I use Dominos Avon for Delivery when the weather is bad. Yes it takes a while, all the Pizza places in the area get slammed on such nights. Walk a mile in their shoes, with the phones ringing off the walls & irate customers not cutting them any slack. Pizza ranges from okay to good. Best to stick with standard menu items, don't add extras, or be picky. I always tip well, it's a tough job being out driving in hazardous conditions. THEY are willing to drive while I'm inside & cozy, & I appreciate it. read more

Domino's Pizza - Food from the best dominos workers and my freind - Chicken Wings Near Me - Avon, Colorado

Any time I order from this location there is a problem. This time they got my whole order wrong. I called them and they said they would remake my order. At this point I don't even want the crappy pizza. They hung up on me twice when I called and it's not even worth it anymore. Domino's Pizza in Avon is a joke. read more

Pizza delivery could not find a very visable address nor tell me where he was so I could guide him. Pizza delivery NEVER ARRIVED. Called Dominos They hung up twice and said it was delivered! NEVER ORDER from here unless you like giving your money away and still needing food read more

I don't normally write reviews for Domino's but seems like this one was hit with some low ratings and I thought I'd leave a recent review. We ordered two pizzas to be delivered to us at the Westin Villas. They arrived hot and fresh in under 30 minutes (this was on a Thursday night). The driver called us (as we requested when we ordered) when he arrived and we met him in front of our building. Everything went quick and smooth and the pizzas were just what we ordered. read more

We were on a road trip through the Rockies and my friend was not feeling well. All she wanted was BBQ Wings from Dominos. I ordered two types of wings. One for her and one for me. When I arrived at the store, my order was brought to my car and the wings for her were hot wings, not BBQ. I took them back into the store and they told me they would have to remake them. Two things. I ordered two things and they were both quite simple. I asked for a refund. The store manager told me he could only give me a credit. I said fine, give me a credit back to my app where I ordered. He agreed, gave me a credit, and showed me the screen showing the credit. While my food got cold, I waited for her order to be remade and checked my app. I told the manager I wasn't seeing the credit. He said it would show up. The screen showed the credit as a coupon. I got back home, still didn't see the credit, contacted Dominos, and corporate tells me the credit is only good at the Avon store. Really?? Liars! I live in Arizona. Is the Avon, CO store planning to deliver to me in Arizona at no charge??? This is nothing short of fraud. Keep your credit Dominos. No store will ever see my business again. 3.1 rating. Should be a ZERO! read more

Domino's Pizza - Was told this would go to my app. It didn't. They lied and can keep their credit. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Avon, Colorado

I am a truck driver and on my route back to california. i placed an order through the app and when i picked it up i had to leave right away and many miles down the road when i went to eat it my pizza was littered with giant bubbles , it was floppy and i couldn't even rip apart the slices because it was so poorly cut. i've never received a pizza from any dominoes location that was this poorly made. i called to complain and was told to call the next day when the manager was in so i did, she promised $20 credit for a makeup order and apologized for this. i don't live anywhere near this location and communicated that it might be awhile untill i return and she said it would be fine since it was attached to the name and number i was calling from. that was on 3/8/24, the call was 3/9/24, and yesterday when i called 9/6/24 i tried to place a order as i was on my way back to colorado and wanted to redeem this credit. after asking i was put on hold and hung up on. i called back and they kept trying to deflect me to placing the order through the app or online as it would be easier for them. finally i get a hold of the manager and he claims he can't find any info about this and looks up my account and says he can't find anything either, i asked if i could send him the proof of this and he deflected me to the dominos website to talk to the chat bot. this is extremely frustrating considering i have no clue when i'll ever be back out here again and still have no heard back from the ticket i made online. im not surprised this location has such poor reviews now by how poorly this has been handled and how they clearly don't give a shit about their customers. worst dominos experience by far and being a former dominos employee it baffles me how this store is still even allowed the perform this terribly. read more

We almost passed on this place due to the low stars. We ended up ordering online and picked up the pizza in about 30 minutes. The food was also pretty tasty and fresh. read more

We placed an online order the day before we needed our pizza for a school pizza party that students had earned. We received a confirmation email confirming the correct delivery time and address details. 15 minutes after the expected delivery time, we had not received our order. We called the store and were very disappointed when they said that had not received the order, but after a couple of minutes, they actually found it and blamed it on us for not calling that morning. They said they would quickly make the pizzas and send them over, which took over an hour. By the time we received our pizza the time we had for our celebration had passed. Students were highly disappointed and did not get their pizza. When I asked the employee who was working what they could do to compensate us for their mistake, he did not apologize, and asked "why, you got your pizza." I asked to speak to a manager several times and he was not there. I asked to have him call me and over a day and a half later I still have not received a call. This is terrible customer service. read more

