What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices. One thing we do not enjoy is how congested the outlet can become, especially during weekends or when events are taking place in the parking lot. This past Sunday, there was a circus set up in the parking lot, which was very unusual for us to see since circuses are typically held in larger open spaces or fields. In addition, there is construction happening in certain parts of the parking area, making parking spaces tighter and traffic more difficult to navigate. Despite the parking challenges, once we found a spot, we were able to shop around comfortably for the items we were looking for and leave accordingly. The outlet offers a wide variety of shops and is conveniently located right across from the Westgate Entertainment District, making it easy to spend the day enjoying the area.

I saw dried fish, different salts, candy, chips, beverages, ramen noodles, soups, teas and more. I wondered about the noodles and how tasty they were but decided to pass. I had to giggle at the tiny socks to cover chair legs. Practical and funny at the same time. Your floors would be protected from scratches though. Staff were busy restocking and also offered assistance if you needed it. A fun trip to see the different items offered. Shared parking spaces.

I get nothing from him for 11 days so I call in and Tony was clueless. He said he would call me right back. I didn't hear from him until the following day with the same song and dance excuse that I've seen on every other negative review. I told him that I was leery about ordering from him because of how terrible his reviews were. He immediately got upset with me and began shouting. He asked me if I wanted to cancel my order and I told him that I did now want to cancel my order because of how he was behaving. He followed by telling me to go "f*ck my mother". He began bragging about all of the money he has made trying to belittle me. He told me he's owned and sold several car dealerships. He said he's also owned 2 Harley dealerships making him over $8 million. He hung up on me after this. But don't worry, he called back. He called back to continue to try to make more problems. At one point on the second phone call Tony pulled the whole "why don't you come say that to my face". Tony is obviously an older man and I told him that would undoubtedly be a bad idea for his health and then he instantly turns into a professional victim saying he's only got a 30% working heart. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that everything goes through him because he's the general manager. Trust me, go elsewhere. And if you're the owner of this company, I'd love to chat.

It's actually Tony's competitors that are giving him bad reviews. Floors arrived quickly, well packaged, sealed, brand new and $1k less than the big Orange store I usually go to.
