My little place of heaven. You can always find a little of everything for anything from furniture to appliances to housewares to food and then some. Today's visit turned into the best visit, after searching for laundry bags, we were able to find what we needed. Also ee picked up a few snacks and items for the home. read more

The store is under staffed. They had one cashier and one assistant manager trying to run the entire store. I ordered online and got an email saying it's ready but it still took a bit of time to get the order. read more

Terrible location, awful parking lot, jam packed store, mediocre to non existent custumer service! Bought $100 worth of stuff after waiting 20 minutes in line and had to return back to wait 20 more minutes for a double charge! I have never been to this location and I'll never return. Asked employee for manager while in line, employee never returned and manger (MARK) never appeared. 2 young girls left up front running registers w NO SUPERVISION! I've only been to one other Big Lots in Owings Mills and I can compare. This Big Lots location is a tad smaller and seems less organized. Don't get me wrong everything is on a shelf, but the arrangement of the store is somewhat cluttered. I assume they offer the same items that every BL does but it looed like less to chose from, maybe it was just me. The employees were friendly, courteous and helpful. I will recommend and go here again, I'd just have to familiarize myself with it. Cereals, soups, covers, dining sets, electronics....I took a few pics! It's too much stuff to list. P.S. Don't buy TVS from ANY BL because it wil probably be REFURBISHED not new. read more
