The pasta was okay, not my favorite, but still enjoyable. The noodles were definitely cooked more on the well-done/soft side, whereas I personally prefer my pasta al dente. The pasta was also super saucy, and there was quite a bit of it, so you definitely get a good portion. The wings were pretty much what you'd expect from a standard wing. They were juicy and had a nice flavor on their own. Paired with the dipping sauces, though, they took on some different flavors, which I really enjoyed. I also really liked the vibe here. Our "table is ready" text finally arrived 53 minutes after we joined the waitlist. If the real wait is an hour, just say an hour. At least then we could have taken our dog for a hike, grabbed lunch somewhere else, and possibly returned in time for our table.
