e chose Neo's Pizza because it's local and advertised as having an arcade which is perfect for kids. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing. Most of the arcade games were not working, yet there was no signage indicating they were out of order. The machines repeatedly ate our cash, frustrating our kids, and no one on staff made any effort to make it right. Instead of helping, we were given a phone number to call. When I spoke to the man on the phone, he said this is usually handled by the location, which makes sense except this place seems to be run by kids who lack even basic customer service skills. His solution? Offering to mail me a $10 check. No thanks. Customer service was essentially nonexistent. As for the food: it was just okay at best. There were six of us, and we ended up throwing most of it away. Worse, all of us had stomach issues shortly after eating, including my 5-year-old son and my 13-year-old daughter, who is now throwing up the next morning. That alone is enough to ensure we will never return. Between the broken games, zero accountability, poor customer service, and questionable food quality, this place showed a complete lack of care for its customers. We will not be back. read more

Me and my husband always come here. If you want delicious buffalo wings this is the spot. Family friendly, Arcade, pool table, outside patio and they have ESPN my husband loves that. On slow days my husband loves to control the TV downstairs lol. So stop by for their pizza it's tasty too thick or thin! The staff is great they check up on us all the time. Used to be super thick crust, massive toppings IN THE Cheese. Lately the crust is thinner, the price from 5 years ago has gone up at least $8-10 and the toppings are just thrown on. Everything else seems the same, but it's a sign that quality for price isn't what it used to be. Very high turnover in the front help who they work to death. Interior ambiance is good still, arcade games and the like are still present. Don't bother trying to call to make an order when thry are busy, you'll never get through. Hoping they go back to what they used to be, because unfortunately for the price, the chain pizza offerings are way better priced and comparable in quality to what Neos offers. read more

Sad to say that this place is inconsistent. The pizza gave our whole party bathroom ISSUES. Upset stomachs for all of us. Most of us woke up in the middle of the night due to upset stomachs. The pizza was strangely soggy and not flavorful. It's a pizza we order all the time so we could tell something was not right.... The salad was WET. I'm talking about sitting in a puddle of water. The pasta was SO oily! Abnormally oily. Then to top it off the new girl lacked basic customer service etiquette. Gonna have to take a break from this place... Hi, this place is terrific and they cater to mountain bikers. We brought our mountain bikes in the restaurant and we're considerate to other patrons as the management did not raise an eyebrow. The pizza was delicious and they handle a fast paced environment very well. read more

Cute spot! Decided to just do a drive to the mountains for lunch and try somewhere new. When we went, it was a week day and in between lunch and dinner so I wasn't too busy. We ordered our food and sat down and once ready, they brought the food out to us. We got a simple large pizza , pepperoni, and it was outstanding! Served fresh and hot and it's one of those pizzas with some grease on it but not too much and every bite was delicious! I'm sure there are other items you can order too but it was my BF and his daughter (10), and we just wanted a soda each and pizza and it absolutely hit the spot. Coming to stay in running springs?!! This is your spot. The pizza was amazing customer service was great! We I went to pick the pizza up the inside was very intimate to really big for big parties but a great space to enjoy some BOMB pizza and food. The ingredients are super fresh, we have some kiddos with us on our trip so we got some pretty basic options, cheese, pepperoni and a meat and pineapple pizza(ALL AMAZING). Next time we are done we are Going to give the Alfredo pizza a try for sure! read more

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. As with smaller areas, restaurants can suffer from star inflation and Neo's definitely qualifies. I have lived in Running Springs (this stint) for 6 years and Neo's has consistently been mediocre at best. Whenever we get pizza from them it's always somehow a letdown. Either the toppings are off or the crust is weird or there is some other lacking quality. Unfortunately without driving more than 20 minutes, they are the only gig in town. I know if you are driving up from El Monte, Van Nuys, San Diego, or some other urban locale (going too slow up the 330 and not using turnouts) staying at a "cabin" (I guess I'm the only one who lives in a house), the charmed and petinaed look of Neo's overwhelms the sense of what actual good pizza tastes like. I will say at least they answer their phone. Loueddies in Sky Forest forgot about Alexander Graham Bell's invention from 1876. That little invention is just a waste of time. read more

Neo's saved our little overnight adventure. We booked a cabin for my daughter's birthday and the stove didn't work. It was kind of late and we were all starving. We ordered an XL pepperoni pizza, antipasto salad and garlic knots. The pizza was great, very NYC pizza. The antipasto salad was so fresh, with green crunchy goodness and quality deli meats, we were given French bread by accident so we weren't able to taste the garlic knots. My family and I had a horrible experience here. Everyone was rude and dismissive, we had an issue with the games eating our money but not letting us play and when we complained they said there's nothing they could do. We ended up ordering 2 pizzas 2 salads and the pasta and next day we all were sick. My niece was throwing up all day and we all suffered from stomach pains. Over the next few days my 5year old daughter got sick so I took her to urgent care, turns out she tested positive for E. coli from the food. Went there for the 1st time. We live up here fulltime and have tried every pizza joint around my town. Neo's is the best pizza we found on the mountain. After a day in the snow, their food will fill those hungry stomaches. Fresh ingredients is what makes a pizza great, I recommend the sausage and whatever toppings you want. The wine's good too as i love a good red with my pie.We'll be back cuz we live nearby. Going for the sandwiches next time to add more to this review. Stopped by to pick up some dinner before we head to our cabin. We stayed around the area for the evening and decided to try this place. We usually drive by running springs heading to big bear but never stopped as often we would like to. Definitely a mom and pop/ hole in the wall vibe but welcoming everyone seems friendly from the staff to the guest. Such a small town it's like everyone knows your name type of feel. Food review: Small pizza with pepperoni and sausage and half side with meat balls and the other half with mushrooms. (Wifey doesn't like the shrooms). Nothing to complain about it. loads of toppings good sauce and cheese to the edge. #16 Judy's sandwich- hot roast beef with grilled onions melted provolone and fresh chopped pepperocinies* peppers in a toasted garlic butter roll w/ fresh cut potatoes fries. Sandwich tasted good, good size, and filling. Place has a small interior but there is a basement floor with more tables and games/ small arcade section and a couple of Tv to catch the sporting games. Serves: beer, hard seltzers and tea, and wine. They serve other dishes such as a variety of appz, pasta and burgers/ sandwiches. Give it a try and taste test it yourself. read more

somethings not right.... a few times ( 4-5 ) a year, a few of my friends and i spend the weekend up the mountain for a bible retreat. one of the things we ALWAYS do is visit NEO's pizza. the last few times the food, primarily the Lasagna, was terrible. the second time ( june 2025 ) we experienced the change in the food, lasagna, i spoke with the owner. he told me, it must be the kids cooking!..... what??? he made no attempt to "make it right!" i was not looking for a hand out, only to know if the quality of the food would return to what we were used too over the past several years. we were up the mountain in early August, and did not eat at Neo's..... makes me sad paul ( soldier4christ2005@gmail.com ) read more

Ordered three extra large pizzas for takeout on a Sunday night. The restaurant was large inside, but packed and very busy! We got a half meat lovers and a half pineapple bacon, and a half Margherita, half veggie, and a whole pepperoni. All were very good although the pepperoni was very salty. Crust was crisp and chewy! My favorite was the meat lovers! Pizzas were perfect thickness not too thick and not too thin. Not greasy at all. Very generous with all their toppings too! Great spot imo! read more
