I love Dollar Tree (Most of them) so when I walked into this one I knew what to expect BUT OH NO, This Dollar Tree surpassed all I could ever envision.... It was SOOOO CLEAN, SOOO NICE... and that could be in part to it just opening. It wasnt crowded & I wasnt getting hit with the infamous little green carriage like I do in other stores... Its also next to Big Lots which is a great time to me so I think this is going to be my New Fave Dollar Tree... It was HUGE also & the parking lot is big enough to hold 150K cars.... Go check them out... You wont be sorry!

Today is May 6. I had a received for both purchases and they are in new condition, just like I bough it. I was refused the return, as they say I return too many items and that is against their policy to accept any more returns from me. As I recall I don't have too many buys there and especially too many returns. But If I knew there's a limit to how many items you could buy or return, I would not go to that store at all. There are no clear postings about it. When I buy something, I ALWAYS ask how many days I have to return, if I have to. They have a 30 days policy in general. Nobody ever says about limited returns. But what is the limit? 2 times, 10 or 50? More? If they have such a policy, it has to be posted clearly in store. Nobody likes such surprises. I need to be able to return items for a full refund. I will file the complaint with the BBB for sure.

When you first walk into the store everything looks nice and neat in the front but as you continue to go through the limited aisles, everything is disorganized. I don't expect any more than that given that all the locations are similar, however, this location is small compared to the other ones like Revere and they don't have alot of inventory. I visited close to closing and made it to the line in the end. There were many announcements made to remind customers that the store was about to close but they only had one person doing cashier for the line. Having some back up would've been awesome. These are situations where leadership should also jump in to help.

Chaotic Crowds and Parking: The biggest complaint is the packed parking lots and crowded aisles, particularly on weekends.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience today at Costco during checkout…read more While waiting in line, I noticed that the cashier at Lane 7 was available with no items on the counter. Since the line I was in was moving slowly, I politely asked the cashier if I could check out there, and he agreed. Based on that, I moved my cart over. Shortly after, an employee assisting with pre-checkout (name: Andres) confronted me and said, "Didn't you see me standing here?" I immediately apologized and explained that I had asked the cashier for permission. Despite my apology, he became visibly upset and insisted that I should have asked him instead. Even after I complied and moved my cart to another register, he continued making comments toward me, which I found unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. What should have been a minor misunderstanding escalated unnecessarily. I was already apologetic, yet his continued remarks made me feel targeted and humiliated. I was so distressed at the time that my voice was shaking while I spoke. I attempted to speak with a manager but was told the manager was unavailable. A supervisor was present nearby during the incident but did not step in. Later, at the customer service desk, the supervisor came over, and I realized she had been there the entire time. She said she would speak with Andres; however, after waiting for a period of time, there was no follow-up or resolution provided to me. Additionally, when I explained the situation at the service desk, I was immediately accused of cutting in line, without any effort to understand what had actually happened. This response felt dismissive and unfair. I also requested a complaint form at the time, but I was told repeatedly that the forms were locked in a drawer and that the manager is the only one had a key. I find this explanation unacceptable, as it effectively prevented me from filing a complaint on-site. During the interaction, when I expressed that I felt I was being treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against, I was told that discrimination was not possible because the employee involved is Hispanic. I found this response inappropriate and concerning. Discrimination is not limited to any single group, and dismissing my concern in this way only added to my distress. I firmly believe that this situation would not have escalated in the same way under different circumstances. What began as a small and unintentional mistake turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, where I felt unsupported and unfairly treated throughout. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling upset, dismissed, and without any meaningful assistance. This is an email I wrote to the CEO of Costco. I sent it to him some time ago, but I haven't received a response yet.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of my bridesmaid dress no longer fitting, which I realized just 10 days before the wedding. I called ahead to inquire if they had the dress in stock, hoping to try on a few sizes, return the one I had, and rush order a new one online. When I arrived, they were waiting for me and had dresses ready for me to try on right away. Once we settled on the right size, they got to work with the exchange. A return would not be allowed, so an exchange would be necessary and the store would have to order the dress to be shipped there, rather than directly to me. The arrival date was 2 days after I needed it. SueAnn, Evelyn, Louann, and another young lady worked tirelessly (given it was nearly 9pm) to call corporate and insist on rush shipping from the warehouse to the store. SueAnn even followed up with them the next day and demanded overnight shipping if the order had not yet left the warehouse. The staff understood the urgency of my situation, and although it was my fault that it was so last-minute, showed no judgment -- only compassion and dedication to helping me get the problem solved. The dress arrived 3 days before I needed it -- perfect timing that would not have been possible without the tremendous efforts of their team! I know there are a few locations surrounding the Boston area, but the Danvers location is the best!!! I cannot thank them enough! And the bride never has to know. ;)

The most rude staff I have ever met. I was a bridesmaid and…read morethe bride thought it would be fun for all the bridesmaids to try on bridesmaid dresses together. So, the bride made an appointment for us to go. The bride had already bought a wedding dress prior to the appointment. The appointment was only to choose bridesmaid dresses. When I was walking around holding several dresses I planned to try on, one of the staff members saw me and immediately ripped the dresses out of my hands. She said that I cannot try on dresses because brides tend to like all the attention on them during appointments. (Ironically, the bride is the least vain person I know and is definitely not one to seek attention!) I explained that she already had a wedding dress and we came here for bridesmaid dresses. Even after explaining, she did not believe me and put the dresses behind the counter and walked away. I eventually had to get the bride to come over (which pulled her away from looking at all her friends trying on dresses!) and explain the same thing to her. Then, the staff member finally believed my story but she did not apologize or give me back my dresses. I was forced to start all over on looking for dresses from the racks. It made me miss out on trying dresses with everyone else because I had to spend more time in the racks looking. By the time I found some more dresses, everyone else was pretty much already done trying dresses on. I will never shop at David's Bridal ever again.
