Very rude customer service, screaming at the customers. Being the first time there, I never am going back. Would give them a zero but this app requires to put a star they don't even deserve.

I love this spot!!! I have found something every time!! The prices are fair and the selection is ever changing. The staff are so sweet and helpful!!!! I love that the proceeds go towards the animal shelter! They have unique days they are open, so check before heading that way! Will definitely be shopping there often.

I did not take any photos here because I did not plan to review, but after thinking about my visit…read moreand chatting with my friend who was with me, I decided to make a few comments. I realize thrift stores rely on donations, but several items we picked up were marked boutique but appeared more than lightly worn. Many of the clothing items were heavily worn and not in good repair. A necklace behind the counter was missing more than a few gems. The store is organized by categories but the lighting is awful, and makes it seem dirty even if it isn't, and there are dead ends/blocked aisles that require you to turn around and go the other way. Staff seemed friendly enough. I interacted 3 times with a young male teen and he seemed pretty low key minimal interaction but by the 3rd chat we hit it off to to speak. He's probably just slow to warm up. I did try on a few clothing items that I purchased. My friend also found something. But I don't think we will add this to our list of shops to frequent.

Great selection of home goods, decor, books, clothes and small electronics at a reasonable price…read more Great place to visit if you are looking to furnish your place. What I love most is the daily deals. The employees are always super helpful. They also have an area referenced as their "Boutique" items which are higher end items that are a little more pricey but again very good finds at a fraction of the retail price and in very good condition.

When it comes to thrift stores, I've always preferred Salvation Army over Goodwill. They do more…read morefor the community and typically they were cheaper however Salvation Army no longer lets you try on clothes due to theft issues. Listen people are donating their stuff to you if you're losing a couple dollars and donated stuff like come on how how much can that really be damaging you and have somebody near the Tryon section if it's really that much of an issue, but your clothes half of them don't have tags. I don't know what size I'm trying on and I'm not buying clothes that I can't try on when I asked the manager about it and asked him if I could return clothes if they didn't fit if I can't try them on because a couple of the items that I wanted to buy for an event like a costume party I was not gonna be buying if I couldn't try on and they were like jumpers and things I could not try on over my clothes. He told me just to try on over my clothes and that I could not return them if they didn't fit he also mentioned well I mean it's the same for the furniture and the shoes no, sir it's not the same. I don't need to try on furniture and also I can slip my feet into shoes. I will not be returning to Salvation Army army. I'm very upset by this. I guess Goodwill will be getting my business and I can't imagine that this is good for their business.

A clean thrift store is always nice. Everything is kind of sorted by colors which is nice for home…read moredecor but tiresome if you want to look for clothes since they aren't organized by size.
