This is done without your permission so I asked Terra to cancel only the refill because I just picked this medicine up 11 days ago the meds are over $2000 each and is keeping me alive A terminal I'll patient. The star of the story is Trish in Pharmacy who helped me on the phone Monday and today Wednesday. As promised, she kept track of the prescriptions as they came in, double checked that everything was OK and did so cheerfully. There was one prescription I was hesitant to transfer due to the lengthy process it took to get approved. Tricia told me what she could do and when and how I could cancell it if I wanted to keep it at the old, bad place. I mean talk about above and beyond, this was surprise and delight! The rest of the store was clean, well organized and filled with really friendly folk. I left another Harris Teeter because I could not say nice things about their service. Had I known how great this store and Tricia are, I could have saved myself the hassle of the mail order pharmacy and supported Harris Teeter as their company values mean a lot to me. Again, Tricia is a perfect example of why Harris Teeter is worth supporting despite the bad service at the Whitstone Way store.

There was 1 Pharmacist working, 2 technicians and then the owner came out when a line developed (who is a pharmacist as well) 2- they have DME such as walker, knee roller, crutches etc.. 3- according to the law & advertising they can give vaccines 4-have a small supply of OTC items made by "health mart " & some brand name items 5- staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of rxs they were filling when I stepped up to counter to purchase 2 over the counter items and told me they would be with me soon. About 2 min later I was waited on & that was when owner came out to help get the line behind me down and the people sitting in seats waiting finished(I hope) Overall it's a small store ok for general needs. Even in those tough Covid days he had adequate supply of medicine. Including life saving medicines. He will fight for his patients. He will contact doctors. Help with preauthorizations. And best of all he is quick! He will not waste your time like those mega pharmacies where you are just a nameless, faceless number. He cares for his patients. Many a times he will waive off copay for poor patients. I think he is one of the best.
