Unfortunateky this location has a rodent problem so I wouldn't buy food here. I smelled a dead rodent smell in the craft aisle. Upon looking under the exposed shelf in the makeup aisle, there was a mouse snap trap. Little hands reaching under there could be in for a shock! The worst was the floral section where I found an old glue trap with a dead mouse carcass and nearly touched it. Ewww! The selection is good, staff are lukewarm, but they desperately need to clean up under their shelves. I found items under the shelves that had been discontinued months ago (which worked for me because they rang up for a penny) and a massive amount of dust, grime, and rodent traps. Check it out for yourselves if you dare. read more

This store was decent in terms of cleanliness. However customer service was horrible. Also they are located on the highway but have no rest room for customers. This was a deal breaker. I had to bring my 5 year old in planet fitness because they had no bathroom. read more

First off...the alarm panel has been constantly beeping for about a year now every time I go in and is unbelievably annoying. Not sure why no one has looked into this?! Secondly I called tonight to see if my order had arrived and the woman who answered the phone said she wouldn't go look to see if my box had arrived. I even questioned her and said, you can't go check the orders that are waiting for pick up and see if my name is on one?! And she said no I can not. And I said but I got an email saying it was shipping over a week ago and it said it's arrive in 4-7 days so it should be there. And she replied back saying You have to wait for them to email you. So it turns out, it was actually received by the store 6 days ago and they never send me an email saying it was there and they wouldn't even go check! (Not sure who I spoke to but I called on Tuesday 2/22 at approximately 7:15pm) read more

I love Dollar Tree (Most of them) so when I walked into this one I knew what to expect BUT OH NO, This Dollar Tree surpassed all I could ever envision.... It was SOOOO CLEAN, SOOO NICE... and that could be in part to it just opening. It wasnt crowded & I wasnt getting hit with the infamous little green carriage like I do in other stores... Its also next to Big Lots which is a great time to me so I think this is going to be my New Fave Dollar Tree... It was HUGE also & the parking lot is big enough to hold 150K cars.... Go check them out... You wont be sorry! read more

Messy store, per usual for a dollar store since they usually carry dead stock stuff and what not, but this location does have dirty floors that I wouldn't even want my dog walking on. There is one employee who is obnoxiously miserable and rude to customers. I was there the other day and a woman had kindly asked if the line was open since the light at the checkout area was not on, the worker snapped at her in a very rude tone saying that the line was open. She also claimed that she doesn't get paid enough to fix the lit up number herself. Next time I want to grab something quick I'd rather not be put down by the depressing and gloomy feeling the employees at this location bring to the store. read more

I kept seeing reviews about 10-8 yrs ago about how good it was and honestly i can see why, They had a lot of good things. The worker Rhonda wasn't there i think but i heard someone having a hard time at the other register. The lady i was checking out with had red hair and sounded like she's been smoking 1millon years she was nice but i think she over charged me, i'm not sure but it's a couple of dollars wtv. Anyways the isles were super messy and un organized. other than that they had a lot of stuff. read more

Rhonda is the most ignorant dollars tree clerk I have ever com across. She followed me around the store from the moment I walked in and was non-stop reminding me that the store closes in 45 minutes. As she greets a regular waking into to the store. The fact that I was Hispanic and spending money - bothered her. read more

I stopped at the Dollar Tree store in Danvers, Ma. On Rte 1 this afternoon to pick up a few items. The line outside had ten people standing waiting to get in and I overheard customers saying as they were leaving that the store was empty...they only had eight customers in the whole store. ...I knew this because I actually counted the customers after I went in. The sign on the door said only 30 customers allowed to shop because of the coronavirus. I questioned the manager Sarah and asked why they were making everybody stand outside when there were only eight customers... she said she did not want to overwhelm her employees/cashiers. Are you kidding me....what is going on ...control much??? I most certainly don't know how two cashiers can't handle eight customers every 40 minutes??? read more

While waiting for some family in the Danvers area, I decided to stop in at the Dollar Tree store to look for some items for our upcoming wedding. Since we are going for a rustic theme we are on the look out for chalk board items, and this store didn't dissapointe. The store itself was huge, well stocked and organized. They had a huge selection of chalk board items and I eventually bought a ton of mini chalkboards to write on for the big day. The staff here was also incredible. They were not only polite, but when it came to checking out they were quick. The line seemed long, but before I knew it I was checking out. In the end I think that this has to have been one of the best Dollar Trees I have been to in a while. I look forward to looking through their store the next time I am in the area. read more

Very rude and unprofessional employees (even for a dollar store). I walked up to a register that was lit up. There was 2 women standing there looking at their phone. I stood there for 30 seconds patiently waiting. They paid no attention to my presence. I said "your light is on", one of the women Rhonda looked at me and said "well no one's home" and looked back at the phone for another 10 seconds before helping me. The other woman had no name tag. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I understand that they are only dollar store employees but I would expect Atleast a dollars worth of professionalism, which is very little to ask for. Well done Rhonda. read more

Great place to pick up little stocking stuffers or whatever. Nice to see a box of waffles or 3 liter. of soda for only a dollar. Too bad the workers only get minimum wage. read more
