Told I had "attitude" by sales clerk when returning items. Not sure why returning item counts as an attitude.

Last few months I go and can't find what I need in stock. Or much of anything. All I see are papers taped to shelves of where items need to be stocked but nothing is. Empty picked over shelves. I stopped going. 5 stars to zero. read more

This Dollar Tree is one of the last remaining stores in this otherwise deserted and once vibrant shopping area. The service and selection here is pretty much on par with other Dollar Tree locations. Although I found that the general cleanliness, upkeep and store shelving organization was much better than other locations. Check out was fast and friendly with good good pricing of everyday merchandise. read more

The store is bigger than the previous store in Golden. It seems to almost always have full shelves with good selection. The staff has been friendly and patient with grandkids picking out balloons. You cannot beat the price and selection for greeting cards. read more

0 STARS. Marcie is the rudest person who ever checked me out here. She should be fired. The comment she made to me was condescending and uncalled for. I have made my complaint to corporate. read more

I'm used to pretty tiny dollar stores. This one was the size of a supermarket. They had crafts, food, school supplies, makeup, holiday stuff, and hardware. I just needed nail clippers...and since the store was so big it took me awhile to find. The store was pretty clean, the line was about 4-5 deep to check out. I think the cashier was sick and sniffling all over the place. I've been sick twice this winter so I felt like I should buy antibacterial soap after touching the money returned to me. Solid dollar store read more

Since we are in the neighborhood and steps away from Lowe's next door, we visit this Dollar Tree. Yes, its a DOLLAR Tree. This Dollar Tree is situated at the Westland Towne Center. Managed to get some items needed. This recent visit was on Saturday March 2nd 2014. That morning, the Sales Associate who handle our transaction, her name is Mary. Even though I have been to so many dollar stores I really thought this one was nice. It's the biggest one I've been to with so many items to choose from. The staff was really n read more

Replacement of the management inside the store on W. Colfax, and have the #DollarTree cooperate office pay closer attention to this particular store & repair it then I'll go back, but not until I hear that it has been done. I live close & want to have the convenience of a 3- minute drive, rather than a longer one. read more

This is my favorite Dollar Tree location because it is big, clean, and a 2 minute drive away from my house. I think the value of the foil balloons are great here, a dollar each blown up. This is a great place to shop for party supplies like plasticware, paper plates, napkins, etc. I also like to buy some candy here. I took away a star because they no longer have the Mexican tamarind candy, Pulparindo. I hope they bring it back, an employee said sometimes they have things and sometimes they don't. Be consistent! I love finding random things here and everything is really a dollar, not like other lying dollar stores. I have gotten plastic pitchers here, raffle tickets, measuring cups and spoons, and other stuff here. The employees are nice here too. One time I saw someone buy pregnancy tests here though. Pretty weird and hopefully that person is not Pregnant... read more

I love this Dollar Tree! It is by far the best and most organized one I have been to. Also, the staff is really kind. I went shopping on a Saturday, middle of December, I know it had probably been busy all day and Cheryl with brown hair and bangs was so kind to me. She was super nice making chit chat with me about the face mask I purchased. She was incredibly friendly and I just wanted to recognize that she was keeping a good spirit during the busiest shopping season of the year. Way to go Cheryl. read more

Elizabeth- a manager- literally tried to burn me with a cigarette when I attempted to enter the store 10 minutes before close. Wild.

This store is always clean and well stocked. I can spend many hours browsing all of the items and to know it's all only a dollar! My visit today gets 5 stars due to my excellent customer service while checking out. I believe her name was Fleshia (I quickly glanced at name tag). She deserves recognition. read more

This dollar tree is awesome! Seriously one of the biggest I have gone to, and the employees were so friendly. We even had an employee ask if we needed help finding anything. I heard him talking to another customer trying to help him find something. I have NEVER been to a dollar tree where the employees behaved that way! He was so friendly, I wish I would have gotten his name! We (mostly) found everything that we needed, and were surprised at some of the brands this location carries. We may come back to grab some snacks for hiking! read more

Employee with red hair and tattoos was rude and unprofessional. Was talking on the phone with her mask down while I was paying. Leave your phone calls for breaks . read more

