The dough wasn't just "a little undercooked" -- it was raw. Gummy, sticky, and doughy in the center like it had barely seen the oven. This isn't a minor slip. This is basic quality control completely missing. Calling to place the order was the first red flag. The person who answered had music blasting so loudly I could hardly understand him. I had to repeat myself several times. When I told him I was at a well-known location two doors down, he had no idea where that was and asked for the full address -- which is concerning for someone handling local deliveries. Then, without warning, he said delivery would be an hour and a half... and immediately hung up before I could respond or cancel. No confirmation. No professionalism. Just click. This place used to be dependable, friendly, and worth recommending (enthusiastically!) Now it feels chaotic, careless, and completely indifferent to the customer experience. Belmont deserves far better than this level of decline.

I like to order it early in the day and have it uncut so I can throw on additional toppings later in the evening and reheat in the oven when I'm ready to chow down. This place has nice, crust with good crisp, awesome cheese and a nice tangy sauce with a little zip. I don't know if they have gluten free options or not, I don't see it anywhere on their website but according to Google AI, they do. They have a pretty solid menu and I hope to try some other things in the coming weeks and months.

I can only speculate as to how good their pizza is because we choose to order other items from their online menu without even having seen the restaurant. We wanted some things for dinner to go so while we waited on a child at dance practice, we sat in a parking lot and looked through restaurants listed as nearby on Yelp. As soon as I began browsing the menu, I saw they offered Bruschetti. My brother and I love the stuff but find Italian restaurants thaat know how to do it justice is always a hit or miss. But we decided to give it a try. OMG!! To die for! And believe it or not, that review comes from eating it directly out of the styrofoam takeout box while sitting inside the car while waiting outside the dance school in the parking lot after dark. Every single bite was delicious! Fresh, nicly chopped vegetables and spices, beautiful blend of seasonings, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, topped off with fresh, cold chunky curls of very flavorful mozzarella cheese, all piled high on nicly toasted Italian bread slices. I could've happily sat there for the next hour leisurely enjoying every single bite, sucking my fingers clean between chewing and swallowing, had my child not come out of dance class and wanting to go home. So alas, we closed up the takeout box and headed home with our delicious Bruschetti tempting our taste buds all the way. Upon arriving home and ripping into the remaining food items, we found a delicious grilled chicken panini, a mouth-watering Italian sausage and peppers hot sub and the most epic takeout container of spaghetti and meatballs! We intentionally asked for extra sauce on the spaghetti because most Italian restaurants rarely ever seem to give you enough spaghetti sauce in relationship to the volume of noodles. And while we ordered the spaghetti and meatball dinner, we asked for their meat sauce in place of the usual marinara. Upon removing the plastic wrap that the restaurant so graciously tightly wrapped around the entire takeout container to prevent leakages, and then taking off the top plastic cover, I was met with the most delicious smells of Italian seasonings, accompanied by a visual feast of spaghetti piled high and covered to the brim with the most delectable spaghetti meat sauce I have ever encountered anywhere! Nestled down inside the pan were two beautiful, large and tasty mearballs. There was clearly enough spaghetti in this pan to feed several hungry people. After fixing a plate for my son's dinner, and swiping a few bites for myself, my son exclaimed it was the best spaghetti he'd ever had and insisted that the rest of it be closed back up and put in the fridge for him to have for the next evening's dinner...good thing I snuck those couple of bites when I did! This was a truely amazing treat of deliciousness, so totally unexpected and so immensely enjoyed that we're all having leftovers for the next night's dinner, even including some homemade bruschetti with leftover sauce from the previous night along with some toasted pieces of french bread we grabbed from the grocery store. For anybody looking for a place to have pizza, I've no doubt this place does great pizzas but for a truely magical gastrominal experience of absolute deliciousness, step beyond the pizza and check out the rest of their menu...you won't regret it.
