We were on a road trip through the Rockies and my friend was not feeling well. All she wanted was BBQ Wings from Dominos. I ordered two types of wings. One for her and one for me. When I arrived at the store, my order was brought to my car and the wings for her were hot wings, not BBQ. I took them back into the store and they told me they would have to remake them. Two things. I ordered two things and they were both quite simple. I asked for a refund. The store manager told me he could only give me a credit. I said fine, give me a credit back to my app where I ordered. He agreed, gave me a credit, and showed me the screen showing the credit. While my food got cold, I waited for her order to be remade and checked my app. I told the manager I wasn't seeing the credit. He said it would show up. The screen showed the credit as a coupon. I got back home, still didn't see the credit, contacted Dominos, and corporate tells me the credit is only good at the Avon store. Really?? Liars! I live in Arizona. I am a truck driver and on my route back to california. i placed an order through the app and when i picked it up i had to leave right away and many miles down the road when i went to eat it my pizza was littered with giant bubbles , it was floppy and i couldn't even rip apart the slices because it was so poorly cut. i've never received a pizza from any dominoes location that was this poorly made. i called to complain and was told to call the next day when the manager was in so i did, she promised $20 credit for a makeup order and apologized for this. i don't live anywhere near this location and communicated that it might be awhile untill i return and she said it would be fine since it was attached to the name and number i was calling from. that was on 3/8/24, the call was 3/9/24, and yesterday when i called 9/6/24 i tried to place a order as i was on my way back to colorado and wanted to redeem this credit. after asking i was put on hold and hung up on. i called back and they kept trying to deflect me to placing the order through the app or online as it would be easier for them. finally i get a hold of the manager and he claims he can't find any info about this and looks up my account and says he can't find anything either, i asked if i could send him the proof of this and he deflected me to the dominos website to talk to the chat bot. this is extremely frustrating considering i have no clue when i'll ever be back out here again and still have no heard back from the ticket i made online. im not surprised this location has such poor reviews now by how poorly this has been handled and how they clearly don't give a shit about their customers. worst dominos experience by far and being a former dominos employee it baffles me how this store is still even allowed the perform this terribly. read more

We placed an online order the day before we needed our pizza for a school pizza party that students had earned. We received a confirmation email confirming the correct delivery time and address details. 15 minutes after the expected delivery time, we had not received our order. We called the store and were very disappointed when they said that had not received the order, but after a couple of minutes, they actually found it and blamed it on us for not calling that morning. They said they would quickly make the pizzas and send them over, which took over an hour. By the time we received our pizza the time we had for our celebration had passed. Students were highly disappointed and did not get their pizza. When I asked the employee who was working what they could do to compensate us for their mistake, he did not apologize, and asked "why, you got your pizza." I asked to speak to a manager several times and he was not there. I asked to have him call me and over a day and a half later I still have not received a call. I use Dominos Avon for Delivery when the weather is bad. Yes it takes a while, all the Pizza places in the area get slammed on such nights. Walk a mile in their shoes, with the phones ringing off the walls & irate customers not cutting them any slack. Pizza ranges from okay to good. Best to stick with standard menu items, don't add extras, or be picky. I always tip well, it's a tough job being out driving in hazardous conditions. We know that since the legalization of marijuana in the state of Colorado Domino's has probably heard this many times, however, there Pizza was amongst the finest delivery pizza we've had in the Colorado Mountain basin! They delivered on a very busy Saturday night within 40 minutes as stated. The pizza was hot and actually very good and believe me this comes from people who have eaten many pizzas in their lives.
