Jean-Luc Bergevin of Dolphin Pools was assigned to help me through a pretty difficult process dealing with Gila County. Every step of the process was made perfectly clear. If I did not understand something, Jean-Luc took his time and explained it to me. He composed drawings which showed in detail proposed sites for the pool. He helped design my pool and went beyond what I would consider an expectation in dealing with Gila County. And the most important part - he came in under budget. Jean-Luc met with us on Wednesday at our home to scout out our backyard and take measurements for the pool design that my fiancé and I had imagined would transform the backyard into an inviting oasis.
