So even with the rising costs of different goods (#1), there are some stackable coupons that ease the sticker shock. The floral selection isn't much to look at, but the produce section is always well stoked and maintained. Even the bathrooms are surprisingly clean. Even though I'm not local to the neighborhood, I've come here enough and haven't ever experienced any crowds. Lines aren't much of a thing and I hope it stays that way. There was a lot of free parking in the shared lot. Originally, we were going to Family Dollar Store which is a couple of doors down. We went into Burke's Outlet first... It's kind of similar to Ross Dress For Less. It's a very spacious, clean, well-organized discount store. The prices seemed reasonable because the sale price was way lower than the retail price. Lisa thought that the clothing was cute and she bought a bunch of outfits. I got a pair of rainboots because the rainy season in Hawaii is coming. (I have to wade across streams between my car and the building at work.) We went through the kitchen, accessories, baby, and other departments. There's so much variety... However, I didn't find any Houston Astros or Rice University gear... Haha! Service was excellent! The cashier told us about the free membership which makes shopping here more beneficial for the customer. For example, everyone gets ten percent off on Mondays.
