I think as long as you think of it almost like a thrift store (no guarantee what you'll find that day although they have a little bit of everything and at what price) you'd be setting reasonable expectations for yourself.

He did ring up 1 of our items twice and when we alerted it to him he had an attitude and told us he didn't ring up one of the other items we had. This is not acceptable. Total cost for all my items were less than $30. I know it's called dollar tree but everything is over a dollar, lol, it is now $1.25 and not $1.00, bummer. Even though it's gone up a quarter. They make customers feel uncomfortable when trying out furniture, even something as simple as sitting on a chair to see if it's comfortable. How are customers supposed to make a purchase without being able to try the furniture first? I've experienced this attitude on previous visits as well, so it's clearly not a one-time issue. However, I wasn't sure of my size for this brand so it was helpful to try several pairs out in person. The salespeople here were low key and helpful if asked for assistance.
