I came here tonight to get some last minute wrapping paper. It was nice that it wasn't crazy and the line was not long. The aisles were messy and a lot of items were out of place but I could find what I needed. The employee was very sweet and helpful when I asked for an item. There is a lot of parking which is nice and it's part of an outdoor plaza that has lots of stores. They had a good variety of items and it was definitely one of the better dollar trees! read more

Decent Dollar Tree location that I popped in today. Although is more like $1,25 Dollar Tree nowadays, the store is big, clean, has a nice facade. Good selection of everything from home decor, cleaning products, cards, party supplies. I got a few items here for the house. I avoid this location at all costs. There's one girl that's been working there that's completely bonkers. Bonkers in a way where she blurts out horrible things to each customers. One time she said something inappropriate I let it go. Second time, she did it again. I left and never returned. I don't understand how they hire just anybody? Worst customer service. I came for balloons and I had waited a bit in line. It was super busy. All of their balloons were in the wrong drawers and not organized by their correct numbers. There was so many people behind me and after paying the cashier told me sorry I have a line youll have to wait until the other cashier is available.... Who also had a line. Today I went DT Tampa - Nordhoff (see on picture the time)... I knew I have $20 crumble in my pocket. When I bought stuff in total $8.67 and I want to separate the bills with other purchased. So I pay with cash and he gave me $1.33 return. I said I gave him $20 and he insisted it was $10. How come the money that I knew I put inside my pocket was disappeared become $10 bill? I didn't blind for the color and I know its blue... He don't even showed me the cash money that was crumble. I hope the manager could check the camera because I know it was my $20 but since I was didnt in the other side So he knows I didnt see what he's doing. I ended up calling the store in the AM and spoke to the today's Manager. Gladly he saw the proved on their CCTV and immediately called me and gave me the right amount of change($$). The worst customer service. I ordered flower vases and it took a month for me to get them. I attempted to pick them up as soon as they got delivered but every time I went I had a hard time with the evening manager. He never seemed to know anything. Finally I tried right before the second month and spoke to a Latino guy and he had a weird sarcastic tone. No one helped me carry the cases to the car and I'm 7 months pregnant. Customer service doesn't seem to exist in this location. Manager (Mario) was talking to the cashier while there I was, waiting to be rung up. They were aware that I was there, yet there was no sense of urgency to ring me up. After about two minutes of waiting, the cashier finally started ringing me up while fully engaged in a conversation about coming in at "805 but that's probably too late already" with Mario. Today I went in for a few items and noticed a small shelf area near the register with random items marked down. There was a package of treat bags with twisters that said pack of 20 but which only had 10 bags and no twist ties. I assumed this is why it was marked .25 cents When the employee "Mario" the register attendant was about to ring it up he said it's not damaged so it's not .25 cents but I explained to Him it's missing 10 bags and the ties so That's possibly why it's marked down he said "NO It's Not Damaged so it's not this price" I then proceeded to say but it's marked .25 cents then he rudely yelled and said ok than I will Give it to you for .25 cents , I'm Not sure if the staff gets trained in customer service but if they did I believe Mario needs a refresher. If he doesn't like his job or people he should not work in retail. This kind of unprofessionalism is just simply unnecessary. I'm Not an employee of the Dollar Tree but I clearly understood why it was marked .25cents it was an incomplete package. A great place to stop by for Arts and Crafts materials. I came to this Dollar Tree location since I was in the area. The parking situation is great here because it's in a plaza with many other stores. I don't know if face mask is required but I wore mine and the employee wore theirs. I came here to get some supplies but they didn't have much in stock. An employee told me they'll get new shipments on Monday so I'm planning on coming back tomorrow to see what they get. The employee are helpful and friendly if you take the time to talk to them. They are wearing dollar tree, green shirts so they should be easy to spot out. read more

