Huge mess! empty shelves and stuff everywhere! however their customer service is good. They answer questions and don't give you attitude!

Just left this store and usually never have a problem. I have multiple disabilities and have a service dog. A Indian women that is a employee there decided to approach me and say that she didn't believe in the service dogs or believed I had a disability,Then proceeded to say my dog was abused. She then picked up my dog off the floor which is illegal. Kept telling my dog how sorry she was. Even tho my dog loves to work. She then patted me on the back aggressively . Having mental disorders I don't like to be touched my strangers. I will never be back to this location. For one it's a misdemeanor to distract a service dog let alone pick the dog off the floor.shes clearly labeled "DO NOT TOUCH" Two why ? She's a service dog not a pet !!!! I bet the company won't even give me a apology

This dollar tree is an ok store for a dollar store. They have helium balloons but ask them before since for a while they don't have anymore helium. The isles are a bit messy but stocked up. They put up festive stuff for every occasion. You may or may not find what you need. The service is ok, they have new self checkout machines. They also have things priced for $1.25, $3 and $5. No longer a dollar store

Lady circled is front of line. The line is always extremely long with only 1 register open

This dollar tree ALWAYS has a ridiculously long line and they only ever open one register. Not to mention that they take down their holiday decorations at least week early. By mid-October, all Halloween and Fall decor was gone and Christmas was up

Current time: 9:00am. People are legitimately waiting for the store to open, because "there is no one here to work". While there is currently 3 employees inside. Not sure what is going on at the location, but this is unacceptable.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Poor customer service. Inventory is the worse. Don't even waste your time.

A shout- out to ASHLEE who made my day extra special by going overboard to help me get to the right person with an order issue I had. She is so cheerful herself and she will shower the sweetest compliments that will cheer u up as well. There is a little area where u can do a quick catch up on ur laptop, or charge your phones, or even get a drink from the vending machine. If this has been around since long then I have been too self involved to notice it..... Armed with everything I had in mind, I walked out with the biggest smile. Macy's is a great store if you're from a past generation and have older traditional values. These days they seem republican and antiquated and their prices are high and they're not moving things into the future at the same pace as the likes of JC Penney, which aren't themselves the most amazing, but at least they're getting some things more right than Macy's. This particular location is the first ever discounted Macy's in Houston, think the Macy's equivalent of Nordstrom Rack or something like that, maybe Saks Off Broadway. So you'll find much better deals here than at the regular Macy's, and that's why I gave them three stars. It's good to have this chain in Houston, but as Barbie will attest, the clothes for women are not the greatest, and even with all the discounts, they're still not cheap enough to tempt us to buy them.

(Though, I haven't tried on anything lately to note the condition of the fitting rooms. Bathroom is still pretty sketchy.) For the most part, the store has been more organized and tidier as well. We have been finding WAY TOO MANY GOOD DEALS. This is to the detriment of our bank account. Some recent deals: $60 Nikes (which retail for $180), carry-on luggage for $35, $40 A&M Adidas backpack ($88 retail tag), etc etc. I do occasionally feel that some of their prices are high on certain items. Like, $20 for under armor sweatpants is still high to me personally. Some other Nike shoes can be as high as $82. Nope. The service here is still lacking. At my most recent visit, I went to self check-out with 10 items and the large sign on the ceiling says the limit is 10. As I began ringing out my items, the unfriendly, gruff woman working the self checkout yells "THE LIMIT IS 10." To which we replied that we had 10. When she was checking our receipt, my daughter and I try some light conversation with her, to which her harshness continued. We both left the store talking about how we couldn't believe how rude and angry she was. I have to note that on other occasions, the staff weren't *AS* unfriendly as this lady was. Overall, I'm glad we have this place close to us.

They say they're having them first come first serve but in reality it's first come get whatever the employees aren't stashing or already sold. I was first in line for the flu games and ironically they were already out of size 7 and 10. Had to get my son an 8 and he can grow into them, I bought a 9.5 to trade for a size 10 elsewhere. The owner can't possibly be unaware this goes on but they don't do anything to correct it. These releases aren't something they can magically make right with either so whatever he says about this review is pointless. My opinion, do not buy anything from this store and most certainly don't get up early and go stand in line for something they've already sold behind closed doors. This place is garbage.

City Gear is a discount shoe store, which is actually pretty expensive considering that it was supposed to be discount store compared to some of the other shoe stores. They have trendy and urban styles and cater mainly to kids, but it's pretty cool. You seem fairly popular but not too busy. The prices are a little bit prohibitive for us personally, and I'm pretty particular about liking my Asics, but if there was a big sale we would definitely come here again. I love coming to this mall for Kung Fu tea and we often browse through a bunch of the stores here, which are some of Barbies favourites, such as Rue 21, VS, and Claire's - among others - so I'm sure we'll find ourselves buy here on a regular basis.
