They have some furniture as well. (Mattresses, couches, tables.) It's very clean and well organized. The store doesn't smell bad. It's a pleasant shopping experience. There's stuff brand new in the box. If I'm already in the area or nearby I would pop in to see what new inventory they have. I think as long as you think of it almost like a thrift store (no guarantee what you'll find that day although they have a little bit of everything and at what price) you'd be setting reasonable expectations for yourself.

They are an outlet for returns and damaged items, overstock, etc for big box stores like Costco, Sam's Club and Target, so you just have to know the prices of things or you need to search for the original prices on your phone. Generally, their food items are pretty good deals, but you need to check for items being expired or nearing expiration. Today the store was packed full of stuff and to my surprise, plenty of shoppers! They have a good amount of furniture and appliances today. Most of the highly discounted items are either because they are expired, near expiring or they had overstock of something and need to make space so they discount them to get rid of them fast. Shopping at Grocery Outlet is like a treasure hunt, you never know what you will find there and what kind of bargains you will find! The shop is large, with an open floor layout. The furniture inventory is in pretty good condition. I didn't see broken, non functional items. They had furniture: lighting fixtures, living room (interior and exterior), dining room, bedroom, and office. RH furniture is mainly larger pieces not meant for mobility and smaller spaces. The products are beautiful and pricier due to the quality of the materials, size, and additional craftsmanship. The outlet prices are discounted from their retail pricing. From what I can see, the discounts seem comparable to the as is conditions. The majority of the design look is modern classic. They do have statement pieces screaming other styles such as bohemian and eclectic. On my last visit, as I was walking about, the 3 various sales staff walked past me without acknowledgment. Well on the plus side, they did seem to have enough staff to cover the number of customers on the weekend afternoon I dropped in.

Very low prices for furniture - I've got a little kitty who loves to dig his claws into everything…read moreand so I often replace and find great things here. My beloved Solsta couch from Ikea was getting on in age and so I needed to replace it. The cushions were stained and the blue fabric faded. I don't know what Piggy and Paco did on there either. Nobody knows. So many puddles and spilled drinks on that thing. Mystery stains. One from this frozen blueberry I had on top of my oatmeal one morning. That thing must have rolled off somehow and then got stuck there for months. Later I would find that green fuzzy thing and stains that no carpet cleaner could get out. I tried even. Result was the surrounding fabric got lighter and lighter and more faded - and the dark blueberry stain got worse. Truth is you can get a couch here for $500 and on a good day its half off as the like to move inventory. You can scrub and clean your old stained couch but truth is its never coming out. And the history of those stains - there is nothing that can clean it from your memory - even if you successfully remove them.

She personified classic Nordstrom values and customer service. She was kind, bubbly, and courteous. I'm sure she probably wakes up that way every day and uses her spirit to achieve and anything she does, but on this day, she represented Nordstrom and the white club experience. I grew up knowing. She explained to me I don't buy item what was the final sale and how all of the policies worked. She was warm and empathetic from beginning to end. What a profile and professional excellence. Thank you, Nordstrom for restoring my faith and great service.

My sister has been looking for a pair of Hokas on sale and this was the second Rack location she tried. Unfortunately no luck here, but I tagged along and tried on some shoes. They have a very large selection of good designer shoes...the largest choice of Sam Edelman shoes I've seen in ages. The discounts are good, not great. I ended up choosing a pair of EVA Arizona Birkenstock sandals. At $54.95 they are $5 more than buying on Birkenstock direct website, so no savings especially as free membership allows you free shipping. However, I wasn't sure of my size for this brand so it was helpful to try several pairs out in person. The salespeople here were low key and helpful if asked for assistance. The store was large, cool, well lit and had a large selection. The store was larger than the ones I have gone to in Sacramento. I briefly looked at personal care items and they had a nice selection. Otherwise, we didn't have time to look at much else as we wanted to head home and beat the traffic. I am taking one star away for no discount on the shoes and the fact they when I got home I realized the security tag hadn't been removed at checkout . Fortunately my Dad had a bolt cutter and he took it off for me.
