It was pretty busy when we went since it's the holiday season and everyone is shopping for decorations, plates, stocking stuffers, and things like that. I came here to pick up items for a coat drive and needed gloves and socks. They had both in stock, which was great. Even though it's called Dollar Tree, nothing is actually a dollar anymore. The socks were $1.50 and the gloves were $1.50, so it seems like most items are that price now unless you shop the special aisle where things cost a bit more. Still, everything felt like a good value for what I needed. I did need a little help finding the gloves, and the cashier was friendly and pointed me in the right direction. Just left this store and usually never have a problem. I have multiple disabilities and have a service dog. A Indian women that is a employee there decided to approach me and say that she didn't believe in the service dogs or believed I had a disability,Then proceeded to say my dog was abused. She then picked up my dog off the floor which is illegal. Kept telling my dog how sorry she was. Even tho my dog loves to work. She then patted me on the back aggressively . Having mental disorders I don't like to be touched my strangers. I will never be back to this location. Dropped in mid-afternoon on Black Friday. They were crazy busy and inventory was way down but I can't say enough about how cheerful and helpful the employees were. At a time when lines are long and many are reporting difficult shopping experiences, everyone was being patient and kind to each other. Let me start by saying I enjoy all the great crafty things at Dollar Tree, great store to purchase gift bags and seasonal items to decorate. I stopped by today on my way home to pick up a bottle of dish soap. OMG this store looked like a dump! I walked in and it looked like a war zone. The store wasn't even busy maybe 5 customers total. The aisles were full of unpacked boxes stacked up and this made it hard to shop. Just an accident waiting to happen. I couldn't find what I needed, I asked the lady on the floor if they had what I was looking for, she never knowledge me and replied if you don't see it we don't have it. Each aisle was so trashed, it just looked dirty and cramped. Everything I saw was torn open or half eaten, food from the cooler was left on the shelfs in the toy area, it was just nasty. I don't believe they clean the store before or after they close each day. It's been like this since Christmas. Then when I checked out; of course no greeting. I asked the cashier if they had had a busy day and she asked me why, I said because the store looked awful. She said the store always looks this way. I believe this store has very poor management and needs a new manager to improve and maintain a good working environment and hire responsible employee's. This store desires No Stars, get your act together. Don't shop here, go to the one on Broadway, much better and clean. Horrible!!! Every-time I go there the self-checkout line is never open... horrible try to use Apple Pay it goes through then it get canceled!!! Not sure if the people who works there are not train with technology but it's awful... still long lines and they don't open the self checkout line!! I love the Dollar Tree brand, and when I learned there was a Dollar Tree within 5 minutes of our new house, I was ecstatic! The storefront gives the illusion of a new, large store, but I was very underwhelmed by this store. Inside is dimly lit, dirty, and cramped, and the inventory is very limited (I decided to drive all the way to my previously regular store to find what I was looking for). The staff were just okay; no one greeted us upon entry or interacted with us in the store when we passed by, but the girl at the register was friendly enough. Maybe my previously regular store set my standards too high, but I certainly will not be returning to this store, regardless of how convenient the location is. read more

This dollar tree is the most unorganized store I have ever been in. I have tried to go here three times at different parts in the year and it always looks like this. There are always unopened boxes, trash, and stuff thrown all over the store. Well to begin walking into the building it was complete chaotic mess, there were boxes, box carts, and shopping carts filled with things ALL along the store ! it was a complete fire hazard !! There had to of only been 2 workers, from what i've seen on the floor. and OF COURSE ONE REGISTER WAS OPEN ! register 5 could've been in use it they hadn't made it into a storage shelf because yes again, there were boxes and all sorts of things piled up on top. now let me start with the self checkout.. 4 self check outs and they only had ONE OPEN with a employee at the register hovering and taking items out of customers hands practically trying to scan from us & to place in bags... now what's the point of self checkout then ? instead of her doing a pointless job she could've been clearing out register 5 and taking customers but no... now back to the manager, as the line began to grow and i mean GROW (it was practically in the back of the store) the mama had the nerve to get on the speaker telling us to give 6ft because the fire Marshall came in before warning about the 6ft rule and that if they came in they would be shut down... now let's break this down. there are 0 stores or companies implementing the 6ft rule OR masks... so i find it very hard to believe that a fire marshal was going to shut them down for us not being 6ft apart. NOW what i can say and agree on is the first marshall shitting them down because of the MANY and i mean MANY fire hazards there were and this is not me exaggerating either. this place is a mess and i wouldn't recommend going inside if you're already having a bad and chaotic day... doesn't deserve any starts but i'll give them the required 1 star read more

Be careful not to buy too many supplies for one event as they do not give refunds. Exchange only policy. Which is ok whenever you need something but I didn't. read more
