I accidentally ordered a buffalo sauce instead of the bbq for my nuggets, and I was not a fan of the sauce. It was a dark sauce with too much smokiness to it. My friend ordered a side of bbq and that one was much better. The tenders are crispy and pair well with their bbq sauce or their ranch. The burger was also tasty. Fries were okay and I did not like their onion rings. They had a different taste to them. I couldn't put my finger on the flavor but it wasn't good in my opinion. My other friend ordered mozzarella sticks, and they were not good. No cheese pull, and it honestly tasted like moderately fried string cheese. The food took a really long time to come out. I know they were busy, but once the food came, we inhaled it because of how hungry we were. The vibes there are excellent though. We really enjoyed the music and the staff were fantastic. I called about 30 to 45 minutes before arriving and asked if they could accommodate our group. The gentleman I spoke with told me yes, to come in and check in when we arrived, and that he would start getting a table ready for us. When we got there, apparently nothing had been communicated to the hostess. What made it worse was that the same guy then denied ever telling me on the phone that he would get a table ready. If they couldn't accommodate us, that would have been completely fine. Just tell me that when I call and we'll go somewhere else. Instead, we loaded up six kids, drove over based on what we were told, and then were basically turned away. We asked for the manager hoping they could at least help figure something out, but unfortunately the manager wasn't helpful either and offered no real resolution. Mistakes and miscommunications happen. What bothered me was denying what was said instead of simply owning the mistake and trying to make it right. It was the perfect classic pairing with an already incredible burger. One of the coolest touches is how they name many of their burgers after classic cars.
