Is there a Sausage Shortage?? I ordered a Brooklyn Style XL pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I didn't think that 2 pieces of sausage on each slice was acceptable on XL slices. I sent an email to Customer Service, filling out all my information about the store, the date, etc. and got a generic reply with a case number and then no further contact. Although the Brookly Style crust was very good, I was disappointed with the scarcity of sausage on the pizza and also the lack of follow up response from Domino's. I've been a Dominos ride-or-die for years, but this last trip was a nightmare. The pizza tasted okay, but it also made me and my roommate incredibly sick. After eating here, we both contracted norovirus and suffered from severe symptoms for several days. Our other roommate passed on the pizza and is symptom-free. :/ I strongly advise against eating at this Dominos. The risk of getting sick from it is simply not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your pizza fix. read more

We ordered delivery with the Dominos from Harrisburg on school house lane via the app. We ordered at 5:50pm and at 6:05 we received an alert on the tracker stating that our order was being quality checked, the next step would be delivery of our food. At 630 we called dominos to see what was going on because we were not given a time to expect our delivery nor was the tracker updating us. The employee at dominos explained that our order was under quality check at 6:08 but they were short on delivery drivers and it would be at least another 25 minutes. We FINALLY received our order at 7:15pm, although we waited forever and everyone was beyond hungry it was absolutely amazing. Cheers to the store for keeping our order fresh with such a lengthy wait period. We had 2 Brooklyn style large pizza's, cheesy bread, and a 2 liter special that was given as a coupon on the app, the total for our order was 35.99, after delivery charges and taxes and tip we paid $51.00. It was well worth the wait, considering it was a Saturday none of us have any complaints abut the waiting period. We will return another day to this store for our pizzas. So today we went to go get a six cheese Wisconsin Brooklyn style pizza! We have ordered this pizza at multiple Domino's locations, but this Domino's has got to be the worst! This is our third time ordering from this Domino's, every time it's different- not in a good way at all! We have gotten this pizza a lot, so we know how it's supposed to look! The crust this time was so thin; it looks like they put MAYBE two different cheese maybe three cheeses at most. The crust was the same thickness ass the melted cheese! The crust is thin, the crust is the wrong size and didn't have the correct amount of toppings! Usually we go inside and get the pizza, but this time we did curbside. The guy brought the pizza out but he was late. They have a timer on the app and it says if they take more than 2 minutes (down to the number of seconds) late to the car you get a free pizza; so what they did is stop the timer after 1 minute, but we were also looking at the clock in our SUV. What a joke this location is. It's definitely not the quality that I have been used to in the past. read more

I am a papa Johns fan hands down, so the notion of going to dominoes didn't really appeal to me until my little sister told me about their spinach and feta pizza. So I decided to get it, with modifications of course. I went to the website and placed an online order. I added chicken, tomatoes and onions. With extra cheddar cheese. There was a promotion online and It was a unlimited topping pizza for 14 bucks which was a great pizza. The problem is that they were very skimpy with the toppings. Some slices had no chicken on them at all. I also found some bacon on my pizza which I didn't add as a topping. This would have been a serious problem if I didn't eat pork for preference or religious reasons. With all of that being said, the pizza was delicious, but it was lacking in areas. The customer service was great, they brought the pizza to the car for me. I would order from them again if there were a promotion. read more

Don't you just love the smell of new things, especially if it smells like pizza?!?! This location is brand stankin new and you can tell the minute you walk in. You're greeted promptly! There are about 50 employees all eager to take your order. One cashier was so overly excited she tried to convince me for an additional five minutes on the benefit of adding a 20 oz. Pop to my order. It quickly turned to overkill!! When I came back in to pick up my order I was instructed to look at The screen behind my head to see if my name appears. Then I needed to read the screen to see where I am in the order process. Ok, ok,, I get it as she was asking do I see it and does my name say it's ready? She actually wouldn't go look until I followed her instructions. Gheesh! I was then forced to eat a piece of their cookie/brownie (ok maybe not forced). But before I could even leave I had to be reinstructured on how to use the dang on screen again. Guess I looked like a slow learner! I have ordered from Domino's in Harrisburg via the app twice in the last month and have had issues with both of the orders. The first order I placed took approximately two hours to be delivered. After about an hour and 30 minutes, I called the store to see when it was going to be delivered and they said it was "out for delivery!" It was another 25-30 minutes before it was delivered. On top of that, the food was cold when it was delivered. I have ordered from there several times in the past with no issue and thought it to be a fluke and ordered again this evening. Currently, I have been waiting for an hour and 40 minutes and still haven't gotten my order. I tried calling the store and was told "please hold" as they hung up! I am assuming the food will likely be cold when it is delivered and this WILL be the last time I order from there! If you want pizza, look elsewhere, you just may starve before it gets to you! read more

Horrendous service. I placed a large order (to feed 13 people) scheduled to be delivered at 4:30pm. It did not show up so I called at 5pm, waiting on hold for 30 min and no one answered. Fast forward to 11:30pm, I received a call from our neighbor that our pizza had just been delivered to their house (at 11pm - more than 6 hours late!!) Further, I called Dominos the next day to request a refund - the manager told me he "had to look into it and would call back." My husband went to the store in person an hour later (since I didn't get a call back) and the manager was "too busy" to process our refund. After my husband returned home and told me this, I called the store again. I asked to speak to the manager and they wanted to know what it was in regards to. I stated my name and said I was checking to see if my refund had been processed yet. The manager told the employee to HANG UP on me. Unbelievable and disgusting service. read more

Okay I ordered online and it took about 40 mins to get me. My problem is that I didn't get my order for my 10 piece Mild Buffalo Wings. I called and spoke with the manager John, and he said it should be there within 1-2 hours, and I was told that they were going to waive the delivery fee which I don't get why I had to even pay for it if it wasn't my fault. So 2 hours pass and my order still didn't show up. I called back and demand to get my money back and John swears that there was two delivery that went to my address. I told him I didn't receive it and I was just speechless for moment as there was nothing that could be done but try to give me credit. I told him I didn't want the credit as this will be my last purchase from domino's. It is about 9:43pm when this conversation happen at New Year's Eve. Glad there is a new addition to the Harrisburg area. I called to order carry out and the employee was new and it took awhile. When she told me the amount I told her that it was too much based on my coupon. Although my order was correct when I got there, it was not the price the I expected. And I'm happy to say my order was ready on time just as I arrived so I don't have to wait. Ordered for delivery.. got our food within 20 minutes from ordering.. part of the order was not what we ordered. Called them back and they told us it would be an hour before they could deliver the correct order.. so we had to watch others eat before we could get our order. Really?? ordered a pizza online and was very disappointed,,, the pizza was doughey in the middle and there was such an overwhelming flavor of garlic on the crust that it was uneatable,,, i like garlic but i do not want to bite into a clove which is what this one tasted like. i called the store and told them of my concern and all i got from the manager was "sorry it is a new batch and is different than what we normally use... we will make a notation beside your phone number so the next time you order we will not put it on there". i notified the home office of dominos and was told it was an individually owned store and they would contact the owner with my concern and would be contacted by him/her. to date over two weeks later i have not heard from anyone and my concerns go unnoticed by owner, corporate and everyone it may not seem like a lot of money but we are on a very tight budget and that was splurge money.AND WE HAD MORE THAN HALF A PIZZA WE THREW AWAY...I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DOMINOS PIZZA AGAIN. read more
