This is a great location to get all your favorite brands for clothes and home décor! I noticed that some of the SAME home items are less expensive at this location than it's sister stores. They also carry some prestige brands and the store is very large and well organized. I also like how the parking lot is spacious and it's in a centralized part of town. I can't say much for the service since I'm more of a self-service shopper. Prices are good and there's a wide range of selection. Their items are always changing so if you find something, make sure you pick it up quickly! The lines are definitely shorter in the evening and early morning. For weekends, expect to wait a good 15-20 minutes from lunch to dinner time. Also, the store is pretty clean! Not messy like other stores that sell a mixture of different brands. read more

I am a fan of TJ's in any city. This store is clean and has good inventory at great prices. The only thing I don't like is waiting in line for sometimes as long as 20 minutes. The end of the line last Friday was snaked down the farthest aisle far away from the checkout counter. At the TJ's in Everett, WA, they have ALL their staff out there at peak times and peak days. You seldom have to wait more than a few minutes. Same with the one in Seattle. I don't recall ever having to wait there. No one likes to stand in line. Also I concur with the other reviews on here that the floor staff is not very helpful, accessible or knowledgeable about what the store has. And they seem to be completely devoid of any personality. They never smile and say: I'd be happy to show you! They're busy stacking or organizing but they lose sight that the customer is a person and not a box of candles. I would be shocked if any employee came up to me and said: Are you finding everything you need? These employees are young and the younger generation simply doesn't know how to relate to customers. Great selections, great prices but a young lady named Giselle acted like I was bothering her when I asked her to unlock a purse for me. She was at the jewelry counter with no customers. She said she would be with me in a minute ( she was doing nothing). Later as I filled my basket with other items, she ended up at the register and waited on me. She was angry and very annoyed. I asked if she was ok and she responded saying she was "fine." When I asked her then if someone else could help me because she was clearly angry she rolled her eyes, then rudely told me she was tired. I told her she might want to ask for a break or ask to go home. She never apologized. I told a nice man who worked there about my experience. I just hope they allow her to go home or have a break but she shouldn't be working there if she is dealing with customers. So sad. read more

Huge store with a great selection of clothing but poorly organized. There were three areas with clothes labeled "small" so some organization could improve the experience. I needed a pair of cheap sunglasses for my visit to San Antonio so I came here to grab a pair. I was lucky to find not only a very large selection but also several clearanced. I scored a cheap Tommy Hilfiger pair for $6 as well as a short-sleeve shirt for $11. We were in line for a few minutes only, and several registers were open. Good experience overall. read more

There's always something going on at the TJ Maxx- to the Maxx! This place is a sorta general store- they've got a little bit of everything here. Stuff that seems that it came from another department store, and they're selling it here. I came in here looking for duvets and duvet covers. They didn't really have what I was looking for. Their number of options for king sized sheets was rather seriously limited. I was astonished to find Sharper Image products here! Didn't they go out of business years ago? They had a bunch of weird stuff that I'd never know I needed until I saw it here. Their shoe selection seems to be heavily slanted towards the slipper and Ugg knockoff area. No cowboy boot section. The customer service was pretty non-existent. Nobody came by to check up and see if we needed any help. They had an employee whose job it is to count people coming and going to make sure they don't go over capacity. read more

Have to say I really like the store BUT can't y'all hire friendly people? Not all but a lot of the employees are not friendly and obviously would rather be someplace else. Went this morning at 7:30 and I won't mention her name but she is an older lady with peppered long curly hair at the register who hates her job. I made it a point to be nice and friendly with her but she was just rude very very rude. UPDATE 1/3/19 Went to the store today and the ladies are much nicer at the register which is great. This is my go to TJ Maxx. It's located near the 410/281 interchange and can be a bit of pain to get to depending on which direction you are coming from. It's in a strip mall that's pretty much abandon other than the store and a Whataburger and easily seen from 281. So like all TJ Maxx's it's basically where you get prior season designer labels for great prices. If you're willing to search you can get some great things without hurting your wallet. This store is usually in tip top shape when it comes to organization. read more

This TJ Maxx is good, it's large and clean and easy to find everything. I picked up two cute tops and a shirt for my husband, all for just around $35. I've been here several times and never had an issue. They also have a pretty good selection of housewares, cookware, and small furniture pieces. read more

This particular tjmaxx was very clean on a Thursday morning, the manager was walking around putting away items that were misplaced. I love TJ Maxx for all of my last minute (and inexpensive!) shopping needs. This one does not have the selection of other ones especially compared to the Hone Goods store at The Rim. The dress selection is a bit smaller which is the most upsetting to me. I love their selection of home goods especially the pillows! They have so many decorative pillows to choose from! The service is always great also. The only reason this is 3 stars is for the limited dress and shoe selection. Overall they really need improvement and they are also very unorganized. read more

Seriously laziest cashiers I've ever come across. Very long lines only a couple of cashiers open no one is maintaining the 6 feet rule! Clearly marked on the ground but they are right up on you and no associate helps or tells them that they are supposed to maintain a 6 foot separation. Unfriendly and lazy. read more

This TJ Maxx location is in a very vacant hidden shopping center a Target was here till the 410 interchange bridge, and the Wal-Mart around corner ran it off. But, TJ Max has good prices on brand name clothing for the family. I bought 6 brand name polo shirts for my boys for $60 including 2 Tommy Hilfiger and 2 Ralph Lauren. You can't beat that price. Tj Maxx also has a decent selection of men's accessories and designer under ware. You always should were a clean pair because you never know. I don't ever find anything here over 2x, so fat chance finding any clothes for me. (inside joke) I give TJ Max 4 stars I really don't think this location will be around much longer, but I'm sure they will relocate some close by. read more

Want to share a horrible experience my wife and I went thru with this store Sunday afternoon 17:40 to be precise we bought a full size bed sheet set that we wanted to use on our granddaughter bed when my wife opened the package what we encountered was disgusting and dangerous the fitted sheet had blood stains so we were exposed to body fluids potential biohazard for STDs AIDS, HERPES, HEPATITIS and other potential transmissible illnesses I went back next day to speak with store manager and the assistant manager Virginia Ramirez was the one to assist me she was not help at all in top of trying to tell me that Item was not bought in there when I had receipt to proof in my hand and ask to review their cámaras to prove it after a not helpful assistance the only thing I was able to get was my money back and been told that the product I had bought from them was from another store when I wanted to proof my purchase by them pulling out their video from their cameras be careful is my advise read more
