When my partner pointed out that every box only comes with a few cookies to begin with, she left to check, -came back and confirmed we were right, but still kept arguing. She refused to call a manager when asked, insulted my partner by calling him "stupid," and even made inappropriate personal comments about our relationship. All of this over a single stale cookie... and after the return had already been processed. The whole interaction felt hostile, unprofessional, and full of unnecessary attitude. I left feeling disrespected and targeted, and it genuinely ruined what should've been a simple errand during my birthday weekend. I hope management actually addresses this, because no customer deserves to be treated this way. If nobody addresses this I think I will have to make a more formal complaint on BBB or something.
