wasn't the issue. It was the way we were treated. I've been around long enough to recognize when something feels off or when I'm being prejudged. I can't say for certain what was behind the interaction, but it genuinely made me feel unwelcome. It's unfortunate because we were excited to try this place. A little kindness, courtesy, and acknowledgment go a long way, regardless of who walks through the door. I genuinely hope this serves as a reminder to treat everyone with respect and kindness. God bless.
