Ton and tons of halloween decorations ! Lots of candy to choose from for trick or treaters. I just wish they had more CHOCOLATE. I get all my eyeglasses there, because I need them to read. I have pairs Everywhere, work home , bedroom, kitchen, living room and in the truck too. I like all the loud crazy colors and designs, because I'll wear any of them. Cracks me up when people give me a double take because I have bright orange glasses on ! I can't help but notice tho that they seem to come in every color but green !?!? why !? I like dollar tree and 99 cents stores, it's very useful and continent to buy stuff for home needs. Great economy for a lot of necessary things, everything for 1$ really. Love this store but just wanted to post the hours are wrong, they are open 8am-9pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-9pm on Sunday

This review is for the assistant manager Christopher. There was an elderly lady in front of me in line complaining that she was overcharged 10 cents on a transaction that occurred on a previous day. A line was quickly forming behind us and there was only one cashier. Christopher assessed the situation and calmly walked over to see how he could help. Within a minute the irate customer's attitude changed and she was helped at another register so the cashier can continue checking our other customers. Great managerial skills. read more

Manager Cindy was so rude! I was waiting third in line with 2 more people behind me. She opened a new aisle and offer the people behind me to check out first. Later when i finally got to check out I mentioned it to the person and told her maybe She could mention the manager as a suggestion she told me it was the manager who did that. So As I was leaving I went up to the manager Cindy and told her I thought she should take people from the front of the line. Her response was this is the third time people have said something to me I don't see what the problem is. I don't understand how a manager wouldn't understand especially if others have complained. It's your typical dollar tree, everything is a dollar. I like this location better than the one in La Crescenta because they truly keep everything a dollar. We are able to get name brand snacks here, and that comes in handy from time to time. I also come here to get my cleaning supplies. The quality of the stuff is good, the cashiers take the time to really try to help you even when they're in rush hour, and the management takes the time to get to know you. I frequent here, and haven't had any problems, and they even helped us by giving us some of their boxes they weren't using when we needed them for a move. I think that was extra in their customer service because they offered to let us take them. The customer service at this location is pretty good. read more

I love dollar tree. I used to work at this dollar tree years ago so I'm very familiar with it. It's my go to place for candy, party supplies, balloons and greeting cards. You can't beat a $1 deal! The reason I'm giving this Dollar Tree a 4 is because of the new employees. Some are exceptional but others don't greet you, don't smile and even give you attitude sometimes. The dollar tree. Love it! I walk in looking for one thing, walk out with several things I wouldn't have imagined they carry. If I would have reviewed this store a few years ago, I would have complained about the chain smoking manager. She always looked mean, and would stand in front of the entrance just smoking away on her breaks...At least step off to the side.lol...However, there's a new sheriff in town. His name is Alvin. Pleasant disposition, always friendly, always helpful, no complaints. There's also a checker that's been there for years now. Sweet as pie. Short hair, Armenian, brings a smile to my face whenever I see her. That woman is the epitome of great customer service! All the little gadgets and doodads I pick up here always work great. We love this store. The staff are so welcoming and professional. Alvin, the manager, does a great job. He greets customers like friends or family. This is a small Dollar Tree and they have a limited supply of items. There are many shelves that seem empty much of the time. A lot of things seems to be scattered around in different places. The employees have a much better attitude over those at Dollar King and most everything here is $1. read more

I LOVE THIS DOLLAR TREE!! This is my store when it comes to buying stuff for the office. It is close by to work, clean, and the employees are super duper nice. Their manager is awesome and he ALWAYS helps me out with whatever. I usually go here to get holiday goodies/decorations for Staff Development Meetings and employee birthdays. You really cannot beat $1.00. I tend to go last minute, like the week of the major holiday, but I always manage to find something good even though I complain to the manager that he has nothing left! I have also ordered through Deals.com, which is also Dollar Tree, and have had my items shipped to this location. Everyone there is extremely nice. They help me take my items to my car, which at times include 2 dozen balloons. BTW they sell balloons here for a dollar. I never worry about shopping here because I get a lot of bang for my buck, well the company's buck. read more

I love the dollar tree because you can get a lot of great deals here.The store is always pretty well organized compared to the other dollar trees that I have been to.The one main complaint that I have is that I am always in line for longer than I am actually shopping in the store.There is always only one checker at a time and when they call for a second checker when there are 12 people in line, they never show up until I get to the front of the line.I don't blame the manager of this store though because she is probably only given a certain amount of hours to hand out.I blame corporate dollar tree.They need to see how busy the stores are and focus on the actual customer service of the store. read more

No wonder it is a dollar store. Bad customer service. Their customer service is not even a dollar worth. My two year old boy had to go restroom real quick and one employee said that I can get the restroom key from front desk. But their employee NANCY said she can't find a key. WHAT?? You did not even look for the key whole time standing in front of me. She even yelled at me to go to other store if my 2 year old boy can't hold it. WHAT?? NANCY?? Are you going to say that to yourself when you really have to go to restroom? Are you also going to your next door store restroom when you need to go? Come on!! I know you will find that key if you have to go restroom. We are talking about a 2 year old boy who can't really hold it. And Where did you learn to YELL at your customer? Does your manager know what you are doing to your customers? At least you should have shown me your little effort to look for the restroom key for your 2 year old toddler customer. OR just be STRAIGHTFORWARD and CONSISTENT and say your restroom is not open to your customers. Thank you for ruining our Saturday morning shopping. On 03/03/2017 I visited the dollar tree for the first time and last time. It was roughly 8:50pm when I approach the entrance of the store the doors did not automatically open. I thought to myself that it was pretty strange that the store was closed before 9pm and on the door directly in front of me stated they close at 9. A woman with a key then arrived and open the door from the inside to let customers out. So I walked in as they walked out. The woman with the key stated they were closed as in entered. I reply the store is full of people and the sign say you guys close at 9. The woman then shouted WE ARE CLOSED. NO ONE IS GOING TO SERVICE YOU, WE WANT TO GO HOME. I told her I just need tooth past. The woman continued to shout. I then requested to speak with a manager. The woman stated she was the manager. So I requested to speak to a general manager. The woman replied "you probably don't even know what that is STUPID". I reply to the woman's insult with a remark of my own. I made the sound "mo mo" (cow noise) and the woman went berserk. She screamed "f**** you", she flick me off, she even went so far as to getting in my face. I just asked the woman not to touch me. The woman then told me " I am not scared of you n*****" . I told the woman she was going to lose her job. The woman then walk away and stated she did not care she has a better one in the day time. The woman would not let up. I couldn't believe what just happened. I purchased the tooth past and exited the store by 9:01. I call the store Monday 03/07/2017 mid day to file a complaint. The woman I spoke with refused to give me her name (smh). I now understood where the other woman's training came from. The woman I spoke with advised she was the actual manager and the woman I was complaining about was an assistant. She stated she would give me call back after she speaks with the employee. I call back two days later 03/09/2017 and stop with the same woman claiming to be the "real" manager. The woman again refused to provide her name. I disconnected call. I look online and found a # for dollar tree's HQ. I contacted that # on the same day and left a massage. As of now I haven't heard anything. I'm think I'm going to file a law suit.
