What an awesome experience my girlfriend and I drove up the hill zero expectations. We took the dogs with us. I was looking for a dog friendly restaurant. This is the place to be. As soon as I was greeted, a lady with blonde hair was at the counter, she looked like a manager or maybe one of the owners I let her order for me completely. We got a barbecue chicken pizza, pepperoni and cheese pizza two types of chicken wings, and a side salad and it was fantastic. Everything was amazing. The pizza taste delicious. The chicken wings are to die for even the salad was amazing. The carbonation was even amazing on the fountain drinks. The place is super chill and when I went back to ask for a dessert, this cute young girl recommended almost like an apple pie, but not a pie I can't explain it, but it was delicious crispy on the outside soft on the inside just delicious. We walked down the street from our Air B&B and stumbled upon RoadHouse Pizza and decided we would go in for a slice. When we realized we could not order by the slice, we opted to split a small pepperoni pizza. I did love the 90's vibe of this pizza joint and felt like I stepped back in time! I was hoping that this also meant that the pizza would be good because the old school pizza places tend to be pretty good. Fortunately, my hopes came to fruition because the pizza was delicious! We popped in here after a morning hike and had a great time. We ordered the Mt Special (3 topping Med pizza, garlic knots, and soda). The staff was super friendly and helpful and the pizza was delicious. They even had brisket and ribs smoking outside to be used as pizza toppings. I don't love how big their pineapple chunks are but I put pineapple on pizza so what do I know? Ordered a pizza and cheese bread for delivery. Was told it would take 45 mins to 1.5 hours. At an hour and 40 minutes made a call and they forgot to print it. Offered to make it in 20 minutes and then said it would probably take longer. Nostalgic pizza shop with a few older arcade games inside to play with. Service was great, but they did seem pretty busy and we had to wait about 30-45 minutes for our food. We ate there and got our wings first while we waited for our pizza which was nice. Best wings I've had in a while- crispy, flavorful, and soft on the inside. Went to the restaurant at 12:20 on a weekday and we're told it would be 30 to 35 minutes to get the pizza. 45 minutes later I went up to inquire about how much longer was told "oh your order is next." It seems that he was fixing one pizza order at a time so everybody was waiting. There were two customers ahead of me. At the one hour mark I got the salad and then one hour and 10 minute we got the pizza. We ordered the regular pan crust pizza and it was good. Visited Crestline / Lake Gregory for our annual family Fourth of July vacation. First night we didn't feel like cooking so, unbeknownst to me, my wife ordered pizza, buffalo wings, and a salad while I was out at Goodwin's market getting groceries. The pizza this time was excellent unlike last year when it was burnt. We all had a couple of slices. The buffalo wings were also very good. Not sure what they use for their sauce, it didn't seem to be Franks or any other store bought but either way it was quite tasty. Salad was kinda weird, too many raw onions but otherwise it was all fresh ingredients and we just picked off the onions. We had it delivered this year so can't say anything about the place itself, if they made any changes since the last time when I ordered pick-up. Nor can I say anything about the service. The only slight knock is how long it took but reading the reviews it seems this is a common thing with RoadHouse. Considering how much better the food was this year, we'll be giving them the benefit of the doubt next year and will order from them again. read more

I'm very glad we tried Roadhouse pizza because it was so good! We placed our order over the phone and then took it to go. The pizza was super tasty. We tried the Hollywood pizza "pan style" instead of thin crust which had pepperoni, bacon, pineapple and jalapeños. We got the pineapple only in half though. The pan style was good! We also got a 1lb order of the buffalo wings well done and they were very tasty! The staff were very friendly and nice when we went to pick up our order. This place is always out of something or there short handed and can't even answer the phone will put you on hold and not come back. I've tried ordering three times so I said I would never try again but today 3 weeks later I tried first thing they answer the phone and say can you hold then when he comes back on the phone to take orders order a sausage pizza he says sorry we're out of pizza 3 weeks ago the said they were short staffed and didn't have pizza dough . Stumbled upon this place after a morning by the lake and decided to try it. Took a look at the specialty pizzas and the options sounded delicious. We were given the option to split our pizza into two flavors and we went for it. We've tried two split pizzas so far and the they were all good!! I hadn't been a, 'big fan' of this place over my past 8 years living in V.O.E. The sauce lacked flavor. The crust seemed to usually be too crispy. And I believe that the 'best' pizza in town? Was inside, Rim Bowling. However, my wife and I, went back after many months. And at the least?, The food seemed to be better. We still waited 20-25 minutes. But, I DID really enjoy their baked pasta this time. My wife had their, 'Hawaiian pizza'. Again however?, 'semi' burnt crust. But, an enjoyable pizza. Good toppings. Good flavor. It is REALLY nice to have them so close to home. We ALWAYS try to, support our local businesses up here. And they, have been a main, 'staple' in town for food for many years. I don't typically like pizza crust but this was so good ! Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Ingredients taste fresh, veggies and meats were the perfect amount. On the way out some regulars offered us one of their pizza rolls he had ordered and WOW !! It was like a crunchy garlicky roll of deliciousness stuffed with pepperoni sauce and cheese.