The checker used a used bag to put my stuff in! Then she sprayed into my food bag with disinfectant! It was like she hated her job and consequently other people! I'm never going back! read more

The Dollar tree located at the Lamar station is the worst store. They have strange hours even before the pandemic. And now the store has changed its hours again to accommodate one employee who is now the manager, Dana. So if she cant work then the store closes. I don't know of any store that closes its doors just for the manager's ability to work or not. read more

I just wanted to comment on these Dollar Trees plus staff that went into the store on 10657 East Colfax in Lakewood Colorado. They worked very hard and it has a job to straightened out the store and add the new products it's a very nice store read more

Lari was my cashier today. She never looked at me, never acknowledged me. She kept on talking to the other cashier two registers over. Lari rang up my items, waved the receipt at me and as soon as I took it turned around and walked off. I only had three items, so it's not like I was a tough sale or anything like that. I will start going to the Dollar Tree in Golden from now on. Device this poor doesn't deserve my money. read more

Best Dollar Tree in the area! There are more than 5 other various dollar type stores closer to my home, but I don't waste my time on them. I would much rather go to this Dollar Tree, where there's always a close place to park and it's never overcrowded. Staff is always nice and whatever you're looking for is stocked 99% of the time. The aisles are wide here and you won't find boxes constantly piled up in them like you do at the other stores. Also, I never have to ask a price; everything is always $1 or less! Can't beat it! read more

My, oh my...where do I start? For some reason I had no clue that "Dollar Tree" meant EVERYTHING is a dollar (and in some cases, two for a dollar!). So imagine my excitement when I picked up several pairs of surprisingly cute sunglasses (you can never have enough backups!) for even less than what one pair costs at a place like Ross or TJ Maxx. Then, I stocked up on enough greeting cards to get me through the next two years, and at two for a dollar, I saved myself an arm and a leg by not buying at a regular retailer. What really sweetened the deal is that we caught an employee restocking the shelves and were able to take home several boxes for use in shipping some fragile gifts. Everything worked out perfectly! read more

Came in yesterday to get balloons filled that I bought online. The main woman who helped was very annoyed and short with me. She called another worker over to fill them instead so she could take back over the register. He also seemed annoyed. Didn't say a word to me. I saw online that there was no additional charge to get the balloons filled at the store but as I was walking out the door the woman yelled at me that I had to pay for them. And on top of it, the second I walked out the door, one of the five balloons came off the ribbon cause it wasn't taped well enough. Guess I should've expected all this from a dollar store‍ read more

I will not ever leave a bad review. If I have a issue with a "person" or an issue with a store, I go straight to the source and give them a chance to remedy the issue. If I am not "satisfied" (subject to interpretation), I will not shop there again until they prove to me they want my business. That being said, this store on West Colfax in Lakewood, CO is the best Dollar Tree store I have ever been to, maybe not in product (wasn't there long enough to see) but in cleanliness and friendliness (Thank you, April) THE BEST. I will probably go out of my way to go to this store from now on instead of the more convenience stores closer to me. (why my review reads I am from CA is unbeknownst to me...born and breed in CO) read more

I was in dollar tree august 11 buying lucite boxes many of them. at check out a woman came up and literally laid on my purchases and started to show me her grand kids pictures. I knew she was thinking I was stealing. she detained me for a very long time, I guess some one was checking a surveillance tape. I have never, ever stolen anything from any place let alone a Dollar Tree, I was embarrassed for her conducting a rues as lame as this one. I wrote to the company and told them I wanted an apology for detaining me in this matter. No one has ever called me to acknowledge this sad behavior. I think this is shameful and I think I am owed an apology read more

This Dollar Tree on W. Colfax was appalling. They are NEVER well stocked. One can wait for over a week to get the merchanise they want. AND the merchanise is dusty and dirty - some items are damaged such as the colored table centers, candles, wrapping paper etc. The store itself is just FILTHY. Crap all over the floor, carpeting has dust, dirt and yuk and the linoleum was so dirty, in some places it's black. God almighty!! I'm a Dollar Tree junkie and I'm going to find another store. This one is disgusting. read more
