Came to this location to pick up some balloons for my anniversary. What turned into a quick stop…read moreturned into a nightmare from HELL! Yes this location had what I needed and was well stocked compared to other locations in the area. My intent was to get just the #7 ballons plus 7 matching ballons. As I made my way around the store I found that there was only one line, which seems to be like most Dollar stores policy. While in line, I grabbed 2 bags of chips. The line moved pretty quickly and before i knew it I was called up next. I informed the female cashier that I needed 7 gold ballons. She went to start blowing them, and then her and another female cashier (later found out she was the manager) exchanged the task so that the female cashier can finish ringing me up, which I had no problem. Upon checkout, she asked me if I wanted my receipt. Now this is where things went downhill... I told her yes. Typically I don't ask for my receipt, but something told to me to get it, and I told her how I felt about getting receipt. I told her I have seen on social media how cashiers accuse people of stealing, and I said I want tk make sure no one accuses me of stealing anything especially ballons. Once she bagged my items and handed me my receipt, I stood next to the white cashier (Gregory) station and the manager's office, while waiting for my ballons to be blown up. About less than 2 minutes, the manager handed me the ballons. As soon as they reached my hand, Gregory (very loudly) asked me if I paid for them. I told him yes I did and asked him if he wanted to see my receipt, which was still in my hand. How do you stand in line for over 3 minutes and wait another several minutes for ballons after you paid for them, get watched like a damn hawk and be accused of stealing $7 worth of 7 ballons by a cashier who didn't even wait on me nor was the manager! At that point, I walked out the store to put my items in my car and walked backed in to speak to the manager and find out who that racist cashier was. Never in my life have I stole nor been accused of stealing especially from the Dollar Store! I will be contacting corporate and in form or fashion will I be patronizing at this location for any reason.

Their pasta selection is actually better than Wegmans, go figure. They used to have bins of large cuts of meat, such as beef tenderloin, bottom rounds, whole chuck roasts, tri-tips, big whole pieces. But suddenly those bins are empty or filled with miscellaneous packaged food and somebody said it was a policy change ----- what is going on with that? We bought a LOT of meat from those bins and I'll have to find another store that carries them if they don't bring that back.
