DO NOT BUY!!! I got a 5 drawer KitchenAide refridgerator…read morefrom the Beltsville location, in March 2025, it was leaking from day 1 all throughout the ice box down to the freezer. The "4 month warranty" is a lie they will not honor. I called several times for them to service, the tech did several no calls no shows. After 2 weeks, my husband popped up at the store to ask what's going on with our appointment. When the tech finally came, he was rude, unwilling to listen to our concerns and eager to leave. We even heard him complaining about us in Spanish on the phone. He told us the leak is because "the ice box is not closed properly." My husband said, "NO! you need to take a better look!" and he grudgingly pulled the back to find the valve was broken. He ordered the part and came back a week later to install. After that, the fridge was STILL leaking. I called, left text messages and sent pictures of the leaks with No response from the tech. Not to mention, the water always had a funny taste. They told us to get a new filter and still after 3 filter changes, the water never tasted right. After multiple failed attempts for contact, I reached out to an appliance repair company. As soon as the tech looked at the fridge, he knew right away this entire unit was trash. It looked pretty from the outside, but once he pulled all the drawers out, he showed me how every component was rusted over from inside all the way to the back. When he shined his flashlight through the inside of the ice box and water dispenser, there was MOLD all throughout. To think my family and kids were drinking this MOLDY WATER for several months is absolutely frightening! Please educated yourself. There's a reason why they are selling this refurbished equipment for so cheap. This company is dishonest! Save yourself the time and money and go buy brand new where you can get a warranty from the manufacturer and reputable organization that you purchase from.

They brought replacement #2 that they said was new. It had big scratch on front and food remnants (see photos) inside!

I love you Savers. This location has single-handedly furnished my apartment and has refreshed my…read moreentire wardrobe. The staff here are pretty chill, and are especially kind towards regulars. The crew in the furniture section are always quick to help me find what I'm looking for or keep an eye out for me. Compared to all of the goodwills, and even the nearby ReStore, this is gonna be your best bet price-wise. This is the first thrift store that I've been to that rotates its inventory based on the season. All of the furniture that I've purchased here has been for less than $20, and I'm talking about good hardwood furniture and even a 7ft silk sofa wrapped in the OG plastic protectant. For my fellow DIYers, you'll come across sewing machines often here, some built into tables with full kits for about $15 - $25. There is also a rack for scrap fabric, and abandoned knitting projects in the back. This location is in the prime spot, as it receives donations from all demographics. So whatever your style is, you're bound to find something you'll like here.

Why is there the the handlers for Christmas lights on sale for 3 dollars each? Bonkers. Also, the inconsistencies of pricing is frustrating. A no name brand beat up pair of sneakers is 14$, but a brand new pair of name brand vans is 10? I love how organized savers is. But some stuff is so frustrating at times.
