We had so much fun exploring that the meter ran out. They have blowout sales twice a week - when we went all clothing was randomly had off. We even heard him complaining about us in Spanish on the phone. He told us the leak is because "the ice box is not closed properly." My husband said, "NO! you need to take a better look!" and he grudgingly pulled the back to find the valve was broken. He ordered the part and came back a week later to install. After that, the fridge was STILL leaking. I called, left text messages and sent pictures of the leaks with No response from the tech. Not to mention, the water always had a funny taste. They told us to get a new filter and still after 3 filter changes, the water never tasted right. After multiple failed attempts for contact, I reached out to an appliance repair company. As soon as the tech looked at the fridge, he knew right away this entire unit was trash. It looked pretty from the outside, but once he pulled all the drawers out, he showed me how every component was rusted over from inside all the way to the back. When he shined his flashlight through the inside of the ice box and water dispenser, there was MOLD all throughout. To think my family and kids were drinking this MOLDY WATER for several months is absolutely frightening! Please educated yourself. There's a reason why they are selling this refurbished equipment for so cheap. This company is dishonest! Save yourself the time and money and go buy brand new where you can get a warranty from the manufacturer and reputable organization that you purchase from.

The first one was 1762 Merritt Blvd, Dundalk, MD 21222 and it was NOT a pleasant experience. I had been in the store shopping for items for my niece's "Get Well" basket I was making for her. I was shopping for about 20 minutes, and I needed to use the restroom. One restroom had a sign on it "Out of Order", and the other was locked. I left my cart by the restrooms, and I went up to the last register by the office and I waited in line to ask the cashier if I could have the key to the restroom. The cashier did not look at me as she stated "We do not have public restrooms". I asked her "since when?" She never replied so I just walked away. I did not get her name, but she was a young skinny white girl who had long dark brown hair w/bangs, she wore eyeglasses, and she had a white earbud in her right ear. I went back to where the rest rooms were to get my cart and I checked out. While exiting the store, I peed myself. I was so mad at the cashier. Two days later I visited the Dollar Tree at 9991 Pulaski Hwy, Middle River, MD 21220 to purchase the rest of the items for my niece's "Get Well" basket, which I was making for her. I HAD a pleasant experience here due to the fact that I WAS able to use the restroom with no locked doors. I frequent the Dollar Tree stores often and I don't appreciate bad customer service. I will NEVER return to the Dundalk Dollar Tree again, which is very close to my house. There is also a rack for scrap fabric, and abandoned knitting projects in the back. This location is in the prime spot, as it receives donations from all demographics.
