Me and my children were embarrassed, harrassed, and humiliated in front of everyone by their "manager" Ta mario. I went in to shop for party supplies and my two boys asked if they could pick out a toy. They were looking at the hot wheels cars when I heard Ta Mario say "Make sure you dont make a mess because I just cleaned up!' I didn't say anything. My boys had 3 hot wheels cars layed out to chose which ones they wanted when he came and started yelling at them saying "what did I tell you? I said not to make a mess because I just cleaned up, put it back!" Thats when I said something and told him he has no right to yell at my children. He said " I just cleaned up" I know that but they are NOT doing anything wrong, they are not messing anything up and lets say even if they were to leave things out, you don't tell your customers to pick up after you, thats YOUR job, your responsibility to clean afterwards, not mine. As soon as I said that he flipped! Started yelling saying that how dare I come disrespect him and tell him what to do in his store then he yelled "get the hell out of my store" I told him whats your name and that I want to speak with the manager. He started laughing and said "I am the manager!" I asked for his name and his supv name and he started flashing his name badge in my face saying "DO U SEE MY NAME? CAN U READ IT? !!" My children were scared and there was a big crowed shaking their heads on how rude this employee was being! Then he said he was going to call the cops. He got on his phone and starting saying "this is TaMario store manager, I want u to get these people out that are trashing my store!" I grabbed my kids and proceeded to the checkout (I should have left my cart full of items and left but really needed them) I told the cashier what happend and aked for his superviors information. Apparently , his behavior was not a surprise to her. She was very friendly and apologized for his behavior. She said that customers are ALWAYS making complaints on how rude he is. To shorten this story, the cops arrived after I had made my purchase and since he told them what he wanted to say, they said that I didnt have to shop there if I didn't want to and hes allowed to have anyone removed that he doesn't want in his store. All while he had a huge smile on his face. I went in the next day and spoke to the manger for the day, she also was not surprised that I was making a complain against him. His behavior to customers wrong, unprofessionla and unaceptable! My kids are afraid to ever set foot at that store again. There needs to be action taking against his behavior and because he needs to learn to treat his customers with respect! This was my favorite store but as long as he is there and this doesn't get resolve I nor my friends and family will be shopping there ever again. If this "manager ' TaMario is every rude to you please report him! I was told that even though customers complain, if you dont report to the store supervisor, very little can be done and he will continue to get away with things. read more

Anay is a horrible cashier who apparently lacks any common sense. As Anay was scanning and bagging my items she placed a spilled bottle of bleach on top of them. I had medication, black socks and other small items that got soaked in bleach. IT'S COMMON SENSE NOT TO PUT CHEMICAL PRODUCTS IN A BAG WITH NON CHEMICAL ITEMS LIKE MEDICINE ESPECIALLY AFTER IT SPILLS!!!! Apparently she didn't close it right and the bottle kept leaking in my bag and some fell on my shirt and ruined it. After she handed me my bag she quietly walked to the next register grabbed some paper towel and cleaned her counter but still let me walk off with a bag with leaked bleach in it. When I noticed what happened I requested a refund and was told they do not do refunds. Ok whatever, thats fine I ended up getting items to replace what was covered in bleach but then after I had gotten the same exact amount of items I paid for, the manager yelled at me to get in line to do an exchange when the lines had 10+ people in them. NO WAY!!!. I told the manager that she could count the items and see the receipt but no way was I wasting more of my time waiting in line again when it wasn't my fault and the rude employee Anay did not even apologize for her mess up. I have been coming to this store in Fullerton for years and as of lately the employees and management always have bad attitudes. I will never be back here again!! read more

This store used to look really good it was well organized and clean. I went in a couple of weeks ago and I was truly disappointed. Their manager was walking around aimlessly as the line got bigger and bigger not once did he attempt to open a register. read more

This place is not the quickest lines every but for the price of $1, when you need little misc. items, it's great. Love getting mylar balloons here for diff't occasions! You cannot beat the price. Just don't be in a rush b/c there could be a line. :) read more

My wife and I have been to this store a number of times... But never again... We waited in line to pay and When we were next in line the cashier to us he could not help us because he had to go on break. He had made us wait for 4 transaction before he told us. My wife said really you can't help us out and you made us wait now we have to wait on another line. So we went to the next line. As we walked up to the next cashier I noticed he was mad dogging my wife. So I asked him why is he looking at my wife like that. He then began to yell that I was disrespecting him. So we began to argue back and forth. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and we should get out. The cashier who was helping us did an excellent job and even circled the phone number on the back of the receipt. We left the store and walked to our car. He then came out of the store and began to yell at me and wife in the parking lot saying that we had disrespected him. I told him that we had left the store and he had no right to treat customers in that manner and I did not care to listen to him at that point. read more
