We come to Santa's Village every year with our family which is not inexpensive. We are here right now. Waited almost 30minutes to order our food. It took another 40 minutes for the food to be delivered to our table. The hamburger had a long black hair in it ) so gross-it was cooked into the burger, hard to miss). Your people should be wearing hairnets since they all seem to have a lot of long thick hair. We let a team member know (a guy with long hair in a ponytail). He took it away and a few minutes later brought a cheeseburger to the table and dropped the basket on the table, visibly annoyed. We told him it was supposed to be a hamburger and he took it away. Came back a few minutes later, dropped another cheeseburger off at the table. Again, we asked for a hamburger and he took it away again. We finally got a hamburger and just finished lunch but not with substantial attitude from your team member. Lunch just took 2 hours out of our day. Please do better. We spend a lot of money here every year and today made us question whether or not this will be on our holiday experience activity list next year. read more

This is the "main" restaurant at Skypark Santa's Village. We ordered right after they opened at 11 like all the other food places at the park. Food came out pretty fast and everything was tasty and better than expected for amusement park food! Plenty of outdoor (and indoor) seating and it was a nice scenic lunch. read more

I guess I should have expected it to be so pricey, as it's inside a type of theme park, but whoa. It's very much like magic mountain food. Not quality ingredients at a super high price. I don't think it's out of the norm for all the restaurants at skypark, but it would be so nice to at least make the food quality. I got a chicken sandwich. It was so light and airy (like really weird chicken patty I don't even know where they would find it). Just tasted like something you could bake in the oven at home. We had the st nicks burger, chicken tenders and bowl of chili and they were all pretty good. Fries came out nice and crispy Chicken tenders were nicely fried and tasted buttery. So good. When planning a trip to Santa's Village, plan to eat here as well. We have season passes and a cabin in Lake Arrowhead (along with twin 4-year olds) so we are here often. The staff is fine, nothing great, nothing bad. My boys get the corn dog and the chicken strips with ranch. I can tell that the corn dog is fried to order because it is so hot and juicy. It tastes like a Hot Dog on a Stick corn dog. The chicken strips are also fried to order, you can tell it isn't broiled or microwaved. The ranch tastes homemade too. The kids items come with either French fries or fruit. I order one with fruit and one with French fries and divvy it up. The fruit is really good, pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe. The French fries are also fried to order. I generally eat my kids leftovers, but sandwiches and pizza look great too. Don't think I'd go out of my way to eat here, but it is a great option when you are already here. Only complaint is that they serve beer but not wine (for wine you have to go to the bar next door) read more

One of the few spots in Skypark Santas Village open during the week for food service. The park attractions are closed but you can still enter the park (no admission fee), walk around, shop and/or dine. Right off the bat this place was immaculate. From the overall dining area to the kitchen which you have a partial view of. It was all clean and in order as to be expected with an A+ rating. We had a few beers and took in the ambience from inside the building. One thing that stood out were the prices were actually very reasonable. The soup bowl are in actual bread bowls and the smells were incredible. They were also setting everything up for St Pattys day tomorrow and looks like the entire park was ramping up for the festivities. Look forward to coming back. read more

No idea that this was inside a park that you need to pay $65 to get into in order to eat. They should update their Covid-19 notes cause they do NOT offer online ordering or curbside pickup (just called to confirm) and they should add "Inside SkyPark" to the restaurant name so we know this isn't a normal restaurant where you don't have to pay admission. read more

My husband happen to do some construction work on their property and told me how beautiful I was to just go up there and check it out and have lunch. We went there on Saturday to just have a date up there and see what the place is about and not only is he cute and very inviting place for children but the food was great, everybody was friendly and admission was free due to grades been closed for construction. They let you go in free to dine and go to the pub but also check out their premises. We happen to meet the owner and he was very friendly and attentive to customers and his staff. What a great place to hang out and eat a good variety of food. Live music most Fridays and skating in the park. Sit down have a beer and good food. Lots of tables around to just chill at. If you like to listen to music and sit in the forest this is it. On top all this come early and ride the bike trails, bring your kids for ziplines and rock climbing. There are bike trails for the kids too. Every time we come here it just keep getting better. Come up to the San Bernardino mountains enjoy the cooler weather and nature. Have a beer and some fun. Visited recently and ate here. My wife got the tri-tip and I got the pulled pork sandwich. Both are very tasty, moist, and flavorful. I added a little BBQ to the pulled pork. There is a LOT of meat in each sandwich. I had a pretzel bun and the tri tip came on a long roll. We opted for the fruit and we recieved two slices each of musk melon, cantaloupe, watermelon, and pineapple. You will be stuffed if you choose either sandwich. For those of you who may be interested, each sandwich is $12.00 (as of 07/20/2018). They do have water available in opposite corners inside the restaurant, in clear pitchers. We opted for the water due to altitude (5700+ feet) and it was bright and sunny. We would definitely eat here again. read more
