They fit my friend much better than the specialty ones that claim one size fits all. Great job five below! I noticed a great selection in their Nightmare before Chritmas and Star Wars gear. The store just opened and I hope it continues to stay neat! I feel like this place is like a fancier five below! They even have the self checkouts like five below! Not only do they have a variety of things but you can find really cute stuff! My only complaint is the prices, certain things are overpriced! I saw a couple things from dollar tree for 3x the amount and then some other stuff that were overpriced but way too cute to pass up haha! Prices are a bit high, store is very clean and organized, and employees are very helpful so I can see myself coming back!

While shopping in the safety section, I was clearly trying to find something and looked a bit lost. Gio, who was stocking shelves in electronics, noticed I needed help, stopped what he was doing, and took the time to ask if I needed assistance and if there was anything he could help me find. His willingness to step away from his task and genuinely help a customer made a huge difference. This was especially meaningful because, unfortunately, many shopping experiences lately have left me frustrated because employees often don't acknowledge customers or take the extra step to help locate an item. Gio did exactly what great customer service should look like -- he listened, cared, and made an effort to assist. Although the item I was looking for was no longer available, the service I received made the trip worthwhile. Before leaving, I decided I wanted to share my appreciation with a manager. I approached another employee, Jayson, and explained that I wanted to speak with someone about the excellent service I had received. Without hesitation, Jayson politely called for a manager and directed me where to meet them. His professionalism and willingness to help were another excellent example of what customer service should be. This was hands-down the best experience I have had in a store since before the pandemic. Employees like Gio and Jayson are the reason customers feel valued and want to return. Thank you, Gio and Jayson, for going above and beyond. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to customers truly stand out and deserve recognition.