Domino's Pizza - a pizza in a box - Chicken Wings Near Me - Avon, Colorado

After a long weekend of camping, we decided to pick up a pizza for the convenience. The app said our order was boxed and ready to go. When I entered and asked for my order, they said "Oh your pie is still in the oven" and then just stared at me blankly when I said told them that the app said it was ready. I asked if I could pay and they said yes. Then I waited 20 minutes. Definitely not convenient and definitely no apology or even an explanation for why it was supposed to be ready and wasn't. Super apathetic. read more

I ordered a thin crust pizza, a sub, and two sauce cups. I received: 1) a pizza with one wrong topping, and almost none of another. 2) a sub on a stale sub role, over toasted to the point it tasted like a crouton 3) no sauce cups I worked for this company for a while and we almost always noticed a topping mistake when the pizza leaves the oven. It is likely they knew they messed up, but boxed the pizza for delivery anyway. read more

This place is horrible, NEVER order from them. It took one and a half hours for them to get our pizza ready and this isn't the first time this has happened. Me: Calls to tell them they messed up order. Manager: alright I can refund you or put your name and number down and you'll get free wings next time you come in. Me: cool I'll take the free wings next time. No worries. Me: orders pizza and wings online, go in to pay and pick up food. Took 2 hours to get pizza delivered. We totally understand the current worker shortage but manager kept making excuses and wasn't honest about the situation. I just ordered hot wings for tonight to be delivered to make my day just a little better by not having to cook and got a coke as well. I watched the tracker to see if they put my wings in the oven longer than last time and it was shorter!!!! Only 8 mins in the oven! And then they sat around for 15 before they left the restaurant. When they got to my home my husband answered the door so he didn't know exactly what I ordered but they did not bring my coke. But it was on the app, on a small sticker on the box of hot wings but not on the receipt. I would like my money back because my wings weren't even cooked! Skin and meat were inedible! read more

Domino's Pizza - a view of a domino's pizza - Chicken Wings Near Me - Avon, Colorado

It is absolutely astonishing on how horrible the service was here. I ordered a few items from this location, and was informed of a 35 to 45 minute wait. Two hours later my pizza and everything arrived... in about as cold as it possibly could be. I called in about an hour and 15 minutes in, the two people I spoke to just brushed me off and hung up. We know that since the legalization of marijuana in the state of Colorado Domino's has probably heard this many times, however, there Pizza was amongst the finest delivery pizza we've had in the Colorado Mountain basin! They delivered on a very busy Saturday night within 40 minutes as stated. The pizza was hot and actually very good and believe me this comes from people who have eaten many pizzas in their lives. Domino's has definitely improved, at least as far as this location. For easy, good tasting, and simple delivery of pizza this is the best in the valley! read more

My pizza took over an hour to get here. When it did get here it was literally colder than room temperature. Which is actually impressive in a way because I didn't know that was even possible. Then I realized it was a medium instead of the large that I paid for. When I called to let them know, I was put on hold for 8 minutes and 37 seconds (pretty sure they forgot I was on the line). When I finally did get to talk to those imbeciles, it was so frustrating that I hung up as they were giving me the discount code because even at a discount I won't eat this shit anymore. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, not for the food but for the general manager's attitude and lack of customer service. I've had them deliver to my residence many times over the years, and three times in the past three months. Tonight, just as my order is ready to be delivered, the GM, Sean (couldn't get his last name) had a store employee call to tell me they don't deliver to my address. When I asked to speak to the manager he reluctantly got on the phone and told me they don't deliver here but had no reason as to why. He said he's been working there since Sep of 2021 and that's how it has been. He basically called me a liar saying that I didn't have deliveries to my residence. So disappointed. I actually order pizza from here a few times a month. This evening, I ordered online (paid, mind you) at 10:02pm. My email (as well as Domino's website) said it would take 30-40 minutes. While I am all for quick service, on my way home, I received an automated message at 10:21 (19 minutes later) saying my delivery driver was on his way. Great. I'm seconds away from being home. I arrive home. No order present. I call the store. The Dominos employee tells me it's "not his problem" that my order isn't there. Keep in mind, I was just calling to check. I call back at 10:41 pm to check the status and ask to speak to a manager after prior treatment. The manager, Jiman, proceeds to blame me for not being present and tells me he "doesn't have time to be on the phone". Again, I've paid for this order online already and was present at home prior to the 30-40 minute window. I don't have said order. I've called to politely inquire. What else am I supposed to do? I am thoroughly disappointed with this customer service and would definitely expect better of a company such as Dominos. **UPDATE:My husband called back and spoke with a Dominos employee who informed him our driver was pulled over. My husband asked to speak to the manager (same one, Jiman) and was treated somewhat respectfully and offered 50% off, though also told he couldn't be on the phone. I proceeded to get on the phone and Jiman immediately said it wasn't his fault, though he said our order was free. It is now 11:43 pm and nothing. Don't waste your time here. read more
