Upon looking under the exposed shelf in the makeup aisle, there was a mouse snap trap. Little hands reaching under there could be in for a shock! The worst was the floral section where I found an old glue trap with a dead mouse carcass and nearly touched it. Ewww! The selection is good, staff are lukewarm, but they desperately need to clean up under their shelves. I found items under the shelves that had been discontinued months ago (which worked for me because they rang up for a penny) and a massive amount of dust, grime, and rodent traps. Check it out for yourselves if you dare.

Very reasonable pricing, good quality, excellent selection in a very pleasant and well organized store. The staff at the register couldn't have been nicer and I recommend signing up for their rewards program. I was hesitant since we have our fair share of home stores in the area (Bed Bath and Beyond, HomeGoods, Christmas Tree Shop, Ikea, etc) but this is a nice option to consider. Very convenient and great selection at each turn. Plenty of easy and free parking. Fully accessible. 10/10 recommend!

When you first walk into the store everything looks nice and neat in the front but as you continue to go through the limited aisles, everything is disorganized. I don't expect any more than that given that all the locations are similar, however, this location is small compared to the other ones like Revere and they don't have alot of inventory. I visited close to closing and made it to the line in the end. There were many announcements made to remind customers that the store was about to close but they only had one person doing cashier for the line. Having some back up would've been awesome. These are situations where leadership should also jump in to help.

Today is May 6. I had a received for both purchases and they are in new condition, just like I bough it. I was refused the return, as they say I return too many items and that is against their policy to accept any more returns from me. As I recall I don't have too many buys there and especially too many returns. But If I knew there's a limit to how many items you could buy or return, I would not go to that store at all. There are no clear postings about it. When I buy something, I ALWAYS ask how many days I have to return, if I have to. They have a 30 days policy in general. Nobody ever says about limited returns. But what is the limit? 2 times, 10 or 50? More? If they have such a policy, it has to be posted clearly in store. Nobody likes such surprises. I need to be able to return items for a full refund. I will file the complaint with the BBB for sure.
