On top of that, the cold brew itself tasted extremely watered down like no care was put into it at all. The whole interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and honestly disrespectful, especially after paying for the service. I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way. This experience didn't reflect the standard I've come to expect from this place, and I hope it's addressed.

The aisle way where the coffee and tea is served gets jammed up as well. People order and then just stand around talking waiting for their beverage. It create a problem because it blocks access to the bathrooms. The Staff is great, very nice and they hustle to keep things moving. It was a little loud and somewhat hard to have a conversation. I think it would be much more enjoyable in the spring and after when it warms up enough to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the fresh air. The menu looked really good and the brisket caught my eye, maybe that will be on my menu for my next visit. Parking is a real challenge.