I forgot a Glade Aerosol last Sunday at the store. 2 days ago I realized about it and called the store ssking for the manager. A lady said I could come with my receipt to pick up the product. I came to the store. The manager (who was not her) asked me what time I called. After making me wait long, he said he was unable to figure out who answered the phone and therefore he was not going to give me the product, since it has been 5 days, asking why I did not come before. This one used to be good, but ... wow. What is going on there? I stopped in to use a one-day only Friends & Family coupon on 10.9.2022. The manager couldn't figure out how to enter the coupon, complained loud & long about how she had already failed with another customer, this was her 1st day back, no one had told her about this coupon. Etc. Mostly that it was her 1st day back & apparently this REALLY cheesed her off. So, while the line grew to about 5 or 6 people behind me & she never seemed to think of asking the cashier to open another register so those other customers didn't have to wait, she just kept complaining & punching buttons. After about 5 solid minutes of this complaining & the line just growing & growing, I pulled out the 7 items I didn't really want, but was picking up to meet the minimum of the coupon. I said, "Well, if you can't figure it out, I will just take these 3 items & leave these people to their day." She said, "These?" and took them off, then processed my payment. Never once did she apologize to me or any of the customers on line, offer a solution or seem to care. Then her jaw dropped open when I said I would take the coupon, in case I went to another Dollar Tree & they could figure it out. I'm not sure why she was put out by that. And that's pretty much how your shopping experience will go at the Dollar Tree these days, esp. at this site. It's as if Dollar Tree's board got together & asked: how can we best lose customers? I want to like this place but every time I come it's so hard to find anything. It's so unorganized and messy. Things don't get picked up and put back into place when people move things around. Things are very low stock and unorganized. I wished it was in better condition. This place is poorly managed. Customer service is non existent at the place. Walked into the Dollar Tree store and it appeared as though they were still closed since store seemed to be a mess and items on the floor. There were two ladies sitting towards the left hand side of the store one of them by the name of Jessica ( who was not wearing a uniform but rang me up) and the other who was supposedly the store manager and refused to provide her name. They both did not acknowledge any of the customers walking in. I knew exactly what I needed and did not take too long to walk towards the register. These same two ladies were now standing at register one however the checkout light was off and there were several carts blocking that register. Register two had its light on and I walked towards it. The Manager who was standing at the checkout ( in uniform with her cell phone in hand gossiping to Jessica) didn't even try to motion me to register one and continued on with her conversation. They seemed annoyed. I made a comment that since light was not on and carts were blocking it, that is why I walked to the other register. They ignored me. Kept their conversation like I was not even there. Then Jessica responds in Spanish as if I didn't speak Spanish and I then started speaking to them in Spanish. I asked for their names and they ignored me. Jessica said it was too early. I said too early for what? To be nice? I asked who the manager was and she motioned towards the lady on her phone. My response was as " ok, makes sense". They laughed when I left and still never tried to show an ounce of customer service. If I were their manager I would not leave these two individuals with so much responsibility such as opening a store, greeting customers, and organizing the store. Honestly I come here mainly for their heart balloons and the birthday cake ones. Very friendly staff especially the lady at the register. She has glasses I believe . Very helpful when I needed specific balloons They are a dollar each opposed to party city. There are inexpensive (obviously a dollar only) crafty materials if you need them. Let's just say dollar tree is a combination of snacks, candy, a jo- Ann's, kitchen store, home goods all combined into one store . Overall everything is in order and sections make it easy to search for what you need. This is the best one so far. I can see why the number of Dollar Tree stores is increasing in the country. It is amazing how much useful stuff you can find here! From printer cables to bins and toys, you'll find stuff you never knew could only cost a dollar. On top of that, everything is did I mention, so cheap, so cheap! Why go to Walmart or Target to buy birthday cards when you can find just-as-good-as-Hallmark worded cards for only a dollar as opposed to the 2 dollars and up you'd spend elsewhere? $1.00 Goobers....nuff said. But of course Ill say more....an interesting collection of oddball items, forgotten brands and paper thin products. Well, MOST are is $1.00 so cant argue. Their carts have a long pole attached to them...still trying to figure that one out. But you can find some useful toiletries, stationaries, junk food, plastic/paper dishware and frozen items for a buck. They are smaller sizes especially toiletry stuff, but its a buck G. Also got a notebook with 100-pages for a buck, choose your color. Again the Goobers, those delish peanut/choc covered treats you overpaid $5.00 for in the 80's movie theatres, are a BUCK YAY! I love my Dollar Tree...this one, in particular. It is always well stocked, and the employees are sweet and helpful. The manager is hand's on, and very kind. He, went out his way to give me a couple boxes while he was busy working the floor to restock after the holiday. This is the best run of the Dollar Tree branches, tho, they all, are good, So much better than 99 cent stores....sorry, but true. The quality is better at Dollar Tree, and the stores are cleaner. The Northridge store, in particular, seems to be the best stocked, having all the latest goodies, and changing all of the time. Hard to resist at a buck an item. Take a cart thru store, and be prepared to go a little crazy...but, fun, and what a deal! And, like I said, the employees here, at this branch, are helpful and sweet... and the manager is a truly great guy! read more

So, as I am parked and ready to get out of the car, I notice this guy staring at me from his car. After a few awkardly glances, I get out and he gets out. He walks to the dollar tree. Guess what, he works there. Scary thought that this guy was giving me this wierd stare. I get inside hoping to find things that I normally would get. The store is horrible. It is in horrible shape and to my wonder why they are still able to operate. I was here two years ago and it looked as it was in great shape. What is happening to dollar tree? New management?
