We are up in Williamsport for a long day of baseball. We stopped in Dolly's for some breakfast. It is a cute little "seat yourself" diner with great breakfast options. We heard that the pastries were great but they ran out of sticky buns. The pancakes looked yummy and my omelet was very good. Friendly service as well. read more

Used to be known for the sausage patties but what I had today was a precooked hockey puck that tasted old!! Quality should still be a priority even with the price of food. Pancake was poor at best and used to another staple at this restaurant. Thumbs down!!!! read more

Cute little place in Williamsport. Seat yourself & our party of 7 were able to get a table on a Saturday morning. Our waitress was very sweet (i didnt catch her name), was able to remember all of our orders without writing it down. Bright & spacious, can get loud as it fills up. Oh Dolly's you sure did leave an impression. I only wish it was for the food. While having a weekend getaway in Coldersport PA we fell back in time when we spotted Dolly's diner. The decor, the room, the breakfast bar, and the waitstaff all made us feel like we were back when everyone lived quite a simpler life.The lipstick, the accents and the friendly camaraderie of the waitresses at Dolly's is what made it delightful. The food was hot and served with a smile and a little sass. It was food we were fed and that is all I have to say about that. Great diner!! My family came for breakfast. Everything we ordered was incredible. Eggs were done perfectly, quality ingredients, and great corn beef hash. The staff was attentive despite being busy and the food came out promptly. The biggest thing that sets this place apart from other diners is the coffee. Had a quick lunch here on our way to the finger lakes. Food was really good. I had a grilled chicken salad and the wife had a steak and cheese omelette. Food was fine. Place is clean. Waiters good but...I had a gift card someone bought and paid for. When I used it, I noticed they applied a surcharge to my bill, as if I used a credit card. They already have been paid for this card. How can they charge me MORE to use it to buy food? It is NOT credit. Also, the prices on the bill for the items I ordered were slightly higher than the price listed in the menu. Tax is charged as a separate line item, so it is not because of the tax. If the menu says a whatever costs $3.99, the bill should not list its price a $4.09 read more

I stopped here with my wife for a late breakfast. The diner had plenty of seating and many patrons. We seated ourselves and we're quickly greeted by a friendly waitress. I ordered the "large mess" I probably should have ordered the small because it was very filling. My wife ordered strawberry stuffed French toast. We could not be happier with the food and service. I'm not a local, so consider that I stopped in on way to taking my kiddo back to college late in morning. We like little diners over chains and happily will go 15mins out of our way on trips like this. We had good food at market price, quickly and politely served...but not what I would call great food or great value. I would not avoid this place nor would I actively seek it out. If I were a local, I might find this was this best in town and would be content eating there regularly...just not a fantastic, go outta my way place. read more

Yesterday, Thursday (3/30) I was there with brother, his wife and my friend, Jim. Ashley was our server. She was excellent! I love all 3 locations but this one by far has the best servers!!!! So, we had our meals (great food)then I asked if they had cake. No, but they had pie (my friend's fav flavor chocolate & peanut butter). The girls went so far as to find a candle and brought it lit to table. They all (other customers included) sang Happy birthday to Jim who was 87 that day! The pie slice was huge and wonderful taste! I had Dolly's cheesesteak (first time) that was perfect! I've even had a meal of liver & onions (perfectly cooked). We go there twice a month now. Clean, fast service with lots of smiles, great food and large portions. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent. We stumbled in here early on a Sunday morning after a tip from our hotel. Everyone was super warm, welcoming, & friendly. The coffee was hot & they kept it flowing (they told us they roast their own beans). We had the Big Bopper, which was more than enough for two, but we also had to try one of the fresh sticky buns that arrived while we ate (most of that is coming home with us!). Although the Montoursville location has many more options if you're looking for freshly roasted coffee by the pound to go, whole or ground. Makes a great gift for coffee lovers during the holidays.
